My sister had a ring sized as it was too tight and the jeweler did a beautiful job as she was very happy with the fit.

If I could give this no stars, I would, this place is horrible. The man along with his wife have horrible customer service and spoke very rudely to myself as well as the 2 customers in front of me.

These people are rude, less than honest, and incompetent. How they have stayed in business for so long is a mystery to me. I shall never go there again.

Old guy is losing his hearing. He has the customer service skills. Rude slow old man. I had to take my watch someplace else. Stay away!

Went here to get a new watch battery. The idiot there failed to seal it correctly so water seeped inside. I went there again and told him to fix it. He did not. Water got in it again. He actually ripped the waterproofing gasket.This guy is an idiot. If you want your watch more broken, go here. If you want it to actually get fixed, go somewhere else.

Had 2 batteries replaced, so far they still work but time will tell. Had 2 watch bands replaced--the band loops on both broke the first week. The watch band I use daily (with a hair elastic used to replace the loops) started cracking within a month, and today the buckle fell off. Out $30 for 2 bands. Wont ever go back there---and live too far away to make it worth driving there to complain.

Took them 3 weeks just to replace the glass face cover of my watch to get home, go to wear the next day and I tip it upside down over my hand and the the new glass they put fell right out as if they probably never even glued it in. Mind you they quoted me $14 to fix this problem and charged me an extra $7 upon pickup, which- due to language barrier between us-I still cannot figure out why until this very day...

He knows his job!
