I had many problems and my FRIEND Matthew helped me out. Wish more people could be like him. If you need insurance please visit with Matthew you wont regret it.

Despite the unanimity of negative reviews, I went there for a quick, simple, insurance-related service from one of the companies for whom they are supposed to be an agent for. It would have taken less than 15 seconds. They refused. I now understand the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. Its amazing that a company with such poor ratings is still in business.

Best services around and the staff is the best been with them 10 years now every time I have trouble they are right there to solve it do not understand all the bad reviews pay your bill on time and you will have no trouble .Once again I say best staff around the 2 ladies in the office are great and the best around!!!!

Owner canceled my policy after taking a payment via phone to prevent cancellation because he got mad I mentioned going with another company if his can’t adequately help me

This is the worst insurance company around it is 2019 and they are unable to process anything electronically and still ship all applications and paperwork to insurance companies through the mail I have been waiting almost a week to get proof of insurance and cannot get it from these people they are complete idiots and I suggest everyone stay away and find someone else to get your insurance through
