Great customer service and they stand by their work! Pat, the owner, is wonderful to work with. You dont always find a business owner who is willing to pick up a wrench and service your spa when he is down a technician. Not only did he get the spa up and running quickly but also educated me a bit about how to maintain and keep the hot tub running since it is new to us.Pat and his team will always have my spa business.

First visit was a great experience. I had an opportunity to ask questions and to learn more about the product I was purchasing (Dolphin S300 automatic pool cleaner). No pressure. No inflated claims. Just honest conversation.I’d highly recommend over the overpriced, high-visibility stores that I’ve visited in Brookfield.

The guys are great here. I have gone a couple times needing parts, every time they have been more the pleased to help and have had what I needed. Price is very reasonable compared to online ordering. For the convenience of having it now I don’t mind if I have to pay a little more.

Last year we had a different company come out to fix our hot tub. The came out 5 separate times and the tub still was not fixed. Enter LP&S they came out diagnosed our tub and did so well that it only took one more trip and now its fixed. They were polite and very good at what they do!

The place I originally purchased my Catalina spa (Poolside pools and spas) would no longer service them and will no longer get any business from me (spa chemicals, replacement spa etc.)Leisure Pools and spas stepped in and repaired my brand spa and did an excellent job despite not being a Catalina Spa retailer.I was very happy with the service tech and the results. We were in the market for a pool pump, but werent sure what to get. We called them to seek insight and Andy was very helpful. He took the time to understand our application and present options. We would have been able to buy the pump online a little cheaper, but customer service and product support has value as well.

My pool heater went down on me when opening my pool. ROL error code. Called numerous places and all were busy and left messages regarding my problem. Leisure first one to call back and stated they were swamped with service calls. Leisure told me it was an easy fix, where to locate the part that needed to be replaced, come into the store and $20 and an hour of work later my pool was being heated once again!!! Thanks Leisure!!

I dont normally do reviews but felt I needed to regarding the great jobLeisure pools did on a hot tub repair. My pump stopped during the deepfreeze and a T pipe broke. This is not good. It was a Friday and I fearthat my tub is ruined. Since I have not needed a repair guy ever I coldcalled around. I left a message with you all and then on Friday called acompetitor. They basically took my name down, stated some service fees andscheduled me in for Monday. I was not impressed. Then I got a call fromAndy Reed, Technician Leisure spas. We talked. He troubled shot theproblem with me and said to save time take pictures of the problem area andsend them to him. Over the course of the next couple of days he followed upby text with instructions and guidance. A hot tub is a major investment andwhen pipes are frozen it is very stressful. Andy did want a good qualitycompany and individual is suppose to do. He worked the problem,communicated interim solutions and did not just schedule me in sometime thefollowing week like I was not important. When the part came in he was thereright away and did a high quality job. I hope not to need work in thefuture but if I do Leisure Pool and Spas is my first and only call. Thankyou Andy. Wonderful place! Bob really helped my out when my pool pump suddenly stopped working on me and I need a new starter ASAP. They keep their store open for me late so I could make there and even tested my old part to make sure what I was replacing was accurate and I had never stepped foot in their store before. They were friendly, funny and extremely helpful to me. I will definitely go back to them and tell anyone I can about their kindness. Thank you again for your help a few weeks ago!

My hot tub is 19 years old and had a second service call last week. Not bad for a tub of that age!!! Patrick and his son came here quickly and were in and out in less than an hour. My Emperor 2 is a Very solid tub and has 5 years or more left in it. I also bought pool filters, pumps, and supplies from Patricks store. The only place i will buy from!! I would recommend Patrick and Donna for a hot tub anytime!!!

Great service. We never write a review till a few weeks or months have gone by to see if service is consistent. Andy and Pat have been taking care of our pool for over a year now, starting with our pool heater, and then opening and closing the pool, and various other issues. They are always ready to help, it doesnt matter who did what previously (where you bought your heater previously, who installed the pool or the cover, etc.) They give true prompt service, and come back if something didnt work. Your are not left out hanging out for days or weeks when there is a problem. Andy is very knowledgeable and to top it off, a really, really nice guy. So is everybody else. So glad we found them! Highly recommended.

I purchased my pool floor cleaning robot from Leisure Pools and Spas and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made for the pool. Keeps my pool floor and walls sparkling and I can enjoy the pool Instead of fighting with the vacuum hose. Sure you can buy robots online but then when something goes wrong...you’ve got an issue. I simply took mine to D.J. at Leisure Pools and he worked his magic to get it back in service. He also offered a creative solution to a problem I had and I can’t begin to express my gratitude for his willingness to go above and beyond!
