Sullivan Jewelers is a great local jeweler. I need links added to a watch I had just purchased. The Jeweler was amazing, fast, friendly and wouldnt accept any money for the job. I am definitely using Sullivans for all of my future jewelery purchases.

I sold my Grandmothers ring there today and received an incredibly fair price for it. Their jewelry is also gorgeous and, when I have any extra money, I will definitely go back and buy something special.

We had our wedding rings in for a repair and re-sizing. They are both very modest because we didnt have much when we got married 47 years ago. We have dealt with some snide jewelers in the past, but the staff at Sullivan was so kind and helpful and seemed happy for our business. We will go back and I would recommend them to anyone!

Sullivan Jewelers has restored/repaired 3 pieces of jewelry for me in the last 6 months and I will never go to anyone else ever again! Their prices for repairs are very fair and the quality of the work they did was impeccable. My latest piece of jewelry was a vintage find that had been worn to hell and back and I brought it in and it looks brand new. I am so, so happy with the work they did! They also did an appraisal for me and I am very satisfied with it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m a loyal customer for life!

I have been to Sullivan Jewelers numerous times to sell old gold and to have jewelry repaired. I have always received fair prices for items I brought in.They have also been extremely helpful in advising me regarding the merit of repairing items. Occasionally, it is best to admit to retire your favorite pieces instead of investing more money on them.Repairs are done in a timely manner and completed when promised.

Earlier this summer I noticed a tiny diamond in the band of my engagement ring was loose. My husband and I talked about the different jewelers in the area, and decided to bring it here, because we like to support local businesses. When my husband took it in he was very impressed. The service was great, the man helping him was very friendly, and they noticed I actually had a few diamonds loose that they could fix. He said it could be fixed, possibly by the next day but no later than Friday (it was Tuesday).Well, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday passed with no phone call so Saturday my husband called to check in. He was told (very curtly) not only was it not done, but it wouldnt be done until at least Monday. Clearly not a good sign. My husband decided to stop in later Saturday as long as he was at Pick n Save, and miraculously it was done and he brought it home. As soon as I saw my ring, I burst into tears. They put two big dots of white gold on both sides of the band to reinforce the diamonds. It looked terrible! It looked...repaired; very clearly not a part of the original ring. Besides that, it rubbed and scratched up my fingers whenever I wore it.As if that wasnt bad enough, two weeks later, a diamond literally fell out of it. FELL OUT. Absolutely livid, my husband called to tell them. The response he got? Bring it in, and maybe we can work something out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Maybe you can work something out? You didnt fix the issue WE PAID YOU TO FIX.I am devastated and literally sick over what happened. You should be able to trust a jeweler with your jewelry. Never in a million years would I have expected something like this to happen, especially from a local jeweler!

I’ve been going to Sullivan‘s now for the past few years. I wanted to leave this review because I found they are so great to work with and I wanted to share that. Jeff, Mark and Ingrid have all helped me with various things I needed fixed or questions I had about jewelry. And Todd has helped with fixing my jewelry. I have found them to be honest, and trustworthy! They have some beautiful pieces there, and the cost of repairing jewelry is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them as a jeweler!

Great customer service and friendly staff will keep me coming back for all my jewelry needs. Whether it is a new purchase or a jewelry repair, Sullivan is the store for me. We had two rings resized, another ring had a mounting replaced and we were also able to purchase a gold earring back for one that was lost. I wanted my wedding ring of 45 years brushed or antiqued like it was originally and checked for prongs and tips around diamond. The goldsmith verified what needed to be done for a very reasonable price. It was done in a few days. I was pleased.So I asked about another ring that was repaired by someone else a year ago. But I lost one of the small stones in just one day after it was “fixed”. The Sullivan goldsmith was there and stated that it could be fixed. The price quoted for the stone and repair was reasonable and was done in just a few days. With other jewelers I had to wait more than a week. The stone has been secure for several weeks.Honest, timely, and reasonable prices for repairs.

I took a couple of rings to Sullivans for repairs and asked if they would be completed in one week. They said they would be. In two days I received a text that both my rings were ready for pickup. When I got there to pick them up, the work was done just as I asked and my rings were sparkling and beautiful! I really liked it that the work was done in the store that I dropped them off at and not sent out somewhere else. Sullivans is definitely my jeweler. Check them out.

I had custom pearl and earring made and they turned out just beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charge was. I almost lost my ring due to losing some weight so my fiancé and I came in to see if I can get it sized. I saw a bunch of 5-star reviews and it was 5 min from the house so the decision to visit here wasn’t hard. Like many of the reviewers said, they are very friendly and fast service! I was told it may take about a week but the ring was done in 2 days. Very nice selection of jewelry also if I get lucky my fiancé might get me this beautiful antique ring for Christmas. Fingers crossed. This will be my go-to jeweler from now on.

These awesome jewelers repaired a delicate pair of jade earrings, and my order was ready the next day. I had actually shopped around at other jewelers who would have sent my earrings to a gold laser welder specialist. The man who did my repair on premise had actually apprenticed with an Asian jeweler and was able to make the repair that others wouldnt. Also, I had received a quote from the other jeweler that the repair would cost $100, but Sullivans did it for me for $20! Im so happy to have my earrings back! They also polished up my wedding ring just cause...and it looks AMAZING!

I am so happy to have found a jeweler that is able to do custom work. I had a pair of diamond stud earrings, and a diamond pendant that was just sitting in my jewelry box that I had no desire to wear. I brought the diamonds to Sullivans looking for suggestions, they were so wonderful to me! They pulled pieces form their display cases so I could have a visual idea, as well as their catalogs. I decided to have the three diamonds set into a ring. They ordered several settings I liked from their catalogs, and I was thrilled to be able to choose the perfect setting for these diamonds. My ring is stunning on my hand, and receive compliments all the time. Thank you Sullivans you created a new piece of jewelry from some ignored diamonds from my jewelry box that I love to wear!

Very good service. Went to many other jewelry stores before and we were told they could not size the type of ring I bought for my wife. Sullivan said no problem and told us 7 days or less it would be finished. Less than 24hours received text it was finished. Came out beautiful, my wife was very happy and so was I. And your response is telling of your position as you say we are slandering your business (which is why we included a screen-shot photo of said misnomer), while you are the ones that are incorrectly using a brand you sell versus our business name that weve had for over twenty years. Just because you pay Google to advertise doesnt mean you can use a brand you sell incorrectly and simply say oops, it must be Googles fault. I recently went to Sullivan Jewelers to have my mom’s wedding rings resized. It was done within a couple of days. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would rather support the small businesses then the large jewelry chains. They are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I first discovered Sullivan Jewelers years ago when purchasing a new diamond for my wedding ring. A friend mentioned that Jeff (the owner) was very knowledgeable in this area. We were amazed how much he did know and quite pleased with our upgraded stone. Over the years Ive become a regular customer for purchases and repairs. Todd is very good with repairs and has made changes to some of my outdated pieces...sort of a miracle worker. I always consult with long time employee Ingrid for new purchases. She has exquisite taste and is a delight to work with. Also, relatively new to the store is Mark who has been in the jewelry business for several years. Sullivans is my favorite jeweler! Ive been going there for over 8 years now. I wanted a diamond pendant that was different than the typical ones you see everywhere. They helped me look through their catalogs and ordered just what I wanted…then they further customized it to my liking…brushed the gold and made the bail smaller, then set the diamond I had picked out. It turned out just perfect! I get compliments all the time…even from other jewelers! Ive bought several other pieces through the years…I like that their items are not like what you see in every other jewelry store and their prices are so fair! They are so friendly and personable too. My friend and I are now collectors of the Chamilia beads and they allow us all the time we need to look and try different beads for our bracelets. Their service is incomparable! Its always a good day when I get to go to Sullivan Jewelers!

I took my daughters smart watch band in here, brought all 3 of my kids and was greeted with a great big smile from the manager and on site worker. They were EXTREMELY friendly and VERY helpful. The kids loved them and were very interactive with the whole staff. They fixed the buckle on her watch (wasnt purchased from them) in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The second time the first time the guy was a real dick and theyve done the worst repair jobs I have ever seen in a jewelry they left lumps they did not smooth it out they did not equal the pieces together properly ones wider than the other on one side they did not smooth it out very well though where they put it back together complete garbage crappy job will never use them again and will never recommend him and I will talk bad about them the rest of my f****** life

Went to Kesslers because of their commercial. They would not fix my wedding ring because I did not purchase it from Kesslers. But they were willing to extract the diamonds and make me a new wedding ring. What a scam. I remembered seeing a jewelry store on Calhoun and North Ave. Sullivan was the name. They not only repaired my ring but the work was done onsite by a true goldsmith. The ring was like new after the repair and it was ready ahead of schedule. Don’t fall for BIG BOX con-artist jewelers that bombard you with commercials. Sullivan has.excellent quality and service.

The clasp broke on my favorite bracelet and Sullivan Jewelers repaired the clasp perfectly! Very reasonable cost, too. Sullivan Jewelers will be my go to jewelers!

HORRIBLE! I will never go back here again. I took a ring to them that has been passed down in my family, and long story short, they put over $700 worth of damage in it. The specialist we took it to for inspection (after we got it back from Sullivans) said that he has never seen such amateur work in all his career. He also said that with the damage Sullivans did, it will be impossible to completely fix the ring back to its original state. I brought the ring and the notes that the specialist typed up (which explained everything that was wrong with the ring) back to Sullivans to tell them what they did. They didnt even look at the ring or the notes! They just kept insisting they didnt do anything. How would they know that by not even looking at the damaged ring?! I asked them to read what the specialist wrote and Jeff said I dont care what he has to say. The ring is now ruined. It can be somewhat fixed, but not completely and has lost all its value. Sullivans was not sorry at all and kept saying that they didnt do anything and that they did the best they could. If ruining someones important piece of jewelry is the best you can do, then you shouldnt be in business. Below is just a small list, of a page long list, of things that were done to my ring by Sullivans: -soldier everywhere which couldnt all be filed off -a white gold head was put on a platinum band -the head was made for a pendant, not the sapphire stone that was going in it -the stone was not properly placed in the head so it would have easily fallen out -a chip in the stone under one of the prongs from them using the wrong type of tool -prongs were not properly placed, again the stone could have easily fallen out The list goes on....its just disgusting to me that they took no responsibility

Took my watch I just purchased here to get resized. Broke a pin off inside the band. Told me to return the watch. Didnt give me an extra pin...took the watch to Jared right after. The lady that helped me had the broken pin out in under 2 minutes and the watch resized in under 10. The guy that helped me said he has resized thousands of watches....slightly confused on why he wasnt able to do it... the lady that helped me said she rarely resizes watches. They were using some hammer and screwdriver to work on my watch. Jared had a device to help...my advice would be to invest in one.
