What happened to this place? This was one of the cleanest gyms in the area. Now there is salt everywhere, including the bathroom. Lot of fun stepping out right on some salt rocks to start your day. Which also has the hot/cold reversed in the shower. Halloween is over. No more tricks.I drive out of my way here because the Waukesha one has gone to hell. They stopped cleaning there months ago. Now this place. Can we expect the drove of senior citizen zombies in here soon too?

Nice gym, plenty of equipment, gets cleaned regularly, and has lots of sanitizing products readily available.

Great gym here! My only complaint is that on Anytime Fitness’s website, it looked like this location had a hydro-massage bed.I visited this gym and could not find the hydro-massage bed that is listed as an amenity. This was disappointing because I specifically went out of my way to go to this gym because they listed that they had it here.

Okay let’s get this straight up out in the open GYM EQUIPMENT 101 -> have a squat rack and a BENCHPRESS. This gym does NOT have a proper benchpress. I am so sorry, it is completely illegal to call yourself a gym if you are missing such an important piece of equipment. I actually would have appreciated giving this gym negative stars. If you actually go to work out, THIS IS NOT THE GYM YOU WANT TO GO TO, just saying!

Paige is the best! She got me the best deal with my insurance provider and answers all my questions and was even able to sign me up over the phone when I was too busy to make it out! She takes care of everything I need and has made joining Anytime a wonderful experience. If you are thinking about joining please ask for Paige!

First of all, when i signed the contract I was never told that I couldnt cancel anytime I wanted to despite the fact that I moved downtown. I was told if I didnt pay monthly I was going to be sent to collections, so I kept the membership going. NOW the jerks are telling me I have to COME IN and hand in a 30 day notice! Thats great make me drive all the way out there to give 30 days written notice. Ill never ever use anytime fitness again. You guys scam people out of money, the idea of going to collections for a gym membership is absurd and I hope you guys lose business once people find out how terrible you are.

Clean, large area to move around, plenty of equipment.

The Club Manager, Rachael, is awesome and an absolute asset to this Anytime Fitness facility. She is very patient with me when I have any questions, she goes above and beyond making sure the Club is clean and that the members here are happy. And she greets me and everyone else with a smile every time I come to workout. Kudos to you, Rach, for doing a fantastic job.

This facility is amazing, it looks pristine! The staff is always super friendly, and it is always really clean. I love working out here!

The equipment is in great condition and they have been adding a lot of new stuff recently. Theyre extremely responsive to member requests when adding equipment. The staff is friendly when theyre there. This is my favorite Anytime.

As a gym, it has more equipment than an average anytime fitness and bigger. As how clean it is, it wasnt at all. I didnt see anyone cleaning the equipment after using it. Also, two of the bathrooms were covered with piss.

I would give 10 stars , if it were an option! Nicaela greets me with a smile and is always willing to help me anytime I have a question about a machine or a particular exercise . Kudos to you Nicaela. You are a great asset to this gym!

They were unhelpful when I was trying to which home gyms when I moved 40 mins away from this gym. They told me it switches with usage but I got double charged for trying to use the tanning. Then I was trying to cancel my membership and they charge a Cancellation fee plus a monthly membership fee and then still continue to charge a monthly membership fee for the past four months. They are uncooperative.

When my 2 years was up. No one approached or called for renewal.Since its the most expensive club. I took my business elsewhere.Staff changing constantly.

Cleanest gym in the area. Great crowd and atmosphere.

I used to love the bookstore that was in this spot. This is NOT a very large gym since it took over a very small space. The color decor is hideous this nasty orange color- doesnt enthuse to workout. They scam you with free week of work out (or 2 if share on facebook) and tell you how you can save so much by signing up right away but they really undermine the fact its a 2 year contract vs month to month. Equipment is ok, but not enough staff to keep people from misuse. Water is nasty and tastes/smells horrible if you want to drink from bubblier or shower. Only positive is hydro massage bed and tanning are pretty cheap. But heavens if you want some help with trainer it gets into the 100s.Other gyms that are cheaper or least carry more things to do fitness wise then this place. So shop around and dont get suckered in. Theres a reason why theres always coupons for this place!!
