Do not use this company!! They installed Geothermal in our new house and did all insulation. Our house is never balanced (either hot in summer or cold in winter) upstairs bed rooms are 55 degrees today. Horrible for such an expensive system.

I need to share the experience that I had with Elite Company. I called to make appointment to get my PSO Thermostat installed. Lillie was so willing to help me and she also told me 2 call her back if I had any trouble with the app. Brandon came out and installed the thermostat and made sure I knew how 2 work it before he left. I recommend Elite for your PSO Install and your Heating and air needs.

Elite put in 2 new Energy Star HVAC units in our home last March. The units themselves are wonderful. The owner initially came out and gave us an estimate and laid out all of our options. He explained the pros and cons of each system and helped us decide which one was best within our budget, and even helped us with the financing. We bought the units from Elite because we had used their service before, and were always impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism with not only all of service technicians, but the company as a whole. They are very reasonably priced, and they always send someone out to help us within a day or two (if not the same day we called). I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Elite for any heat and air services you need.

Lovely front office staff and sales person.Everyone else in the process was brash and never at fault for the calamity of errors that incurred during our build process. Multiple things were not installed correctly that I had to ask more than once to be corrected, including having them come after our build was completed and we had closed on our house. (Example: we put in a Heat pump system as we were sold that it would be significantly more efficient. It certainly is now that it is actually turned on 2 1/2 months later.)Furthermore, we never received a final bill for our HVAC system until a month and a half after closing due to an error in their system. Again, it was always on myself that errors occurred and there was never any leniency for their errors nor was there any consideration for a lowering of cost for anything.The name Elite is misleading re: customer service and install.

Great Service. Brandon was very professional. My job was not easy but the task was completed wonderfully.

Had an appointment set up and they did not contact me until 45 minutes after the due time. Called the “co-owner” and it was like she didn’t even give a care and simply said, “sorry other people have priorities and we will make a note of it.”Was rude & didn’t care. I would NEVER use them for anything.
