Stacey was exceptionally accommodating. No pressure, well informed. Purchased diamond ring for our 29th wedding anniversary. Stacey made sure the memory of the day would last in my wife’s mind. Roses, wine, anniversary glasses were all set prior to our arrival in the store. One of the staff (sorry) I did not get name, took picture’s while I escorted my wife into the store blindfolded. I purchased a pair of diamond earrings from Kesslers a few years ago and decided to trade them in to create a ring that Id been eyeing for awhile. My husband and I met with Sara and after seeing a picture of the ring, she was able to recommend one that was exactly what I was looking for. A few weeks later, I picked up the ring and was blown away. It is stunningly beautiful and I cant stop looking at it. My husband said that it looks better than he could have ever imagined. My husband and I worked with Sara at Kesslers in Brookfield to create custom Anniversary bands for my wedding ring. Sara was very professional and I felt like she really listened to me. The design I wanted was simple and instead of going straight to custom order she offered me several other in-stock options that would have saved me money. In the end they were not quite what I was looking for so she helped draw up the custom order and made me aware in advance that it would be more than the budget amount I originally set. I didnt really know what to put for my budget originally so in the end the price wasnt an issue. But, for those with a true set budget it Im sure they would appreciate knowing up front, and having other options presented. Sara did both.The rings came out exactly as I hoped.I did run into one small snag because I added 2 rings and soldered them to my existing ones. The bands ened up being just a bit too snug on my finger once they were all together. It was not an error on Kesslers part. It was an unforeseen issue because of my design. I called Sara and she got me in the same day to send the rings back for resizing- no fee. I got them back this week and they are perfect.

We had an excellent experience at Kesslers. We originally purchased our engagement ring there back in 2004. 17 years later my wife lost a small diamond on the band. We returned to have it replaced for free. While scheduling the warranty repair, I was able to work with Sara Schieg on upgrading our center diamond. They were so helpful and gave me credit for the amount we paid for the original diamond. We ended up having to ship the diamond to the Madison location so I could surprise my wife when she went to pick up her ring. The entire staff in Madison was super helpful as well. They all did an amazing job and my wife was overjoyed with the new diamond.

My fiancé and I were in today with our 2 1/2 year old daughter along with myself on crutches so it was not ideal to say the least. Saying that, the experience was perfect! They gave my daughter a big plastic ring that lit up to wear, was very accommodating to me. I needed my engagement ring resized which was free from purchasing it there years ago. We both also left with our wedding bands picked out and ordered. Sara S. was amazing and helped tremendously. ❤

This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Sara and the way she helped my fiancé and I with our diamond purchase. Between our phone calls and emails, she went above and beyond helping secure a wide range so that when we came in to view them, we had a plethora to look at. She took her time to understand what we wanted and made the entire experience so fun and exciting. (Not to mention, she helped make sure we could receive the ring before we left for a trip.) I would recommend her 100 times over!

Its nice to know as I get older and my ring finger changes they take the old tungsten carbide ring and just give me a new one a couple of weeks later. Just walk in check the size then leave. Very simple.

This is my first time writing a Google Review as I was that disappointed with the lack of customer service by a particular sales associate. My husband and I recently went to look for rings and necklaces to celebrate a special occasion. Being from Chicago, I had never heard of this store, so I asked if we could stop by. The young woman sitting in the front of the store was very nice, however, when introduced to the sales associate, Sara, she had an attitude that suggested she thought we couldn’t afford to buy anything in this store. I’m disappointed, but hope that Sara has made some good sales with other customers.

Keslers was very helpful when I needed to get a larger size ring when my knuckle got bigger making it nearly impossible to remove. Kessler’s offered free resizing since it was bought from them, and was sent to the manufacturer to replace with a larger size.After two weeks I received a call from Kessler’s saying that my ring style was no longer available so they offered the option to choose a new ring at a comparable price at no charge, or upgrade and pay the balance. I ordered a new ring from Lashbrook since they didn’t carry Artcarved rings anymore. After choosing a style and the customization I wanted the order was placed and I was told it would take up to six weeks because each ring was custom made. The Lashbrook website said each ring takes 3-5 weeks to produce, so I was expecting a call in less than six weeks that the ring was ready. The ring came in exactly six weeks and two days from the date it was ordered. I’m expecting that due to covid and the holiday that fell within within that timeframe the ring took longer than expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the staff and support received and I love the new ring!

My wife & I made an appointment to have our rings cleaned for the Easter celebration. Kesslers called about a week later (which was expected) to let us know the rings were ready for pick-up. Kesslers on Bluemound is where it’s at! This is the only jewelry store in the area where the associates legitimately listened to what I wanted: looks, cost, style, etc. and recommended and encouraged me to get what I wanted. They didn’t try to over convince me what they thought I liked except offer pointers when I asked. What I mean is this. All jewelry stores I went to, anytime I tried on a ring they’d “ooo” and “ah” saying each one was “my style” and they loved it. I don’t like this sales pitch non-sense. Kessler’s consistently asked me each time “how do you like it? What are you thinking”? And based on my feedback would ask additional questions to lead me the right direction.Hands down best experience in a jewelry store. Plus, their warranty comes with the purchase unlike Jared where their items cost an arm and a leg already and then want you to spend more money on a separate warranty with requirements to be in every 6 months.

For our 10th wedding anniversary my husband bought me a second band that went with my engagement ring and wedding band. It was finally time to get them all put together as one piece. I dropped it off to be soldered together. It was expected to take a week and in just a couple of days it was complete. I was so excited to get my ring back and so quickly was an added bonus. We have had nothing but great things to say about Kessler’s and continue to recommend them every chance we get!

I had a fantastic experience at the Brookfield location! We had just gotten engaged that day and had a ring from a different store out of state. The ring while gorgeous was a bit big and I was afraid it would fall off. We went to Kesslers partially embarrassed to even ask if there was a way we could buy something as a spacer to help it stay on until we could get it sized. Not only did they give me a complimentary spacer but they congratulated us with a gift! We were blown away to say the least by the customer service. Always thinking of the customer. Appointment was required and mask was mandatory for appointment. Took my diamond swan necklace to be fixed, had lost a few diamonds. I am rough on jewelry. Falls under warranty and as stated it is at no cost. Husband needed a ring sized. Told us potencial cost up front . Had a chance to look around, beautiful jewelry at a fair price. We will be back.

Kesslers was great when I bought the engagement ring. Unfortunately, they did not live up to expectations when I ordered my wife an anniversary band.Since this gift was a surprise, I called and placed the order and when it arrived I picked it up at the store. When the time came to reveal the surprise, we discovered Kesslers ordered it in the wrong size. After reordering the ring and waiting 6-8 weeks for the new ring, Kesslers was able to fix the situation. Unfortunately, the surprise and instant gratification of the gift was a major let down.

Connor was very helpful! I had recently lost my wedding ring and we went in looking for a replacement. Connor asked us our budget and what I was looking for and did not try to get me to spend more than I wanted. I have a beautiful new ring that was able to be sized in store within a few days. I also like that the warranty doesnt cost extra and you are not required to bring your jewelry in for inspection to keep it in place. I will definitely make kesslers my jewelry store going forward!

Inherited a humble heirloom piece that needed to be resized. Additionally there was precious hand engraving inside the band to make the job difficult. They were able to complete the resize without affecting the engraving at all (and fixed a crack I hadn’t noticed) very quickly. I was nervous parting ways with my piece but they are beyond reproach ensuring a good chain of custody and well as superior craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again for all my repair needs.

For being in the middle of the Covid pandemic it was a decent experience. I love their jewelry guaranteed and policies, they make me comfortable.

We are currently pricing rings. Our occupations wont let us wear stones in our rings much less wear a ring. After finding what we liked, the sales rep stated she would send us an email by the end of the week with some suggestions they carry. A week late, we received majority options with stones in them. Not only was the customer service late, the product we were looking for was incorrect. Will not waist my time with this location.

Love my custom engagement ring and the warranty. Recently came in for an anniversary band and was surprised at the small selection. Was told that it is “wedding season” not “engagement season” and this was the reason for the low selection. Since people shop for rings all throughout the year I found this surprising. Found 2 band options-male employee said he would contact the company and get back to us in a few days-it has been 2 weeks and we haven’t heard back from him. I don’t think I should have to chase someone down to give them thousands of dollars. Makes me want to look elsewhere.

My wife recently had her engagement/wedding rings I bought over ten years ago resized, cleaned and replated, all at no cost. She couldn’t have been happier with the service she received!

I have never had a negative experience in this store. I frequent the one in Brookfield and everyone there is above and beyond friendly and helpful. Most recently, my husband and I walked in to have my wedding ring and bands looked at because I hooked them at work and we were greeted by a gentleman named Walter who had a soda and his briefcase in hand like he was on his way home. He asked me what they could do for me and I explained my situation. He promptly responded with ‘let me take a look for you!’ So he walks back to set his briefcase down and I told him I’d be happy to wait if he’s on his way out and he responded with ‘I’m not anymore, we need to make sure this is right for you!’ He didn’t even bat an eye at it and both my husband and I felt how genuine and sincere he was with his concern. This is the exact reason why I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry purchasing. I am in retail management and the genuine service and care you receive here is what makes them a top player and a competitor to look out for. Real jewelry is always expensive of course, but Kesslers sales people are professional and pleasant to deal with. They back theyre products go the distance to make sure youre satisfied.

I came here twice to purchase a ring that I had seen at the downtown location but needed a different size. The prices are high and the selection isnt that great, but I wanted something simple and I was pressured for not leaving enough time before a wedding (more than 4 weeks). I purchased from here. I was shocked at they were attentive when trying to sell to me, then the moment I purchased the ring they didnt seem to care about the details. They printed a receipt that didnt have my name on it, even though it was my credit card. It had my fiancees name and address, even though I hadnt given his name or address and he wasnt with me. They apparently knew to link us because he had looked at an engagement ring here but did not purchase here. Still, I paid with my credit card and the receipt came with his name and address. The person helping us said she would send an appraisal for insurance purposes. It took from May until today to finally get it from her via email. And guess what, the name is four names mashed together. Wedding rings can be a large purchase and wedding planning can be a chaotic process, do yourself a favor and find a jeweler that will tend to the details a bit more.

KESSLERS is by far the best jewlery store ive ever been too. You will not find a single snobby employee and they dont ever try to push certain items on you. They were so helpful with customizing my wifes engagement ring and we went back a year later to get an amazing wedding band as well. Great prices. And amazing diamonds. i know this might not matter either but they offer you water or a refreshment while you are browsing. Nice touch. Also have nice clean bathrooms.Keep in mind i live in illinois and would rather drive up to this location than any other jewler around where we live.

I had a great experience! I was shopping for a gift with my daughters. Everyone was really friendly! I was offered a beverage as well as my daughter. My daughter even got a sucker:) The sales associate who helped me was Mitzi and she was great! The manager came over when we were done to make sure we were happy with everything! Kesslers is fantastic! I designed my engagement ring gave them the color of my diamond I wanted and they did a great job at giving me exactly what I wanted. Not only that I love the fact that I can just go in any day of the week to get my ring cleaned and no one is hassling me to buy anything!
