I’m not one to post reviews ever but this shop deserves all the 5 star reviews.They are the consistently cheaper than chain/corporate or even other smaller shops.They consistently preform quality work and I’ve never had a single issue with them or the work they have done on my car.As a woman I walk in and feel as if I am being treated equally as all the men walking in as well which you may think sounds silly but has been annoying and still an issue with so many other shops!They are quick and efficient and I happily send all my friends and family their way and have had nothing but positive feedback. Take your car here and you won’t be disappointed!

Came here for the first time when my car broke down. They made me feel comfortable with completing the work on my car. They were able to get me in for an appointment fairly quickly. These guys are professional and upfront. My vehicle is running much better now, appreciate it. Definitely recommend checking this spot out, I will be back for any future work!

I started going here on a whim a few years ago when I had a fuel pump go out on me, They are close to me and in the neighborhood. Turns out hes the best mechanic Ive found in the city thus far. Hes fast and thorough while still working with my budget. Most recently I dropped a car off with him to get some electrical work done as well as have a check engine light addressed and have new tires installed. Not only did he do all of that but he also replaced a bunch of missing pieces that held my bumper in place.If your looking for an honest and transparent mechanic this is youre guy! I know so many people are afraid of mechanics who take advantage of their clientel and price gauge but this is not something you need to worry about here. I cant recommend M&C auto repair enough.

Ive been coming Here for regular maintenance for over 10 years, and have always been pleased with their work, customer service, and trustworthiness. I particularly appreciate the careful explanation I get upon picking up my car, so that I have a clear understanding of the work that was done and any follow-up or things for which to watch down the road.An experience that stands out was following a mandatory airbag replacement I had done on my Honda, work covered under warranty at the dealership. When my airbag warning light came on a couple weeks after the replacement, I figured it was related, and took the car back to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, unrelated to the previous work, and gave an estimate of $350+ to fix it. I called them up and explained, saying if they could do this kind of work, Id much rather pay them than the dealer. he said to bring the car in, that sometimes the sensors just need to be reset (something like rebooting your computer); we could try this to see if it worked. Indeed the rebooting worked and they saved me over $350!What stands out is not just that they had the knowledge and experience to know that perhaps a reset was all that was needed, it was also the care he took to solve the problem at minimum expense to me, even when he made less on the work. It is this sort of attention and ethical customer-centered approach that keeps me coming back; I know they will always do the right thing for me, regardless, and that this approach is ultimately best for business, as it cements customer loyalty. I don’t believe the dealer was necessarily unethical (after all the warning light was on), but they did not exhibit the same concern for me or there ultimately there business

It is a great Automotive repair shop. They always take the time to explain what is wrong and do the repairs properly. They take the time to explain any issues that they see that may cause problems in the future. They really help you to stay informed on the condition of your vehicle and help you keep you vehicle maintained and running great.

I was having car troubles and a friend of mine suggested M&C. I eventually finally decided to give them a try after gettting a 950$ estimate from Conrads. They were able save me about 400$. The staff there seemed very expierenced and friendly. Overall I was very happy with the work they did and I will defiantly be coming back for all my a car troubles.
