I called this store to find out about buying four new tires. The manager was very helpful and sent me a quote on the tires. He called me the next day to say the tires had arrived and I could come in for installation. When I saw the tires - they weren’t exactly what I wanted. The manager told me he would return the tires and get exactly what I wanted. He did just that. New tires were there the next day and installed on my car. The service was excellent!! The staff was friendly and actually showed they cared about the customer. I highly recommend this place.

Humberto, the manager, was extremely personable, helpful, and exceptionally thorough. My graduate school age daughters Corolla had to be towed there with a flat (no spare). He took a nice amount of time to explain to her where to find the info about ones vehicle tire information, PSI requirements, and he also pointed out to her that she had 3 different tire types and one of them was the wrong size... He did not oversell us on anything, gave us freedom to make choices, and was just exceptional all around. Impressive in this time of too-often horrible customer service. What a nice change.

Went to Peerless in Brighton Colorado to have my tires rotated. I now have a flat and a cracked rim. I called them to get help and they left me out in the cold!

Best staff of any mechanic shop or tire shop out there. The Managers are awesome and very helpfull (Will and Brandon I believe.) Their new hire Romeo is great and so is there Roberto. Never let me down and very patient with me.

Service was amazing, the staff was friendly and quick to start working on my vehicle. I mostly enjoyed the staff’s honesty and explanation of why my tires were acting up and what was causing the malfunction. They helped me promptly and were welcoming. I will be continuing to come to this business again and again for my tire needs.

Have to choose at least a 1 star but doesnt even deserve that. Bought 3 tires from them in the last 3 months first time was decent & convenient, 2nd time had a gouge left in my 20 low profile rim and they lost my custom valve stem cap. I let it go... Ordered a new tire yesterday they refused to honor the warranty so whatever then never called to let me know it was in and they ended up scratching the entire radius... Offered me $50 to compensate. On top of everything else the tech smelled like alcohol. Needless to say I wont be returning and I would advise no one to ever use their business.

I have only the best to say. Customer service and satisfaction. The manager and the tech bent over backwards to give me exactly what I wanted. The price was great, service was great. I have the silver Dodge 1 ton, from Florida. I hope they remember me because I will be a repeat customer. Colorado, if you look for tires anywhere else, you are wasting you time and money. Nathan was excellent at his job and I was in and out quickly for my tire repair. Robbie was great with his customer service and very helpful. Josh came out and did a quick glance at the nail in my tire and quickly tested for leaking and had the tire off the car and repairing the damaged spot. Overall great group of people there when I went.

The guys are great, very professional and friendly. Took a little longer than I thought. I will definitely go back again and again. This is our fourth trip and they never disappoint.

They fixed my tire fast , i looked out the window and the tech was using a torque stick on the lugs. I’m impressed. they earned my business now. The place I was at down the road did four vehicles while I waited and I didn’t see them use a torque stick one time.

I just have to say that this place is amazing. The manager Joshua is such a wonderful person. I called to see if there was any way that they could donate tires to the libretto apartment community because some vandals slashed tired of the elderly that live here, that are on fixed income and have no money to buy new tires. Joshua was so helpful he was able to get a set of used but still in great shape to donate to the ones on need. He mounted and balanced them and everything. Thank you again so so much joshua for doing what you did!

They told me it would cost $65 to switch my summer tires to my winter tires . Then after 2 hours of waiting ,with only one other person in there . He charged me $85 the most expensive in town and has no good reason for adding $20 . Then he didn’t give back my lug key so I had to come back and get it . Then my Tpms keeps going off , I check the tires that have a max psi of 51 . They were aired to 30psi . Place is a complete joke , Save yourself the Headache and don’t give these guys the time of day .

Called ahead to get some info on a specific tire, they were very helpful. Went in a little later to order the tire and they found me some other tires that they had in stock that were comparable to the ones i wanted and had better mileage so they could install them then and i wouldnt have to wait....Did i mention they were cheaper too?!

Horrible customer service three young guys in there and no one seemed to be in charge. Stood in front of the counter for ten minutes and was ignored. Was only one other customer ahead of me at the time. Usually I get good service but this time.

The prices are very affordable. They carry tires for almost every vehicle on the road. The staff was friendly and willing to work overtime on a Saturday to get our tires replaced so that we didnt have to miss a day of work.

Took vehicle there for an alignment. Had to take it back to get realigned as it was pulling to one side. I am happy with the finished results, even though I had to take it back.

I had came here a couple days ago with what I thought were new tires to be put on. Little did I know the tires I bought from the mile high flea market were no good. And had holes in every tire on the side of the white wall. Which cant be repaired. I was very upset I felt like crying when I found out I was sold bad tires. And spent quite a bit of money on them. They looked new. Long story short. Dylan Eickstedt whom is the Manager at this location was not going to let me go home after waiting a hour or more on that super busy night without tires. He was so kind to help me find a pair of all four brand new tires at a wonderful price that nobody could of Competed with and made me feel like family. Thank you to him and his co worker and his boss they put my new tires on and had me out of there the same night happier than ever. Customer service is so hard to find but this place goes above and beyond to make thier customers happy and feel like they are at home. Especially Dylan the manager. Thank you so much guys. I suggest everyone goes to them. They have a new customer for life with me.

I have been here before and the service was terrific. Not sure if it was late and they really didnt want to help me or what but when I asked them to rotate my tires and check the tire that was low he mumbled and pointed to where I needed to move the car. It appeared that the 2 guys were having some issues with each other. The guy that did my tires told the other guy that the honda was ready(not me) and walked off ignoring me. I had to ask the 2nd guy if there was a problem with the tire and apparently there was a nail in it. I guessed he fixed it. Im not sure who the manager is or I would complain. Not sure if I will come back or not.

Came in when they were very busy to get a nail pulled and patched frim a tire. They made time to get it fixed and at no charge. Very happy with the help I recieved.

My girlfriend needed snow tires and being out of town for a couple of months, I had to do what I could on the phone. Long story short, I found some wheels on Craigslist and a great deal on tires online. I had her go to Peerless after speaking to Chris and having another tire shop on 120th act less than professionally. (The other tire shop told us the wheels and tires were mismatched to each other and the car. Really?) Anyway, Chris was great. We set an appointment, I explained the details, she dropped off the car and they waved their magic wands and miraculously when my girlfriend returned, the snow tires were mounted not only on the wheels but also on the car, along with the pressure sensors from inside the set of summer tires and wheels they just removed. Oh, and they gave her a discount, because they thought they made her wait too long. Wow. When Im back in town, Ill be heading down there with a six pack to say hello and thanks!!!

Needed to patch a tire, because I previously bought the tire here a patch, rotation and rebalance was free. They got me in and out incredibly quickly.

I had good experiences before this but these guys were garbage. turned me away with one customer for a flat with an hour left in the buisness day.
