I gave this place 4 stars only because I have only been here once but I will be going back for oil changes brakes etc..I made a appointment 2 weeks in advanced , when I arrived they got my vehicle in right away after checking in.I needed a oil change and front and rear differential oil replaced, I went there thinking I might need brakes because that is what big o had said I would need . Come to find out my brakes were at 6mm not 3mm and to boot if I needed brakes it would have been $417 not the $1100 big o wanted just for brakes not rotors. I also asked for a quote on new struts that came back at $907 for my 2017 nissan frontier. The staff was professional but also not stuffed shirt and they were quick and accurate.

John was very helpful and taking me through the process of what needed to be fixed. He explained everything that needed to be repaired to fix my check engine light in a way I could understand. Good value, would definitely come again!

The staff at Brakes plus are phenomenal, I will gladly go out of my way to go to this one instead of stopping by one of the numerous maintenance places between work and home. They always exceed my expectations on customer service and quality!

My wifes car had a stripped oil pan bolt from a prior oil change. The place I took it to pointed it out. So I took it back to Brakes Plus Brighton. They took responsibility for it, didnt argue whose fault it was and got it fixed and taken care of. I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service. When I got home and told my wife, she told me she had previously taken it to Brakes Plus on 104th not Brighton. They didnt even tell me that it wasnt their shop and Im sure they looked it up. Excellent service!

Went in today to get just a quote on rear brakes, rotors, and a brake flush. I had an appointment set up across the street at Christian Brothers Automotive for this coming Monday. However, I went into Brakes Plus today and they gave me a quote that was $165 cheaper. Not only that, from the moment stepping my foot in the door, they were super professional and helpful. Been to this location before in the past as well and they have always treated me right. Will definitely be back again and these guys rock

These guys are top notch. We were on a road trip and blew 2 tires on are trailer. Every other shop would not take us in so last minute. We pulled in here and they were god send they helped right away. If it was feasible I would drive to them every time I had car problems.

Great guys, they do great work and theyre clean about it. No greasy handprints on doors, handles or steering wheels which was awesome. Before going through with work theyll show you what the faulty/worn part is which was nice. Truck handles like new and front end feels tight again, no more play.Only thing Id ask is for the techs to not Michael Jackson the throttle and floor it just because a customers truck has an exhaust 😂 If youre reading this or hearing it read, you know who you are. Reason I know this is because the dashcam was left on and caught all of the guys shenanigans

First time customer here--Ill definitely be going back! Staff was very friendly and professional. Gave me a $30+ discount when they realized my car needed synthetic oil and not the regular stuff that I thought it took. They also didnt discover any additional problems with my car like most car shops normally do. As a woman I get leery about going to car shops alone because sometimes they can take advantage of my not knowing anything about cars at all but I didnt get that vibe here one bit. Overall, a wonderful first time experience! Thank you!!

Came here a year and some change ago when the brakes on my old car were shot. They were so kind and helpful and did great work. They left such a good impression on me that I recently decided to get my oil change there and once again I am very happy! Highly recommend this Brakes Plus location, I will definitely continue coming here for car maintenance.

My experience:I installed some parts on the car to allow it to be lowered, doing that I needed an alignment.The moment I called Brake plus I was almost immediately contacted by a person at the front, told them what I needed and scheduled an appointment for an alignment within 5 minutes or less.Once I was there the staff and everyone was super friendly and understanding, and Jake who is also into modifying cars was easily able to help me get what I needed. My car had a few problems when it came to toe and camber and everything came out to be in spec and very accurate.Overall I am very happy with my experience here, and will be taking all my cars here anytime any other work needs to be done. Highly recommend for an easy time.

Went to the Brakes Plus in Brighton, CO for a wheel alignment. The service was great and they had it done very quick. Highly recommend this Brakes Plus!!

Spent nearly $3,000 for my truck and every time they caused a new problem that I would have to keep bringing it back for repairs. Replaced the front suspension control arms and still couldnt get the alignment correct so now I have to buy two new front tires and have somewhere else do the alignment because of a ridiculous 3 month warranty.

My front end was falling apart took it in fixed the hub and bearing,and struts. Car was still being a problem they checked it over had to fix ball joints and cv axel. That caused my new parts to go bad so they got me new ones under warranty the tec and manager fixed everything worked with me on it every step of the way. Now everything is good as new. They did great.

Seemed professional at first... Take my car to get my brakes and rotors replaced, you already know the job wasn’t cheap. Not a long wait for service to be performed a couple hours.. Received a call saying car was ready to be picked up, nice.. went to location paid for service asked tech at time of payment if I could leave my car parked for a little after closing till I have another person to help with getting my car. He said no problem to leave it parked where it was at, great... grabbed my key from the tech a left without checking the car. Came back a little later to pick up my car, didn’t really understand why my door was unlocked when I went to pick it up. As I said I didn’t check the car, so by my mistake I had no way of knowing it was unlocked, but you would think someone would lock the door after the car has been driven, especially an employee. Went home and to my surprise I’m trying to push my garage door opener to open my garage and say what, wait a minute.. why is my garage door opener missing?? Word of advice take EVERYTHING out of your car you don’t want stolen and that includes the garage door opener!! Not only does someone have my garage door opener from there but my address too!! I feel so violated!!!

I went for an oil change, they did the job but they said I need new shock absorbers. I just got those replaced at brakes plus in Aurora like 4 months ago. I only use this car on the weekends, and just to run small errands in town so it shouldnt need these yet, so this makes me think either they rip me off last time or they were trying to do it this time 🤷‍♀️

Joe was the one working on my truck he rotated my tires and did an oil change highly recommend going in and have joe do that work great guy informed me of my rotors needing replaced on my truck thank you joe I’ll be back for sure

They were honest, friendly. They also found another issue that meineke did to me. Meineke did the wiring they left some wiring laying in a hot spot and the wires started melting. Meineke also left my lug nuts lose. I was hearing grinding when I turned. When I was driving I heard a pop them started smelling gas. When they was done with my car they said see you soon!They purposely screwed me over.Im not 100 percent their is a gas leak. I was driving and heard a pop them started smelling gas. It couldve been my gas can. I took it out, I still smell it. Brakes Plus has never done wrong. I do recommend taking your vehicle to them. I am hard to please. So dont take that lightly.

Amazing staff!!! Honestly I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. They have saved me money twice! I walked in terrified about the bill as I know nothing about cars and they assessed the situation and helped accordingly. Just awesome staff that knows what theyre talking about. Very refreshing to find an honest local mechanic.

I’ve had work done on all of our family vehicles here and I’m very happy with the way I’ve been treated – friendly and honest (they’ve had opportunities to lie). Most recently, I took our van in for an oil change and also asked if they would try to remove a rabbit that had somehow gotten stuck halfway through the grill in front (see pictures). It was removed and nothing was added to my bill! There are some great guys working here.

I was unable to get my oil filter off of my truck, took it to brakes plus in Brighton, Norm I believe was the gentleman that helped me out, they were able to get the filter off of my truck and replaced it with the filter that I already had at no charge. It’s rare to find a company that will help you out like that in this day and age, my wife will be taking for Volkswagen Passat in for oil changes at brakes plus from now on, And I too will use them, we needed on my Silverado

Watch this place people. They are not friends. went in there and asked the manager how much to do front pads and rear drums and was told $700 cause it was 25 years old. Guess what? The place down the street did them perfect for 300 out the door.

Ive had a lot of problems with my Jeep in the past, and having owned Jeeps for many years, I know that the problems can be difficult to pinpoint and fix, but the guys here did a great job, fixed the wobble in my Jeep. whereas other shops had not been able to, and it was done quickly! I would recommend coming here, and Ill probably be bringing my Jeep here for any future concerns.

Love these guys! Had an issue with my daughters car where the drivers side window seemed to be off the track. They took a look and found that the molding was the issue, not the window. They couldnt do anything with that, but put it back together, explained their findings and thanked me for coming in ... no charge. I offered to pay for their time, but they wouldnt take it. Ill certainly go back to them again.

Awesome and quick customer service

Complete rip off. Do not get work done here without price checking and getting a second opinion. These guys are taught to sell you things you dont need and will take advantage of you if you let them. I have been to a couple of the locations locally and was completely shocked to see how much they try to take advantage of their customers. There workmanship may be quality (I dont know but suspect it is) but their culture is garbage.

Norman and the guys did an excellent job on LilBit I am an Olde school backyard mechanic, but brakes are one thing I dont trust myself with doing. They did a total workup on what they suggested that I should have done Norman gave me an estimate. We all laughed.... I explained what was within my budget, he recommended what must absolutely be replaced, and the cost was fair. They seem to be very honest and the parts used seem to be quality. I would recommend to a friend!! 6 more years to Collector plates.... Whoo Hoo!!

All the crew at Brakes Plus is great to work with. They are very polite and professional to talk to. I can see the work going on through the big windows while I sit comfortably in the lobby drinking their free coffee and water. Went in for an alignment for my Ram 1500, following a recommendation from my regular mechanic. Called ahead for a price, then scheduled online. Dropped off my truck, went home and within 50 minutes I was getting a call to pick it up. Went back and had the process explained to me very clearly and what the before and after results were. I can certainly appreciate a business that adheres to their pre-scheduled appointment times for customers. Everything was professional about the whole encounter; from the first phone call to dropping off to picking up. Not only will I use them again, I will recommend them to my friends and family. Just purchased a used truck and about 3 weeks later started hearing brake noise. Took it to Brighton Brakes Plus and John V. took care of me. We could not get noise to reappear, took time to take a second test drive on a busy Saturday and finally was able to get noise to appear. Jon had me in and out after that in about an hour. Highly recommend if you any type of service go here and ask to speak to John. Much Thanks and Ill return without hesitation
