Terrible insurance company. They never got me a good rate until I had asked. Don’t believe them if they say they get you the best rate each year. I was setting up a new policy with them I signed the paperwork but was told it wouldn’t be sent until I payed a $75 fee. They then sent the paperwork without me paying the fee when I told them I was switching to a new company. Not sure why that happened just shady. They gave me bad advice after an accident years ago cost me thousands when it was a simple form to contest it. Pricing is confusion on purpose, changing month to month. Made zero sense when they explained it. This company’s just overpriced in my opinion. Go to geico better rates less shady activity less stress more direct answers easy to use app.
