My husband and I recently purchased a home with an in-ground pool. We recently bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. Sonoran Pool Services has been extremely helpful in not only taking care of the pool but also helping us understand how to take care of it ourselves. And most importantly, the owner is extremely responsive any time I have a question. I would definitely recommend them!

Communication was great and followed through with service. Prompt and professional. We had a large leak in an above ground pool that I was unable to locate. The patch worked great. We found that we still had water leaking and thought it was maybe the patch that he installed. However, we had another leak and he came out to find the leak. Wish I called years ago to help. If you are in need of pool help, this is your guy.

Unfortunately the experience with Sonoran was not enjoyable. I went back and forth via email over a week trying to get my pool and filter serviced. Even thought we set a date for service. Growing tired of waiting for a response, i provided my cell number for Moe to contact me to discuss over the phone. No reply or call. Finally, called the number listed and he stated he would come the following day as he would be in the area. He did not provide an ETA, just simply stated he would call 30 min before arrival. Late afternoon the following day, still no call. We called Moe to which he stated he would be by in a couple hours. He shows up, the person with him rudely comes to our door to say You called us? With no introduction. Moe goes to speak with my husband all of 3 min, again no introduction of himself, and then rudely says ill email you the date and how much and walks away. Its been over 1.5 weeks and we havent heard from him since. Guess we will be moving on to someone who actually wants the work and is professional.Addendum: I have emails to prove that the owner was well aware we had an above ground pool and purchased our filter online. Mind you, he could have stated that he couldnt work on it when he was at our house speaking with us as well. Horrible customer service and unprofessional.

They are professional, thorough, and courteous. Mo went above and beyond helping us sort out an initial problem and has been consistently dependable and responsive throughout the summer. His weekly service plan is very reasonable and has assured us great swimming conditions with very little work on our end. We are definitely going to continue with Sonoran in the future. Sonoran Pool Services Are excellent! I manage a window and pressure cleaning business, we had to pressure wash around a in ground pool and a little bit of debri worked its way under the pool cover into our clients pool and they were having a weeding the next day. I needed the pool cleaned FAST! I called Sonoran Pool services and explained my situation to them and even though they were booked, they got our client in the schedule and went above and beyond for us to take care of them. When I bought a house with a pool I wondered what the heck am I going to do now? I’ve never had a pool! I don’t even know anyone with a pool! Luckily enough the previous owners left a magnet for Sonoran on the fridge! I called Moe and he explained everything in detail on what I need to do - from that day forward Moe has been here for weekly maintenance and the opening and closing of the pool. They are always timely and communicate if there are any issues that need extra attention. Highly recommend! For an easy & carefree summer in the pool - look no further!

These guys do a great job. They clean and help us maintain our pool weekly. Rates are reasonable and they are super dependable. Luckily, they don’t mind me calling with questions/concerns midway through the week. 👍. They also replaced our sand filter (and gave us a 10% discount) which helped a bunch.

I called Sonoran Pool Services to close my pool for the season. It is the first time having to close a pool, being that I am from the CA desert. They are very reasonably priced and were very helpful in explaining the whole process to me and in answering any questions I had. They also informed me as to things I should look out for (some faulty parts) when I open the pool, but did not push any sales on me, quite the opposite in fact. Our pool closing materials are ancient and made the process more arduous for them, but they worked diligently and remained friendly and informative throughout. I highly recommend this company for your pool services.

Amazing service and friendly team members. They go above and beyond in making sure that you have all the necessary information and never advise you on anything that is not needed. Very reasonable rates and always on-time and willing to accommodate as needed.
