Moved back to ri with two vehicles, paid a whole weeks pay to register, had to let the inspection slide for a bit... Get the letter in the mail that my reg would be suspended if I did not inspect. Cars needed a lot coming from a state with no inspection laws. One had needed a windshield, a turn signal, and a tire and mine only had a little bitty airbag light and needed a bulb, no big deal. These fine people went out of there way and dealt with the state on our behalf to stave off the suspension, fixed every issue in the first car and had it inspected in 3 days. My lil ol airbag light turned out to be wiring ghosts and needed an exorcism, a ground wire, seatbelts and some blinker fluid. They didnt even charge me for the Exorcist. Thats how you get a customer for life.

I had requested a quote on having some body work done on my 1986 Solstice. Right from the beginning Mallory informed me with some options going over in great detail the pros and cons of each. I finally brought the vehicle in for the work I had chosen. Once completed I was asked to come in to review the work with Joe the owner and to make sure I was satisfied, I was. They then went on to clean the vehicle inside and out and delivered the vehicle again making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

My husband took our car for inspection sticker, appt made, on time, waited outside per covid policy, totally except able as they said it would be less than an hour and it was highly recommended. My son went somewhere else and had a horrible experience waiting three hours...

They fixed my car beautifully! You cant tell that they rebuilt the entire passenger side of my baby. Their work is superb!

A few weeks ago my mother car ended up with a dent in one of the doors. I had went to a few other places first, they quoted me very high prices. One guy wanted me to go a find a door that matched from the junk yard and bring it to him to put it on for me.(REALLY)?? So I came to Safe Way and spoke to Joe. Very nice guy. He looked at the damage and he went and found the door for us, had it brought to his shop,and made sure the color matched. He even got my approval before he did the work. I looked at it and said it looks like the same door. They cleaned it up and replaced the door interior and everything. Very good work. Very nice folks. Overall, my mother and I were very happy.

Im having a bad day as it is, I dont need the hassle of having to pay a ton of money on car rentals and nonsense. This place, very sympathetic to my needs. Its a small town shop that rents out their own cars and very cheaply. Very friendly, understanding and helpful. I had a great experience here today. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have been having my car serviced by Safeway for the past 6 years. My car currently has 195,000 miles on it and it running like a new car thanks to Safe Way Auto Center. The Staff is friendly and very professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Safe Way.

Very quick service for an inspection. They complied with all that Covid safety stuff as well (as of August 2020) (ie; plastic screens, distancing, etcetera). Service was like a well-oiled machine.

If you live in Bristol Warren Barrington or even Rhode Island at that Safeway is the place u want to bring your car and my family’s cars this is our go to shop Steve and everyone else that works there always takes care of whatever is going on with my cars there pricing is very good they are straight cut to the point no bs like some other shops, they are always on time if they say it will be done a certain day they mean it will be done that day I have never had a bad experience here at Safeway I always recommend anyone who needs auto work done to go here You will always have a good experience Five stars all day

It isnt often where a someone receives automobile servicing and is blown away by the quality and service. My car was in an accident which required extensive mechanical and auto-body work. Not knowing too much about Safeway my expectations were what one would have of any mechanic/auto-body service. That is minimum requirements to complete the job, and get the car out of the garage ASAP. Well, I got just the opposite of that. They were diligent in making sure my car was not only safer to drive before it got in but also looked better. Safeway just got a new customer in me. Thanks a ton!

Most everyone I know goes here for car repairs/body work and loves it. The owners are exceptional and offer professional customer service. Their work is superb and reasonable. My insurance company says they are a breeze to work with. They also have a rental car business on the property so its very easy to get everything done in one spot. I definately recommend Safe Way!

The guy in the office completely blew me off everytime I tried talking to him. I paid for a rental for 2 days and the volume in the car doesn’t even work/aux. and the car is supposed to be returned with a full gas tank but I didn’t even get the car w half a tank. Such a childish work environment I want my money back

This family run business is not only an excellent repair shop but extremely reasonable pricing. They are very accommodating and helpful. I have been bringing my family vehicles to them for several years.I highly reccomend them for all of your auto repairs. They also inspect motorcycles.

Everyone there was really nice and easy to talk to. They were fast with my simple car fix! They got back to me the same day with my car ready to go!

First, Ill start by saying this place does have decent people. Im not here to bash anybody specifically. However, they charged me $91.28 for an hour of labor where all they did was leave the key turned on for an hour and tried start the vehicle when the hour was up. Other mechanics say you only need to do that for 20 minutes! On top of that, they didnt even have the vehicles master key and only used the valet key knowing that was an issue. Still charged me though! Greedy and only want your money. Do NOT have your car taken here no matter the circumstance.

By far the best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic! They are honest, very reasonably priced and polite. I brought 3 vehicles to Safe Way and they gave me estimates far below what I was expecting on all the work. Also, they had all the work done on the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

I’ve been here twice for tire troubles, they take my car in immediately and communicate the issue, updates and what was done so I know exactly what’s going on. They are always friendly, and extremely efficient; repaired my tire within 10 minutes the first time and replaced it completely on another occasion in less than 2 hours!

I had a great experience at Safe Way. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and Steven was fantastic to work with. I needed new tires for my Subaru, and a friend recommended me to Safe Way. After just one discussion about my car, my driving habits and my wants and needs, Steven recommended me a certain set of tires. Probably not the tires I would have picked myself, but just hearing Steven talk about ties made me trust him. He seems to know everything there is to know about tires. Well, it is now about 2 months later and I absolutely LOVE my new tires. My car runs quieter and smoother, and when I take corners now it feels like instead of buying new tires I spent money on a new suspension system! Thanks Steven!

Working with honest people that are more interested in providing you with the best solution/product instead of just the most expensive is a hard thing to find these days so I truly appreciate them and would strongly recommend them as a company. The tires they set me up in are perfect! The performance is 5-star- they drive like a dream, my mpg got better, and theyre reasonably priced as well. Im so happy with the product and the experience. We have used Safeway on and off over the last 5 years. Based on many transactions I can say with all honesty that they are nearly always over booked and have trouble accomplishing work in a reasonable time frame. A victim of their own success I suppose.If you have time to wait they are a solid outfit. If you are in a rush, my advise would be to have a good backup.I am only giving them 3 stars because we as a business with a fleet have been dissatisfied of late.

My entire family uses Safeway for their auto repair and collision repair. They are professional, courteous, and work is always done to perfection. Will continue to use them for years to come. Hope we wont need them, but it is good to know they are there if we do.

AAA sent this company to tow a vehicle that obviously needed to be carried. Even AAA said that vehicle needs to be carried not towed. The driver tried telling me it will not damage the vehicle if you tow it. Every mechanic I ever talked to says you do not tow this type of vehicle. They should probably train their drivers a little better. If he had been doing this as long as he says he has he wouldnt have known that.

Communication sucks, you won’t know if you’re car is ready to pickup unless you show up yourself. You can call and they say they’ll call you back but they don’t. Also not exactly a cheap place either

Great Pricing on Michelin I never thought the name Michelin was in my budget but then I spoke with Steve he sold me using the oddest comparison I did my home work and they are cheaper than the big guys and much more knowledgeable about the products they offer! Everyone at Safeway goes out of their way to get you taken care of. I bring my car(s) to them all the time. I had a relative visiting from Florida and I called Steve to get a rental. When we got there the car was waiting, running, warmed up, and ready to go.

I live on another state abut 800 miles from here had a problem with tire that i purchased back home and they gladly took great care of me would highly recommend them for any auto repair needs
