Very professional service as we just got a new heating and cooling system. They use American Standard furnaces and air conditioners which are very highly rated (top 2 or 3) by Consumer Reports. So their prices are higher then installers using lower rated brand but it is worth it.

Truly great experience with Brookfield Heating & Cooling. Its always an emergency when AC or furnace goes out. The repair process for our AC was fast, complete, and very affordable. Cant thank these guys enough for being so professional and also for explaining exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Five stars. Will be calling them again in the future for maintenance or repair.

Ok experience for AC repair. The tech was young. He found an issue with the board on the furnace. He never even checked the AC unit, which we had serviced at the beginning of the year by a different company who suspected a refrigerant leak. The board repair was smooth but he left without ensuring things were working. There was still no pressure and no cool air coming out. Luckily he was still in our driveway. I pleaded with him to please check the outside unit and refrigerant and finally after getting his boss on the phone he did. Sure enough, it was down two pounds of refrigerant! Whoops. Two apologies to me. I was not pleased that they argued with me about things even though I couldn’t understand how they could diagnose the problem without checking the system. I’m so glad I insisted they do it or I would’ve been stuck for days without air. His boss promised me to email me with information about new units that say. It’s been 5 days— still haven’t seen it. Overall they got the job done but I’m ready to look at a new system and I’m not sure I have confidence in them after our experience.

Wow! That sums up their service in one word. I got referred to Brookfield Heating and Cooling LLC by my home warranty company after a not so good experience with another provider they set. Once the owner Jeff came to my home he found multiple issues that were not found by the other technician. Jeff was able to walk me through my system showing me what was good and what was not so good. He was also able to offer me a complete replacement package to my current heating and cooling system that was dying at a great price. Once I agreed to a replacement, he had other technicians over in about a week and they were in and out in about 6 hours and I was left with a brand new system. The best part was I could not even tell they had been to my house when they left. I thought everything they did today was great. Fair pricing, competent service, Jeff was great. My only issue is that it took 5 days for them to come and we had no heat! The unit was under warranty (parts only) I feel that is too long to wait for service call when it was very cold the last few days.

What a great experience dealing with Brookfield Heating and Cooling. They were professional, on time, and meticulous in their installation. Jeff made a great first impression on us when he gave us an estimate. He provided excellent service, great price and did not try to sell you anything that you didn’t want or need. He answered all our questions and then some. We were not disappointed when the installers came. The team was on time, courteous, professional with an exceptional level of detail in their work, just what we were looking for. The installers worked for 12 hours on a hot a muggy day. They were as professional at 8:30 am as they were when they left at 8:30 pm. They cleaned all the dust and hauled away the old furnace, you wouldn’t even know they were here. Sarah was very friendly and accommodating for scheduling and payment. I can’t remember a company that was so easy to deal with from the moment we called them until completion of a project. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Great company to work with. Our AC was not blowing cold air. Tech came out, ahead of schedule. Couldn’t repair it right away since it was iced over. Scheduled a tech to come back the next morning.Tech came out and recharged the system. Working great now.No pressure to replace the unit, but we obviously have a leak so will need to.Very friendly and knowledgeable. Both of them were very professional. Overall a good experience and a fair price for the work.

Our furnace went bad, blowing only cool air instead of heat. I called Brookfield Heating & Cooling. Jeff came to our house on the same day and on time as promised. He confirmed that the second heat exchanger was bad. He offered to give us 2 quotes, one to replace the heat exchanger (but may not be worth it due to price)and one for a new furnace. I told him that Id call him back to let him know my decision because we were waiting for another company to come out giving us another quote. He was honest, understanding and no pushy or pressure. Before he left, he even advised me to get a fan to blow at the furnace, turn down the gas about 50% and showed me to reset the furnace so it could temporarily keep the house warm for a few days, reset it again if it blew cool air. Besides the reasonable price, Jeffs honesty and professionalism are the keys for us to decide going with Brookfield Heating & Cooling. The installation crews were also very professional. They showed up on time and courteous, cleaned up after the installation of the new furnace and explained everything. Id highly recommend their service to anyone. Jeff and Javier* did an excellent job installing our AC through and through. I was unavailable to be there during the appointment and only realized after they arrived that I hadnt exactly left the room where they had to work in an organized state due to a recent basement reorganization spree. Never thought Id be that customer but it completely slipped my mind. They worked around all the stuff had lying down there and neatly pushed everything away from the work area. 5 stars for going above and beyond.

From scheduling an estimate, and working with Jeff and Sarah prior to install, all the way to finished install, I am really impressed by the quality of service.The techs were very professional, and curtious, the install was very clean, and the units themselves look great. All wiring and tubing was ran, and tied meticulously. They left absolutely nothing behind, and left the area cleaner than when they showed up. I couldnt recommend them more, and I will absolutely use them for any needs I have in the future.

I received a reminder text yesterday, a text and a phone call from the tech when he was within 30 min of arrival. The tech, Javier, was professional, courteous and thorough. Very pleased and set for another year!4/19. Excellent service for a complete HVAC replacement. From the initial contact with Jeff for an estimate, through the completed installation by Dan and his assistant, the team was courteous, professional and on time. Great service. I had called to get an AC unit moved as it was blocking the meter. I have only lived in the house a few months, and had 5 visits from other HVAC companies sent to diagnose my barely functional AC, all claiming there wasnt a problem or replacing something to no effect. Jeff informed me immediately of problems he could see and provided a list for me to bring back to my home warranty company of issues that he expected were causing me problems.

The worst company you can ever work with. Not a service oriented company. I have home warranty and they sent this company for fixing my air conditioning unit. The person who came dont want to fix the unit, instead he wanted to sell a unit. He didnt event check the unit. It sounds like the person wasnt even qualified to check the unit. He just collected $100 deductible. Never repaired the unit and never responded to multiple phone called or voice messages.Dont ever waste your hard earned money with so un professional company

Such an amazing experience! Our heat wouldn’t work as soon as that cold front walked into town. I was able to call Jeff, get a call back the very next day and although booked, he was able to squeeze me in and get our heat up and going in no time! From start to finish the process was flawless. If I have any heating or cooling needs in the future, I will be calling them first!!

Brookfield Heating & Cooling deserves the 5 star rating. We called them looking for service due to our furnace not blowing any air let alone warm air. I was told they could have someone here within the hour.Jeff arrived on time and was courteous. Worked on the furnace for 20 minutes and came to explain the problem to me. Since it was after business hours, he couldnt provide a permanent solution due to needing a specific part. He got the furnace back up and running through a temporary fix so we would have heat for the rest of the evening. He returned the next morning to install the new part.Pricing was up front and honest. I would highly recommend this company!

Our property management company, which has several hundred apartment, has been working with Brookfield Heating for well over a year and has never been disappointed. The staff has always been prompt, courteous and professional to our company and our tenants (even when the tenants are difficult). Over the years we have dealt with several HVAC companies in the Milwaukee area and none of them compare to Brookfield Heating. Prices are always within reason and affordable.

Jeff prices are Good, I would say he cheaper than the industry standard. The guys at Brookfield Heating & Cooling know their stuff, well schooled in the heating and air conditioning industry, and I trust them! I was in the same industry for 34 years. Plus you couldnt ask for better people. Jeff jumped thru hoops for me to accommodate me on billing! They also sell one of the best furnaces made, American Standard, Goggle it.

Was very upfront with the price and work. One of the workers forgot to put a lever on the unit and the tray under my furnace was filling with water. They came right out in a matter of a hour and a half to fix problem. Have been very happy since day 1

Jeff saved the day. Our furnace went out in single digit weather with a three week old newborn. Donavan Jorgenson pitched a new furnace and quoted expensive parts on Saturday morning. They weren’t able to fix the issue and we had to relocate our family to the in laws for the weekend. Brookfield Heating and Cooling came in Monday morning and fixed the issue within 2 hours and half the price. Highly recommend using Brookfield Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.
