While the work performed on this service call appears s far to have corrected the problem it is the previous call this was unsatisfactory. ON 12/14 we has a service call for the exact same issue as this 3/9 call. Sears has a 90 day work guarantee therefore the cost of the December 2020 call so be refunded. In spite of requesting that refund, I am have not received it nor I have been informed that the refund is being processed. Thus I am not a satisfied customer . I would respectfully expect a response quickly to my refund request.Thomas Schadle

Great Sears hometown store, very friendly employees, very willing to help even though I bought it on line and not from his store! I really appreciate this because most hometown stores do not want to help you at all if u did not purchase it from them! I will b doing my business from them from now on instead of the online mess that Sears has now!
