My experience when I moved in was very good and I would give this complex 5 stars at that time. When I move out and I got my final bill that is why I’m giving them 0 stars because of all there bogus charges. The manager claimed when we moved in that we damaged the apartment when it look the same as it was when we moved out.Not to mention charges like a $146 water bill that they are trying to bill me for and I paid my rent and water bill on time every month. They are charging us a $38 for electric when I was not even in the apartment and a $50 processing fee.These apartment are very old, pretty much everything in the apartment is original like cabinets and doors and things. They bill you for pest control every month but your apartment never gets any attention. When you report something that is not working like fridge or oven all they say is, we are waiting on parts.This is a place I would never live at again and I would strongly recommend to anyone not to stay here!

Very fairly priced apartments, management is always helpful and friendly, Amber is great! Maintenance is always taken care of very quickly too, almost immediately.My only issue has been the dog poop problem, nearly nobody else cleans up after their pets. Management tried putting up signs and tries picking it up it’s still a big issue, not the apartment fault though, just inconsiderate residents.I’m going on my second year living here, very quiet friendly community.

Quiet enough place, management easy to do business with. The apartments themselves are riddled with error as far as final construction goes. Oddly spaced cabinets, drawers that only open conditionally, doors that are just a smidge short of closing all the way.Other than stuff like that, which is easy to get over, it was a fair enough price for the space.The management of the neighborhood could use some work. Can’t count how many times I nearly walked through dog poop on the sidewalk up to the door. People using parking spots as storage for unused/unwanted vehicles.The neighbors themselves and the standard of courtesy around the complex is what puts me at 2 stars on it. I had 3 plants stolen from my porch.. I don’t even understand why someone would do that.A bunch of younger kids moved into a unit near me together and began being disruptive.Stuff like that.

Very nice apartments. Quiet, very well maintained. Conveniently near the Creek Turnpike. Great variety of floor plans. Good management.Aug 31, 2018 - Just want to add: Had my first maintenance request today and have to commend Jim, on the maintenance team. He fixed the problem (garbage disposal quit) the very next morning after I reported it. He was quick, professional and very efficient. I work at home and barely paused while he was here. Hes a key reason I give them five stars.

A wonderful and friendly environment. The office was quick to help and answer all questions. A selection of regular apartments and townhouses of both single bedroom and two bedrooms. Out of the few I apartment complexes Ive stayed at I would come back to this one before any others.

I had a walmart delivery and couldnt find the apartment number 5148. It was next to office but the apartment manager didnt even know that. I had to ask her help because my customer did not answer the phone. I found the apartment after my customer got back to me. So i went back to the office to tell the manager were it was but also to contact the owner of complex. I wanted to suggest a sign on office. Manager said she would not give that number out. She was very rude about it. It escalated and she told me to leave. Never apologizing once for being unable to help on both accounts. She does not take any responsibility for her job and will only give excuses. I cant imagine how she will act when her residents have issues.

I have lived in apartments for over 40 years in three different states and have not found a better place to live. The maintenance and up keep of the property is by far superior to any other . I have never had any problems with neighbors in the over 2 years that I have lived here!!!! Maintenance things are fixed properly within 2 days and done well. The quality of the property and management team is more important than the color of the refrigerator. i would not consider leaving this property for a new one. The pools indoor and outdoor kept impeccable. I am happier here than any where else I have lived!!!

Very friendly staff, apartment manager is very sweet and personable. In the six months Ive lived here, I have had one problem (water heater thermostat) and maintenance had it fixed/replaced in an hour or two from the time that I addressed the issue. Grounds are always clean, night-watch security drives through several times every night. Complex is mostly quiet and neighbors are pleasant. Apartments are very clean and in excellent condition!! Pool is kept clean in summer. An all-around wonderful place to live:)

Tammy and Christy are amazing and I love the apartment complex. Had to move for work otherwise Id still be there.

Far too expenseive not a safe place to live! Forget bringing your kids here- Im a grown man and I dont feel safe here. Ive been here less than a year and in that time Ive seen multiple cars broken into, trash scattered, people cursing at each other, and someone arrested and pulled from their apartment. Management doesnt even have the glass cleaned up from these incidents.And its not even a cheap place to live! I could get 200 Sq ft more for over almost $200 less near Riverside. Inverness has also raised the rate since Ive been here and if you miss the rent deadline by even a few hours they charge you $75!Also, this place is disgusting. No one picks up their dog poop and half the time there are no bags for them to use even if they wanted to.Did I mention the washers and dryers are out of order far too often? What about the fact that management never answers the phone? Did you know theres mold in my apartment? And, of course, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors do!This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Avoid at all costs.

Its impossible to get a person on the phone. Ive called all morning trying to get information in regards to renting.

The management and maintenance crew are friendly and professional . Any issue we have had, not many at all, have been handled quickly and professionally.
