This is a great location easy to find there in the shopping center. They have a great friendly staff that make it easy and pleasurable to deal with them. They have everything you need to ship supplies inside and I highly recommend them.

I called about a small print job 30 minutes before closing and the guy over the phone basically tried to say I couldnt get it done in 30 minutes but was welcome to come try after I asked about not having him print it and using the work station and printers. I get here and all the printer area is closed and he tries to act like he can help.me. then cant print it but also wont offer to let me do it just says he needs a print ready job. Literally wasted my full 30 min trying to create a new file on my phone. Then when I ask can he just print file on6 pieces of paper he says itll take longer than 5 mintues so he couldnt help me. Lile he literally just needs to print the exact file 4 times (24 sheets of paper cannot print in less than 5 minutes, thats se sub par equipment then). So VERY FRUSTRATING and disappointing. Momma needed some help.

Excellent service today. The staff were very helpful, they should be paid more because their customers service is worth their weight in gold.

Have used them religiously for over 2 years. Over the last year, staff seems incompetent, and lack understanding of basic business principles. Walkin to an empty store and ask for copies to be made behind the counter and get turned away for an extra $15, when this has been done NUMEROUS times prior. Only to use the floor copiers that wont work half the time. Then coming up to get a quote for shipping an item, verbatim write quote down and then come back the next day to be told it is actually 400% higher than quoted the day prior... Will be finding another location to use.

I brought in a project that involved enlarging copies and the staff were wonderful and did everything for me. They took care of the whole project and I did not have to worry about anything. Great communication and understanding. The business also encouraged me to use cardstock to ensure the copies last.

Do not go to this store unless you are wearing gloves and a face mask.I went in June 9, 2020 and was treated like I had leprosy--(even though I have done business there many times before.) When I went back later, wearing all the PPE (to demonstrate what I wear treating patients and WHY I do not wear it outside of the office) I was criticized by Braden, told my feelings and perceptions were not correct and he refused to give me his managers name. Customer service is NOT what Braden has any business doing.There are several other local competitors to do printing and shipping business with (very competitive pricing), look at doing business with Royal Printing BA and UPS or USPS.

FedEx Screwed up my shipment... Again... This location loaded my package onto the wrong truck so it was not delivered when it was supposed to be, even though I need the item today. Wish retailers would stop using FedEx as their shipper and use UPS instead.. UPS is great.

Staff are very friendly and courteous, however their Google Maps pin leads to behind the building, opposite of the main customer entrance, which is a manually opened door. Not conducive to dropping off large packages.

As a mobile notary service business owner, I appreciate prompt, courteous, and professional service. All of the FedEx team members are courteous and professional and have been over the previous 10+ years that Ive needed their services. Very helpful and offer great suggestions. => I prefer to use this FedEx location due to the staff members service with a smile.

It has all the necessary essential for basic printing, shipping, faxing and copying. One PC for self service use and b&w printing. The prices for print jobs are a little steep. Overall if you need it its there and adequate.

What a terrible experience! Waiting 10 minutes for Roger to find my package and another 5 to get the computer to work and was told to please be patient in a very rude tone. I understand it taking a few minutes to find a package but to be in a fed ex store for 15 minutes for a medium size box was absolutely ridiculous! It would be better to have your packages shipped to the house and take the gamble of them being stolen at this rate.

Very, very busy Fri at lunchtime but the employees were very helpful and tried to take care of you as soon as they could.

This location is my favorite. I never wait longer than a couple minutes to be helped. I think FedEx in general is much more expensive than using USPS but for my printing and project needs, Im super happy here! Its always clean too.

Said it was going to be deliver today, but have to wait till Monday. Should take notes from Amazon Prime, UPS, USPS and deliver when you say you will.... ANYONE BUT FEDEX PLEASE.

A great place to go for different things. I usually just go to print things on heavy stock paper. I dont like the hefty prices to use the Internet. I was forced to use it because the copier wouldnt read my flash drive so I had to print from my email. I know the internet is not free but those prices were rediculous.

Everyonr has always been very courteous and professoinal in this print store. I wont go anywhere else to have my documents printed.

FedEx once again sucks if I were you I would use ups shipping. They screw up your delivery and oops so sorry we will get it to you tomorrow, tomorrow comes oops we will get it to you tomorrow and on and on and on
