I absolutely love Scissortail Crossing! I have resided at Scissortail for 4 years and the staff/team are absolutely amazing!! Beautiful complex with impeccable attention to details. Beautiful pool and fantastic fitness center! Everyone is super friendly!! Maintenance team... always fast and friendly and ready to help!! Highly recommend!!

The staff at Scissortail took such great care of my husband and I. We absolutely love our apartment! We got a 1 bedroom with an attached garage and the floorplan and space works perfectly for us. Every room is larger than expected with ample storage. Thank you Billy, Cherice, Bailey and Corey! You are doing a great Job.

From the very beginning living at this apartment has been nothing but a nightmare. The manager, Cherise, is very rude, disrespectful and combative. She should not be the manager of this property. She has a very stink attitude and does not take ownership of her & her employees short comings. When moving in the apartment was DIRTY and they wanted me to stay there and wait an entire weekend until their cleaning people could come to clean it because they forgot to clean it!!! I️ had to stay in a hotel until it was cleaned. They tried to charged me a multitude of fees 2 days before moving in because they were slow in the application process. I️ applied almost 2 weeks before they approved me and called just about every day asking questions about it and got the run around. I️ added a leaseholder to the end of the lease and one of her employees gave the wrong information and subsequently she decided to not honor what her employee said and was very disrespectful and rude in her response, she said, “it is what it is. This conversation is over” and hung up on me. A manager of an apartment complex???? This apartment has the potential to be so much more but it is not because the quality is poor, management does not upkeep well & the manager is VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

BEWARE OF SCISSORTAIL CROSSINGOffice staff is not professional in any way, shape or form. They are not renewing our lease because of noise complaints. They said they heard screaming, shouting and fighting. Well we heard the noise too as it wasn’t us. We’ve been nothing but good residents. Then I had my downstairs neighbor attempt to confront me and started screaming at me completely unprovoked. Oh and I can’t forget to mention that we got the same complaints when we moved in, come to find out it was the first floor neighbor complaining about their upstairs neighbors (our downstairs neighbors). Our downstairs neighbors lied and said it was us. How is it possible for the first floor neighbor to hear us when we are quiet? Our downstairs neighbors continued to blame us even though we weren’t doing anything. The office staff didn’t even take into consideration the first complaint which wasn’t us and proves that those tenants were lying. Nothing was done about it. When we tried to defend ourselves, it didn’t even matter. They are inconsistent with their rules. They have no proof of said noise that we were making but that didn’t matter. I asked them the specific reason for kicking us out and they stated it was because of the noise complaints, they stated no other reason. They stated the complaints were coming from multiple apartments. Not sure how as I’ve said before, there was no screaming or fighting coming from our apartment and I had heard it too. I had tried to call the office a couple times myself but nothing ever changed so I stopped and just kept to myself. This has literally been the worst I’ve ever been treated by an apartment complex. Multiple people around us have also moved out and now upon looking at Scissortail Crossing’s website, the rent of these places has raised a considerable amount. Real classy. Now, because we couldn’t find a place until three days before we had to leave and couldn’t move, we had to move in such a hurry that we had to leave a lot of things behind because it was just impossible to get out by the 20th. Thus we have to pay a huge amount to Scissortail. This could have all been avoided had they done their due diligence and found out that we were indeed not the people making all the noise. This place does not care for its residents at all. Beware if you choose to live here.

I enjoyed the facility and the care the staff provided for me over the past 2 1//2 years. I am now in another Case apartment complex on the west side of Tulsa OK. I have already been impressed with the staff here and their help to get me settled. It is good to be near my kids and grandkids.

This place is okay. Maintenance has been spot on. Office personell is mehem. Pool is nice.

The staff cares about their tenets. Maintenance issues were fixed promptly. The complex is super clean and most of the residents are friendly. I enjoyed my time here.

The entire experience with Scissortail Crossing Apartments has been effortless for me. From the Leasing experience to the maintenance. As the maintenance goes there has been very little. The front office & the maintenance personnel are extremely accommodating.

Every one including the maintenance has been very helpful .

Have lived here a little over 3 years now. Place is pretty nice and quiet, no crime that I know of. Some parts of the apartment are made very CHEAP though, for example the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms always are loose and fall off even if they arent used! The only major issue I have is I love using the 24/7 hour gym. they have a great big TV that they now HIDE the remote and never turn on. pretty pathetic if you ask me. had been going to the gym almost 2 years and could watch games and shows and now no tv. Also they keep the heater way to hot for the gym in the winter ( have to open windows) it feels like a 100 degree sauna! But overall would give the apartment 4 stars.

I had my bathtub drain fixed because it wasnt draining. I submitted it on Saturday and it was fixed on Monday and works great! Thank you for the quick response!I had 4 issues that needed to be fixed at the beginning of August. It was submitted during the weekend and all 4 issues were fixed by Tuesday. Quick response and great job done. In one issue, my blind broke. It was replaced with a cordless one, which is much better. Great job on their part and all issues were addressed, thank you!

I came to stay a couple of days with my daughter at Scissortail Crossings and The Loft that she stays in is beautiful in private. The grounds or well-maintained in the place is centrally located around so many stores.

Thank you for replacing and cleaning the carpet after flooding problems.

Carey took care of the problems quickly and professionally. Was happy with the outcome. The outlet issue could not be resolved due to circumstances beyond Corey’s control. At time of construction outlet was installed without wiring.

Maintenance was timely with repair. Love it!!

I just moved in, and the problems I had were resolved quickly. They came in next day and fixed almost all the issues. They did a good job overall.

I lived there for a year. Its OK but not what I expected. It looks nice and for the most part it is. The staff is super friendly, maintenance issues were fixed fairly fast. Their main selling point is the pool and security. The pool is impossible to enjoy because the security is a joke. There are so many people that dont live there using the pool. I have literally watched as mini vans full of adults and kids pull up to the front parking lot and go to the pool. For the price you pay to live there you should be able to enjoy the facilities. The gates were always left open and people come and go at will. There have been several times when I was approached while at the dog park by tweekers, as they put it checking out the joint. Safety is a big issue and the main reason I moved out.

I have lived here at Scissortail Crossing for 6 months. I have enjoyed my experience tremendously.Every time I call for Maintenance they are prompt and courteous. No matter how simple the problem they have made me feel like they are here to serve me.My building is very quiet. The entire complex is quiet. The staff is top quality. Thank you management for such concern for your tenants.

Cory came to solve 2 problems and quick fixed 5! Polite and upbeat, and didnt act annoyed to be fixing things. I appreciated that.Apartment grounds well maintained and clean. Staff friendly and solved problems quickly. Pool is great!

I have my rent automatically deducted which is very convenient. Every single maintenance request I have submitted has been promptly addressed. Most within the hour. I am extremely satisfied with this complex. I love the peace and quiet and the view from my balcony.

Friendly and safe community for me and my two girls! Staff is very friendly and were a very big help with helping me with my application process. We just moved in but so far im very pleased with everything.

So I have tried multiple times to get ahold of them and they aren’t returning my phone calls I’m sorry no apartment complex is that busy not to return phone calls nor not answer my phone calls when I call on different days and different times! They don’t care about new clientele at all. Will not be pursuing anything with them further your choice if you want to. Just thought you should know.

The greatest apartment we have been in, the place is maintained so good! We havent had any issues any maintenance request were done so quickly. All of the office staff has been so nice and professional to my wife and I we couldnt be happier. Its been great for us so far! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Hailey helped us through out this whole process of applying...me and my husband will be moving here in October. The apartments are almost brand new and beautiful! The staff are incredibly nice and great at explaining things.

Ready for my lease to End . rent is to high here you pay for your pet every month on top of your high rent to have a pet here after a hard day of work you can not go to the pool and relax without millions of kids. pretty much if you are looking for a nice place that is quiet and less kids and easy going like i thought it was going to be this is not the place to live . people are not to friendly here as well . time to move not impressed

Really nice place to live.Awesome pool,multiple propane grills &a workout room. If you can afford 940 a month,its the place to be.

Hailey Oropeza; the rental agent that I worked with, was very professional and knowledgeable. She represented the property well, answered all my questions and helped me through the process.

The staff is very understanding to any issues that you have and are very sweet.

If your like me and my wife do not want to buy a house here and like living here in Broken Arrow this is it check it out its a nice property . and great people work here the office is real helpful and the rent is well worth for what you are paying for it is all new .

PLEASE READ TILL THE END. I never lived here, but my girlfriend, whom lived here for less than 6 months, is now being harassed with false fees, after the company itself bought out her lease, allowing her to leave, also offering a 60 day notice to leave, which the property manager, did not honor. They are trying to charge her and her sister, who lived with her at the time, 800 dollars, for and I quote damages and trash of which there were none (I would know, I did a walkthrough after helping them move out). Do not go to this place, they are neither kid or pet friendly, they might as well have been a prison, with both their rude attitude against their tenants, and the fact they have forced people to rid themselves of a SERVICE ANIMAL, which the company themselves, said to the owners face, that they dont consider them service animals at all, and that they are pets in their eyes. AVOID this place, at all costs, especially if you like privacy, which this complex doesnt not allow with their web of illegal maintenance people, who tried stealing property on multiple occasions, had I not been there on several occasions, my girlfriend would have lost around 700 dollars worth of electronics, and even more in random collectibles. They have also straight out refused to investigate any claims of sexual harassment, which happen to not only my girlfriend, but her roommate. Maintenance doesnt knock, doesnt warn anyone of their presence, and if the property manager doesnt like you, prepare for harassment by notices, and frequent and unwarranted maintenance visits. Think about this, I never lived in the place, only ever slept over about once or twice a month between work weeks, and thats JUST whats I was there to witness. Dont subject yourself to this horror, find somewhere cheaper, and that allows you to live in peace, not fear. Thats it, thats all Ive got to say, just dont, save yourself the bull, find somewhere else.

We have never enjoyed apartment living as much as we do here at Scissortail Crossing.

I love this place! Case & Associates have it going on!

Cheaply built for exterior looks but quality structure isnt where they seem to market. However, living here hasnt been an issue with neighbors. Parking gets bad because we see too many vehicles wait to enter without a key pass which says some inhabitants or visitors take up the parking spaces. Not sure if security checks at all or if they care.
