I visited my local Mazda dealership (Russ Darrow, Hwy 100) THREE times. Each time, I walked the entire lot and not one person approached me to see if I need help. Not one. I decided to venture over to the next county where Hall Mazda is located, and I’m so glad that I did! My sales dude, Tom Dauphin, was nothing less than professional and courteous. He even bought me lunch while I was waiting! In addition to Tom’s amazing customer service, the finance manager (Andy...I believe) was very thorough in answering my many questions when it came tome to sign the paperwork. His patience speaks volumes to his character. Both Tom and Andy made me feel like I’ve known them for years! I love my new car and am grateful to have made new friends!

I bought a used car from Eric Parsons. He described the car over the phone perfectly. I went that night after work to look at it. The car was exactly what he said it was. He gave me a fair price and purchased it that night. I picked the car up after hours and noticed the brake light in the rear window was not working. I texted him and he corrected the problem. It was a burnt out bulb. 5 minute fix. Great service. I would buy another car from him if we need another. I would recommend Eric to my family and friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Favill at Hall Mazda yesterday. He was so sincere and helpful with the lease of my brand new Mazda CX-30. From the moment my fiancé and I walked through the doors, he was so welcoming and even stood in the pouring raining to put gas in the car so we could test drive it! He walked me through the whole process, and I never felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes. He even sat with me in my new car and went over every single bell and whistle to make sure I knew how to use everything before driving off. Couldn’t have had a better experience with this dealership and Steve Favill!

Despite car buying being a stressful experience, I had a good experience at Hall Mazda and working with Kevin. He was able to find me a great Mazda CX-5 and had great knowledge on it as he drives one himself. Prior to Hall, I went to Russ Darrow and they were AWFUL. I am so glad I chose to pursue purchasing a car at Hall. The only minor issue I had was that they didn’t have both keys available for me when I got my car and they never reached out to me once they had the second so I had to call and inquire about it - not a huge deal but I would have preferred they called me and done so right away once it was available for me to pickup.

Matt Dlugi at Hall Mazda in Brookfield did an amazing job. Not only did he get my vehicle in and out quickly even though I did not have an appointment (dropped it off with a flat tire), but he also waived the inspection fee and just charged me for the tire and the labor.He has a saying that he likes to treat his customers the way he would want to be treated. If you ever are in need of repair for your Mazda, I highly recommend coming to see Matt Dlugi at Hall Mazda in Brookfield.

I first went to Russ Darrow and their customer service was terrible. I turned to Hall and worked with Percy and his manager and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. This was my first time buying a car, by myself, and they couldn’t have been any nicer. They were attentive, personable and honest, which we all know is hard to come by in this industry. They put their costumers first and it shows!! I’m so happy with my CX-5!! Highly recommend this dealership!!

I Purchased a car from another dealership. After looking over the Carfax I saw that it needed two recall repairs and to call a Mazda dealership for the repairs. I called Hall Mazda and they had me bring my car in. They flat refused to repair one of the recalls. Said that the value of the car was less than what the repair would cost. I checked around and found this not to be true. At all. They offered to buy my vehicle from me for a quarter of what I spent for it. I ended up dealing with Mazda Headquarters and I must say the supervisor Kathy needs to be taught a lesson in manners. While trying to explain my situation all she would do is talk over me. They had my car on their lot for almost 3 weeks. They finally told me I could pick up my car if I signed a waiver releasing them from all liability for the recall. So frustrating! I must say that Matt and Lance were courteous but did nothing to help me. Although Matt did set me up with a loaner. Thank God because I had no idea my car would be on the lot for three weeks. My first experience with a high-end Dealership and I will never go back. I was in tears several times on the phone. And I might add it didn’t matter that I am a senior citizen 70 years old. Didn’t make a difference to them. They did not go the extra mile at all. I felt I was treated very unfairly.

I worked with Ricardo on upgrading to my new ride, the Mazda CX-5. Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure all of my questions and/or concerns were answered. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable while waiting through the processing of purchasing my car! Not once did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or talked down to, Ricardo was kind and respectful! 110% recommend this dealership! Its an understatement to say that I went in with my guard up. Ive been shopping around with different dealerships for two years looking for a new vehicle. I was prepared for this to be just another test drive and then I leave never to return. Id read the articles online on how to conduct business with car dealerships. Ive also, usually against my will, been indoctrinated by anyone who has purchased a car and has a mouth or a keyboard on how I should conduct business and avoid a bad deal. Thusly armed, I arrived at Hall Mazda Volkswagen to test drive a 2020 Maxda Miata MX-5 RF,When I met Eric, he was very congenial, but really I think a better compliment is to say that he easily earned my trust. Throughout the experience he was professional and candid. The dealership has to make money, the customer wants a deal. These two tenets of the car buying experience were never misconstrued. After I took my test drive I received my offer and spent a sleepless night researching my deal trying to find some fault in it. After hours and hours of IRS Publications, DMV Regs, price comparisons, and more, I just couldnt see how my offer was anything but fair. I contacted Eric that morning, defeated. When I said I had no way to get to the dealership, Eric even personally came by and picked me up. I really have no regrets about the process and only praise for how I was treated by Eric throughout this process.I do want to thank Hall Business manager, Ziggy Filipovic, for putting up with me reading everything, putting together all of my paperwork, answering all of my questions, and even catching an error (not Halls error) in my reported credit score and fixing it before I noticed or it ever became an issue. Additionally, as I was walking out I was approached by the Sales Manager, Matt Stallman, who made a point to come out and meet with me. It meant a lot that he knew that this was a big decision for me and that he appreciated my business. Meeting these three individuals was an absolute pleasure, and all three have played a role in earning my future business.

Hall Imports made buying my first car a really easy & great experience. Ricardo (sales dept) was very attentive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. WOW! What a great experience. I was dealing with another VW dealership in the area for a CPO Tiguan. Stumbled upon Hall and Steve Favill, Sales Rep. Test drove and deal was done in 10 minutes. Took my 2010 Mazda 3 into Hall to have four new sets of brake rotors & pads put on, four new tires, a new set of wipers installed, an oil change, and finally a transmission oil change. Setting up the appointment online was super easy, and they were ready for me when I pulled in. I explained that I might have a muffler leak, and that at highway speeds, there is vibration coming from the front passenger side. They completed everything that I asked them to do, and at fair prices. Now, in regards to the muffler and the the noise coming from the front passenger side, they could have said (as in all dealership horror stories) that oh you need a new muffler and that oh, well, the bearing is bad on the front right, you will need to replace it. Nope, that were completely honest (I expected nothing less) and said that there were micro holes in the muffler and it would be cheaper for me to take it to a muffler shop and have them weld them than to buy a $700 muffler. They also said that the sound was due to the old tires I had and that that particular tire was out of alignment, no big deal as they were going to do an alignment with the four new tires. Also, Theresa made sure she used Clorox wipes, and wiped down her desk and all pens that I would use before I sat down and signed anything. Overall, very pleasant experience. Very friendly. Very Prompt. Very Fair. I highly recommend working with Theresa and Hall Mazda for your service needs.

This dealership seems to have a good selection. Definitely found the car I wanted in the lot. They had it in a few different trims.The downside is the customer service is out of this world poor. Walked into the show room, looked at cars on the floor. No help. Stood in middle of the room saying out loud should I ask someone?. No help.. Went to the front desk and waited. Lady from behind the counter walk past us twice, as well as several sales associates. No help.Spent approximately 30 mins of my life here that I will not get back. Walked out with no one even saying hey, it will be a moment. Though they were not very busy.Went ten minutes away to the better dealership. Asked 3 times if I needed help. Pointed to coffee, water, and restrooms while I waited for my offer to be approved.

I have recently purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-30 from Hall Mazda and my experience has been great overall!I would like to first give a special thanks to my sales consultant Mike Miroslaw. He has been a big factor on why my purchasing experience was this great.I was looking for a color red Mazda with some specific specs and it happened to not be available around the area. My nearby dealership promised to get one for me but was not able to do so, so I turned into Hall Mazda which promised to help me get one from another dealership within 3 days but was more of a distance from where I live.Throughout the process, Mike has been in close contact with me as his manager is trying to work on getting the vehicle. The vehicle arrived on time(actually earlier than I expected), but it was unfortunate that some situation happened where my purchase did not go through on my first arrival(something on my part), Mike helped me analyze the situation and even bought me a light dinner nearby and sent me to the bus station as a compensate for my commute. I was eventually able to pick it up the next Monday and the process was a breeze. Along the way, Mike has been professional, prompt and considerate and I would strongly recommend those who are interested in purchasing a Mazda around the area to work with him!Some other experience I have from the dealership is also quite positive. The manager who I worked with in handling my paperwork are not pushy regarding selling certain coverages and I did not feel obliged to purchase anything that I was not ready for other than receiving some helpful suggestions that I could consider later on.Overall, my personal experience with the dealership is quite nice and I look forward to working with them regarding maintenance and other related services in the future.

Very reasonable and upfront. Tom was great. We gave him a call because we saw they had multiple certified 2017 Mazda CX-5s available. He informed us on the phone that he had one that was done with safety inspection but the others he had were still going through the process and wouldn’t be available for sale for a couple days. We showed up at the dealership about an hour later to test drive the one he had available. He was busy with a customer but he quickly greeted us and got the car ready for us within a few minutes. After the test drive we had a few vehicle history questions and other clarification questions that he answered without uncertainty. If he didn’t exactly know the answer (like tread depth left) he looked into the R.O. and gave us the mechanic’s exact measurement. We also were trading in a 2014 Jeep Patriot. He went out for a couple minutes to gather some info on it then after he came back, the manager came by and also took a look at the car in detail. We had a previous offer of $6,000 on trade toward a Cadillac and an offer of $2,500 from Russ Darrow Auto Mall for a 2017 Mazda CX-5 (take a look at my review of there..😂) He came back at us with a very reasonable offer that included $6,000 for the Jeep. We countered his offer for about $500 less because of a crack that was in the windshield but was already filled. He went to talk to his manager (which he probably actually didn’t) and accepted our offer. Hall’s price was nearly $4,000 less than our quote from Russ Darrow for the exact same car. I highly recommend Tom, and if the other sales people are half as good as him, I would still guarantee you are getting a great deal and a great experience! Keep up the great work!!

Not a pleasant experience with used car sales manager. Worse buying experience Ive ever had. Bought the car, had a nail in the tire(they just pumped more air in the tire before purchase), thankfully was able to patch up and not have to replace.

I TOOK A RISK TO BUY A CAR FROM OUT OF STATE AND IT WAS WORTH IT!!!For me Hall car was just another car dealer but not anymore. My selection was very picky and with my budget being very marginal for the selected car I was certain to widen my search to nation wide and get the best deal. I came across Hall car listing and put my offer for 26.5k for a car that was listed at 29k. After 2 week of follow up they accepted my offer. Now the only thing that worried me was will it be worth my trip to fly from TX to WI. There were many What ifs as I did my due diligence over the phone. Apparently all seemed well and I flew off to WI. The car was same as promised and condition was pristine. Pat and Ziggy were the best and took less the an hour to get me back on the road with my new ride and best financing.I certainly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism and friendly staff. Most of all I recommend Patrick as he is a great gentleman with best ethics to serve his client. If you are out of State and seeking to buy a car at competitive rate Hall Car is the place to go. But don’t forget to negotiate they do give discounts!I am happy buyer of a Hall Mazda CX-9 Certified pre-owned.

Nice staff, fair prices, but ask what services you get with an inspection. I wasn’t told they couldn’t inspect brakes without doing a tire rotation, and that’s the reason I brought the car in. They had no time to go back and look after my appointment, so I need to come back for another appointment. Inconvenient.

Excellent experience! I had an awesome vibe as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly, polite and very chill. My husband and I weren’t given the run around as we normally would expect from a car dealer. Patrick Mack, the Sales & Leasing Consultant we had, was refreshingly to the point and sped the process along faster than we would have expected. He made it a great experience. Christopher, the finance guy, was no nonsense and a pleasure to deal with as well. We now own a 2018 Mazda CX-5 and are very happy with it so far!

Joel from service & Charlie Hall have gone above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this dealerships service to anyone, they are so so accommodating and kind. I bought my very first car with them a week ago, after the -25 degree temperatures my 2016 Mazda would not start. My family lives back in Madison and Joel made me feel like I was not alone in figuring this out. He went out of his way to help me contact a tow company to get me, he was so empathetic & kind, he always got right back to me as he promised. I can’t say enough good things about all that he did, Hall is SO lucky to have him. And I will be continuing my service with Hall because of him & Charlie. I was talked into a 280 dollar one tire replacement on a 6 1/2 month old tire that could have been patched easily. My fault for not insisting on a patch. I will not service my vehicle at Hall mazda anymore. I wonder how much they lost in the long run? Matthew D.

My husband and I were looking for a nice, reliable car for me for a while. We are expecting our second child so I wanted something used that would not take too long for payoff as well as something that offered all the safety features I was looking for. We met with Steve F. at Hall Mazda about a week ago and I have to say that we couldnt have be any happier with the results of our purchase. Steve was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and helped us find a vehicle that provided everything I was looking for. My 3 year old was with us and was a bit testy at times but Steve was awesome and they became buddies. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called to inquire about the price of a used vehicle. I was told they would love to negotiate, but only if I come in person. I understood. I arranged for a ride (thinking I was going to leave with the car), brought my checkbook, test drove it, then sat down to discuss numbers.After 30 minutes, the salesperson comes back after talking to his manager and asked if I was serious about making the purchase. I said yes. Another trip to the manager, then comes back to tell me there wont be any budging on the price. Not $500, not $100. Sticker price...which was bluebooked over fair market value.I left and went to another dealership that had the same car I wanted, except after negotiating, cost far less. I bought the car the same day and its been great. One month after my visit, I received a call telling me to come back because there might be something they can do about the price. Too late.

My wife and I Are sealing the deal on a 2018 atlas SE with R line trim! We couldnt be more excited. We were seeking a safe vehicle with a smooth and quiet ride for us and our 5 month old Graham that didnt sacrifice any sleek looks. I’ve gotten my Mazda serviced here twice. Once for the air conditioner compressor and the other for the arm rest breaking. The armrest is very flimsy on the CX3 (Word of caution if you’re looking to buy one). They said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty because of “excessive wear and tear”. I guess I’ll be taking to Mazda to Russ Darrow for any service in the future. They were willing to cover it no questions asked.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Passat from Hall Mazda a few months ago. We had several below average experiences at other car dealerships prior to coming to Hall. Our salesperson Chris Scott did a phenomenal job of making us feel comfortable, giving us the information we asked for, giving us time to decide without being pushy, and working with us when it came to making a deal that met our needs for a price we could afford. As we purchased the vehicle, Chris stated that we were now a part of the Hall family...as silly as that may sound, that is how he and his colleagues made us feel! We recently purchased a Mazda CX-5. No problems with the car. Service/experience however was a different story. My wife was buying the car and every staff person would only speak to me. Repeatedly I said, she is buying a car, please ask her the questions. And they’d just stare blankly, the kept talking to me and asking questions. As if she didn’t matter at all. I made it clear I was not the customer, she was.Additionally the accounting financial person namedZiggy has got to be the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in person and on the phone. He was rude to my wife when we were drawing up the paperwork. He didn’t believe any of her credit reports, “there’s no way your credit is this good, I’m going to have to reverify this...” Then, after talking with our bank, said the money would be ready to go in 24 hours, and ziggy said there’s no way a bank can do it that fast, it’ll be at least 2 weeks before anything clears, he got frustrated and condescending on the phone with us “why would I lie to you?Then hung up. Turns out the money was there, cleared exactly when the bank said it would...We tried to explain this to the accounting manager and the general manager and they gave us the “oh well sorry I guess. there was a misunderstanding but he’s right you know?” As if we were making it up.Update: When we purchased the car, there was only one Key FOB, and the salesman said he would call us when the new one was ready, a few days tops. It took almost 2 weeks. My wife scheduled an appointment for her car so they could program the switch, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, short, and yet again condescending.Then, when my wife was checking in, they receptionist was asking about the car and how she liked it, then said isnt it awful nice of your husband to buy you a car? My wife bought the car herself...I do not understand what it is about this dealership and its people. They are rude, condescending, and sexist top to bottom.I love Mazda, but definitely won’t buy from these guys or take my cars in for service in the future.The gleaming 5 star reviews are all fake by the way.TLDR: cars are fine, the staff needs some retraining on how to talk to people.

However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine issues causing the vehicle to fail emissions at 20k miles, complete brake replacement well before expectation, rear window washer issues, rear brake light issues, and transfer case needed to be replaced at 60k miles - to name a few). So many issues that Mazda provided an employee discount certificate to buy a replacement; however, Hall Mazda could not provide competitive pricing as I was able to get stronger offer from other dealers without even referencing the discount. During the last issues with Transfer Case replacement, the vehicle needed to be returned four times and we continue to have issues that are unresolved. Expect a dealer who will not root cause your vehicle issues, perform only the minimal fixes after they leave your vehicle in worse shape than you start with. Worst experience I have had, period. Going back to a reputable car company and dealership experience…

Even though I did not purchase a car through Hall Mazda, I worked with Percy Chambers during the research process. What a great salesman! We only spoke over the phone, and he made me feel important and valued. He took the time to follow up with me if he didnt know an answer off hand, and made sure that I had the most accurate and honest information. He never made me feel pressured or that I was wasting his time with my questions. I leased my car through a different dealer closer to home, and that approved me financially--which was out of Percys control. I would recommend requesting him when looking to purchase a car through Hall Mazda, he is very personable and looks out for your best interest.

Severely disappointed so far with the service department at Hall Mazda. Ive tried to call and schedule my first service with them and I called three times. The first time I got disconnected, the second time I was on hold for over ten minutes before I hung up. The third time I was told that the service manager was busy and that I should call back. I then tried to schedule my service on their website and that was an awful experience. I think the website needs to be looked at and optimized for smaller screens.Unless something drastically changes I do not see myself going in for service here.

I am very happy with the 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring (Soul Red), very nice car, excellent interior, nice looking car inside and outside... Sky Active technology is awesome. Ive been to this dealership and Metro Mazda Milwaukee multiple times. I far prefer this one. Work is done well and in a very timely manner. The people I have interacted with are knowledgable and pleasant. Costs are slightly higher but thats to be expected. Recently I took my 07 Mazda CX-7 in because the engine light was on. Come to find out it needed far more repairs and $$$ than it was worth. Sadly I had to junk it. I always have the same advisor, Theresa Campbell for my service appointments and she is fantastic! She was very upfront about the costs of the repairs and what she thought I should do. She even thought to ask how I was doing after everything was said and done and I was looking for a new car. While I ultimately didnt buy my new-to-me Mazda CX-5 at this dealership, I will contiune to drive the extra miles to get oil changes and services here.

I purchased a new Mazda in 2016 from *another* Milwaukee dealership, and was treated like a complete moron even when the vehicle was about to catch fire / blow up. Took my vehicle to Hall Mazda, where I was not only greeted kindly but service noticed the problem right away! They kept my car for over 2 months while trying to find the culprit (which they did!) and then wait for Mazda Corp to have that part in stock. Finally was able to finish the job, and now have tears of joy since my A/C works BETTER than ever and the car rides great! Hall Mazda is a must for dealerships! Oh, and they gave me a free rental for the entire time they had my car.

I am traveling and didnt have time to get my Mazda serviced before leaving home. I found this Mazda dealer through Google. It was 10 miles from where I am staying in WI and drove over there, hoping they could fit me in. They were quite busy at that time and I appreciated theyre being upfront about it. We set an appt for later in the day. I arrived, they were efficient and very courteous and had my car ready in an hour, exactly when they promised it. They washed it at no additional charge and extended the on-line discount coupon to me, even though I didnt have a printed copy of it. Excellent service, very courteous personnel!

I spent a full month calling and going to mazda dealers within a 100 mile radius and best advice I can give is to not waste your time and go directly to Hall Imports and ask for Sean Kulp. He was upfront, honest, and gave me printouts of cars, prices, discounts, trade in, etc for me to take home and review instead of being quoted verbally and given an internet printout having no idea of breakdown of offer. I left feeling great and still feel great knowing i got a great car, great deal, and excellent service that no other dealer came close to.

I have a Mazda CX9 and I find that I get superior service at the Acura dealer. Halls always overcharges. By way of example, I received a phone quote to replace a single low beam bulb ($200). I scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, the price was suddenly $300. That has been my experience there and I will continue to take my car to Acura, even though I drive a Mazda...

Ill start off by saying that I do a lot of on-line research before going to look at a car so I know the features, power, mpg etc. I generally go to get that in-person feel.I stopped into Hall to test drive a new Golf and meet Scott Holpfer, he quickly picked up that I knew the car and never once tried to sell me a car. Got me into a test drive quickly and got out of my way. At the end, asked me how I liked it and that was it. I came back a few days later and we talked options and how to find the right color and features I wanted, they went out of their way to find the right car a few states away.When talking about a possible trade, I meet Charlie Hall, and though I did not trade in, I never felt that they were trying to lowball me or take me for a ride. Even the finance guy Jake was easy to work with, did not pressure me into a bunch of options I did not want.Overall a very good and easy process to buying a new car! My experience was great.

Will never be returning to Hall after being a loyal customer for several years. Was quoted well over double for 60,000 mile service. Even after questioning the high cost the tech stuck with his quote. Luckily a different service tech rung me up following service they had no idea how he had come up with a number over double the cost. To top it all off my tire was patched, without my permission, less than a half inch from the sidewall rendering it completely unsafe to be driving. I have had no apology for either mistake from Hall. Customers beware....

My wife and I bought a mazda speed 3 from here 2 less then 2 months ago, we drove 2 hours to go look at the car. After driving the car it can back with needing front brakes and the air conditioning fixed. The salesman said that they would take care of all of that with new parts and the car you be good as new when we would pick the car up. A few days later the salesman tells us they are waiting on a part for the car to show up and that we can pick the car up then next week. After driving the car for almost 2 months the air conditioning seams to not be as cold and after a few days of that it just stops blowing cold air. We took the car into a trusted local shop and after they were able to check the car out. The local shop told us that hall mazda bought a used junkyard ac compressor and put it on the car when my wife and I were told that all the parts that were going to be replaced were going to be new parts.

Great buying experience! i worked with jake in internet sales and alex the sales manager. both were very polite and not pushy at all. their main goal was to make sure i was happy with the vehicle and getting exactly what i wanted. they also had the lowest price and did an excellent job prepping the vehicle. most dealers pull the plastic, wash it and call it good. hall did a full detail and waxed it.

Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldnt put my stick shift into gear. Their comments were, Verified customer concern...no visible issues...needs clutch. I was furious because they were going to charge me $1600 to replace my clutch (AND flywheel) that only has 65,000mi on it!! I got a second opinion and all signs were pointing to the master cylinder. I went to advance auto, spent $45 on a new master cylinder, installed it myself, and now the car runs like the day I bought it! NEVER going back here, and would not recommend this place to a friend.

I called Hall to find out if I should bring my Mazda in for them to look at, I asked to speak to a mechanic and was told mechanics dont come to the phone when I said that I just wanted to know if I should bring my car in the guy speaking (who wouldnt tell me his name) stated we dont do that, thats how we make money, Ive dealt with a lot of other garages, and never have I head such a strange and rude experience.
