They say consistency is key but they are constantly changing staff. Once staff is changed your programs start over so they can build rapport. Almost 4 years of working with them and there were hardly any improvements. Even after telling them we would leave the company they still changed staff, so we left the company. We had a great therapist who worked well with my child, didnt matter.

HR was very phony and shady. Towards the end of my resignation, they failed to offer support and took away my well deserved money. They ended up leaving me in a hard situation in which they didn’t offer help despite putting me in a horrible situation to begin with. The information they put in our email did not match an additional information as to why I was unable to receive money I was owed. Very disappointed because my staff was wonderful but HR proved to be very helpless in my time of need

CONFLICT OF INTEREST:Took my son to Caravel for an Autism screening. Filled out the necessary questionnaires and went to our evaluation. After 1 hour in a room discussing what I could potentially be autistic behavior (but not exclusive to), the doctor wanted to pull my son from kindergarten and begin their offered 30-40 hour per week treatment course from our home. He diagnosed my son on the middle of the spectrum, and immediately called in his treatment scheduler to look at calendars to begin the intense regimen. Taken aback, and needing to process the diagnosis, I suggested we think about this first. I got a second opinion from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. They diagnosed him with ADHD, and “nowhere near the autism spectrum.” In addition, the doctor of education at his preschool evaluated him and again reaffirmed there was no autistic behaviors. My concern here is that while there could have been some symptoms that align with autism, they are not exclusive to autism. Nor did my son have any of the symptoms that ARE exclusive to autism. It seems like the desire to make money through their treatment plans has taken precedent over proper diagnoses. I would suggest that any people concerned with their child’s mental health use Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin as they have the interest of the child in mind first.
