Terrible service uninformed employees simply just talked over me and using there phones to Google my questions and not even a single straight answer ill take my business elseware

Weren’t able to answer my simple question, instead worker was to busy talking and laughing with other employ while I’m talking....

I would like to stress my concerns with an Asian employee that was working with Shantel. Shantel is a wonderful lady and very Pleasant. The Asian young women had no mask she kept talking over me. Was rude when I told her she not listening to me. I had to just stop because I’m was not going back forth with her she keep talking and I just ask Shantel to help me. To me it seems she has a lack of Professionalism I’m the work place. I will not come again if I see her working. Also she had no name tag on and I ask for the manger she was like she unavailable.

Going to copy, ship, or fax isn’t the easiest these days. Sometimes you even have to wait outside the store. You need to be patient and wait your turn. Whenever I’ve been there I’ve had to interrupt them when they’re trying to complete job orders. They’ve always be nice and helpful. This is a very busy location and could use another person to man the counter. When I see the nasty remarks I just think the public is rude and demanding.

I just left the store and was treated poorly for the second time in two days. The woman working, seemingly the supervisor was rude and made me feel terrible. When I asked questions she was short and made me feel terrible for asking them and provided no support. This is the kind of customer service that destroys a brands image.

MY EXPERIENCE ON 1/24/2020 WAS Absolutely terrible! “ John“ THE Employee on staff tonight was very unprofessional and not helpful! Show no interest in helping me with my issue on returning a package to someone! I understand everyone has they all experience is I’m just sharing mine 👎🏾

Open comment to FedEx Corporate.This morning I was charged $8.99 for bubble wrap to wrap a a small hard drive, the size of a cell phone. I have made this same overnight shipment a few times in the past and NEVER had any additional charges related topacking! I encourage a response to clear up why there are not nation-wide standards set in place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had very bad experience with the one on bluemound road. But this one on Capitol Dr was very good.

Fast and friendly service

Never before have I had someone so nosy about what was in my box. What is in the box? A expensive item. Would you like me to open it and make sure it is pack good? No. What specific expensive item is it? It is a secret. I feel like she is just going to open up my box and see for herself after I leave. Grant it I dont ship from FedEx often but of the 100+ packages I have shipped I have never had such specific and intrusive questions. Is this FedEx policy? I wont be returning here.

Brian was very friendly and helpful. We needed an oversized photo printed for a framed birthday present. He was able to get the color printed perfectly on the photo paper and it turned out great! The birthday paresent was a huge success thanks to his help and great service! Highly recommend.

Im not sure if FedEx trains people in customer service before throwing them behind a counter. If they dont, they should. Learn to smile people! It makes the day better! They couldnt take a passport photo without multiple attempts at no shadows behind my head. They blamed the lighting. Well. Dont offer a passport photo service then if you cant provide photos that dont comply.

John was great and professional mailing my package. Never had any issues with FedEx because I know how to put a label on a box and dont need someone to hold my hand to do it 😂

With the number of times Ive gone there, Ive tried to be as reasonable as possible and the attendees have also tried to accommodate my large orders as well, but recently Ive noticed things have changed and the customer service is no longer the same. Though you can teach an employee to follow-up with a customer on an order, it doesnt mean they will make it a routine. The sad thing is that it took one call to make a difference and that never happened.

Not the best or nicest FedEx Office that Ive visited, but more than adequate for what youd expect and/or need in a copy shop.
