They do very good work and are never afraid to go above and beyond. From plugging a tire to an inspection for a noise. They take customer service seriously. Afterwards, less than a day later, I got several helpful emails sending me an entire inspection report and online account where I can view all of my service history. Fuerst Automotive can not be spoken of highly enough in my opinion. Wednesday we were traveling home from Detroit back to Pennsylvania and our vehicle started losing antifreeze and was running warm. We stayed in a hotel and started making calls first thing Thursday. Not only did Fuerst add us into their schedule, but they also loaned us a car so we didn’t have to sit and wait for the radiator to come in. They had us on the road by 4 pm and we couldn’t be more thankful! Amazing service, and amazing people working at Fuerst make me wish we had them here in Pennsylvania.

Needed a battery repaired, simple fix and done the day I brought it in, early afternoon on a Friday and back to me before close. What was most impressive was I spent 15 minutes talking to them in the morning before even bringing my car in, no obligation to do so but answered multiple questions for me to help me. Well be back!

I can’t say enough good things about Fuerst Automotive! My fiancé and I moved to Brecksville last year and we did not know where to turn to to service our cars. A few people recommended a Fuerst to us and the experiences have been great! They are honest and affordable! We’ve take both cars in for oil changes and recently took our Jeep on because the check engine light was on. They called us back after dropping it off in the morning to tell us to take it back to the dealership we had bought it at a few months back, and that the repair should be covered under our warranty. They never charged us for checking out what was going on, which we couldn’t believe and we greatly appreciated! All around wonderful customer service and we will continue to return!

Fuerst Automotive was recommended to me, and my high expectations were exceeded. Family owned and operated, they inspect and care for your vehicle as if it were their own. While my truck was being worked on, I received a link via text message with photos of the work and detailed notes, including the name of the technician completing the work. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion, running better than the day I bought it. The cost was more than reasonable. Days later, I received a personalized letter in the mail, signed by the owners, containing a coupon for my next visit. This kind of above and beyond service is hard to come by in today’s world. I’ll be taking my vehicles to Fuerst Automotive exclusively from now on.

What a great experience. They were honest and showed me exactly what the issue was with my miss fire. Kinda saved my life as well because they discovered i had a tie rod that was ready to snap. i drive the freeway everyday a hour to and from work and my 2 year old daughter is with me so they really saved me!!!!!! Dropped my car off today for a smoke test due to an E-Check Light. I made the mistake of believing the 4.9 stars under the google reviews section for this place meant I was in good hands but the mechanics at my job & other shops say I was extremely overchargedovercharged6 so I took the time to investigate this myself . I understand they are trying to make money but charging 4x to 5x the actual cost of parts is insane & I am sure you can get the same quality of work/parts done much cheaper elsewhere. I also understand the manufacturer/brand & the quality of parts can create a large range of pricing for the same exact part so I compared pricing vs mid priced/quality parts. One example of many, was that I was charged $923.16 for 2x loaded quick struts - part# 272638 and another $274.18 to install them. If you look online for the struts with the same part number you can get a pair of them for $219.99 with free shipping on amazon, or $330/pair at local parts store not $923.16. Another example, I was charged $230.90 for 2x front rotors 18A81014A yet local part store had them for $46 each for the mid quality/price range rotors. This is the case with nearly all the parts I was charged for, some more then others so I listed them all below so you can check for yourself and verify that I am telling the truth in this review. Dont make the same mistake as me, do your homework before signing off on the work to be done. Get a quote or two over the phone from some other local repair shops to compare because it will save you a ton of money in the end. Had the shop install rear air bags on my truck and leveling kit. Install is clean and looks great. Truck rides smooth just like from the factory. Also the guys where done quickly with the work. The crew never disappoints.

I made an appointment with Rick over the phone, he was super nice and answered all my questions with concern and care. When picking my car up I met Bob the owner. What a class act. Fuerst always does a great job. Rick, Sara and the rest of the crew are as professional, fair, and pleasant as it gets. They answer the phone and return calls promptly. They can nearly always accommodate a last minute need and they get cars fixed promptly if you are waiting on them. I am critical and I have not found a flaw in all of my 7 years of using them. Their prices are always better than others and what they estimate is usually spot on. They have even done small fixes on my car free of charge on several occasions, when others would charge $20-50. With my experience it is hard not to urge others to go there. I would recommend anyone use their services.

Husband brought my car here since he has some weekdays off. It was about $50 for oil change and $195 for battery, wiper and air filter change. I think these costs were very reasonable and they did a great job. The lottery tickets were a really nice touch too. Definitely will be coming back

Experienced great customer service from Vaughn at Fuerst Automotive. Ran over a screw that ended up lodged in my tire, stopped by to see if they could help and he immediately got me in and fixed it. In/out 15 minutes and did not charge me, said it was not big deal. I offered a tip and he refused that as well. Good old fashion customer service - highly recommend that you give them a try.

My daughters car died on the highway near this place, and I had to have the car towed somewhere - I chose Fuerst because of their good reviews. I can only add to them. They looked over her car the next day, and let us know it was a lost cause. They allowed us to leave it overnight until a junkyard could pick it up. They wouldnt take any payment. I was impressed by their willingness to help and quick service.I wish I lived closer and could use Fuerst for our familys car needs.

Had my car towed in with a flat. Needed a new tire. Sarah and Marty made this so painless! Sarah assured me that my tire would be delivered and installed as soon as it arrived. She also informed me that the tire would be free since it was still under a 1-year warranty. Marty drove me home so I didnt have to stay at the shop and wait. He picked me up and brought me back to the shop when the car was done. During both rides, Marty took the time to explain what had happened with my tire and also gave me easy-to-understand advice about maintenance for my car. Sarah and Marty made me feel like family!

Love these guys and we just met! Called back in October trying to get the best prices for brakes, Sarah was super friendly and very prompt, they were the lowest I could find. She called me back a week later but I still needed to save so I waited until December and made an appointment (which by then I needed an oil change as well) the oil change was half the price as I was quoted other places for a full synthetic!! Amazing!My prius was running a bit loud so I asked if they could check that out as well. Turns out my wheel bearings were breaking (Im not sure of technicalities/terminology) they fixed me all up and my car was ready to go out the door by 6pm after dropping it off at 9am!Sadly it was making more noises the following day and they took it in and kept it over night to fully see what was going on. Turns out it was the rear wheel bearing they fixed me up free of charge(after they heard I was tight on money and had to borrow some for the front wheel bearing repair) !!! Amazing service, super sweet folks here and I would trust all my service here any day! Sad to be moving to Dallas, I hope I can find mechanic half as friendly and half as trust worthy as these guys over there! 10 stars from me!!

After taking my car to Fuerst for repairs and maintenance in the past they were my first choice when I was having trouble with my brakes. I took my vehicle up for an estimate on my rear brakes. Upon receiving the estimate I asked to set up an appointment to bring my car back to get the work done, much to my surprise Rick said they could work on it today and have it done by the end of the day or tomorrow morning. This was surprising to me because I had come in around noon and had no expectation that my car could be fixed so quickly. I was offered a free loaner vehicle to use while my car was being worked on and took them up on the offer, I had errands to run so having a loaner vehicle to get them done was super convenient. My vehicle was finished the same day I took it in! Dropping off the loaner, picking up my freshly washed and fixed car was easy and I was on my way.Thank you Fuerst for another great experience!

Recently had new brakes installed on my car. This left me without a vehicle but was able to use Fuersts courtesy ride service that is offered to its customers. Great overall vehicle service.

Have been taking my autos to Fuerst Automotives for close to 10 years. I live in the area and they let me drop off my auto, drive me home and then pick me up and take me back to the shop when repairs are finished. You will get honest opinions and estimates, as well as top notch service.

WARNING!!! I cant believe what just happened to us today! My son and I took the coupon that came in the mail for a free oil change from Fuerst Automotive. We sat there for a long time, although we didnt complain since we were getting a free oil change. However, when they finally finished, they came back and said that it was unsafe to be driving my car around as the left lower ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced immediately or my tire would come off. The quote? Ohhh, $307. 71. Naturally, I started asking questions because they werent showing me the ball joint, nor were they explaining this ball joint problem to me. I think a $300 quote needs some explanation, dont you? Anyway, I tried to ask more details but they brushed me off with vague answers so we left the place. My young 8 year old son said to me on the way home that they seemed mad about giving us the free oil change. I noticed that, too, but didnt say anything because of the bad vibe we got from the minute we walked in. If they dont want to give free oil changes, then dont send out coupons for free oil changes! So now I am in a panic mode, wondering if I am driving around with my son in a potentially unsafe situation. I called the alignment place I got my car aligned just last week and told them what these people at Fuerst were telling me. They said they wouldnt even give me an alignment if the ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced! So, they had me come in to check it for FREE-- so we drove all the way over the tire place and they checked the left lower ball joint and control arm. Guess what? NOTHING WRONG AT ALL. Does NOT need to be replaced. Fuerst Automotive just tried to rip off a single mom and her kid over $300, how disgusting is that??? Well, they tried to rip off the wrong people, because now I hope we cost them over $300 in business saving someone from going there getting ripped off by these LYING THIEVES. Do NOT take your vehicle there, they are lying, corrupt thieves and really should be put out of business for this in my opinion.
