They did a great job and beat every other place in price plus they took photos as they did the job so we could see the sheer amount of work involved.They were quick and have very good customer care, including after service check back to make sure all is working well. I highly recommend using them for what ever service you need but especially A/C issues.

I used Haynicks on a friends recommendation. I called and was told to bring the vehicle right in. They gave me a nice, clean, loaner car and fixed my bearings, control arms, and turned my rotors. They kept me updated on the process and were finished before they said it would be done. They stayed open a bit to let me get my car after work. I also received a courtesy call to see if all was well with my vehicle and to see if I was happy with my service. I was. Great people, I saved a lot of money, and they were very professional. The lobby and shop were very clean also. I will refer them and use them again.

We communicated with the shop often about what needs to be done, what can be done, and what I could afford with no chaser. Pete was kind and funny. He made me want to drive all the way from the east side, so that he could work on my car. Pete and his team saved us from our second break down on a long car trip. They took a lot of care to make sure the problem was diagnosed and fixed correctly so we wouldn’t have any further troubles. They also went out of their way to get things done quickly since we had a lot of children in a hotel room waiting To get back on the road.They did their work quickly with a lot of care for our safety and time, and also our wallet. Even called us a few days later to check and make sure everything was all right.Really I wish I Lived in Cleveland so I could bring all my vehicles there all the time.
