About 2 or 3 hours after I got the u-haul, (I also told the guy i would have it back in a couple days) then the one in Ogden started blowing up my phone, left a voice-mail telling me to get it back asap because its in high demand....I understand the high demand, but never ever ask/tell a customer to hurry up so someone else can use it, pretty bad customer service. The guy at the u-haul place in Brigham was nice though.

Absolutely horrible place, do NOT send your business here! I scheduled a trailer rental 1.5-2 weeks in advance and found out the DAY before (late afternoon) that they did not have the trailer I requested and that I would have to add an extra hour to my drive time to get the trailer from Ogden. I was also told that they could not get the trailer from Ogden to have ready for me in Brigham City. Only rent equipment from this location if you want to feel the anger and wrath that Dr. Frankenstein felt towards his monster. Renting from them added an extra hour to my drive (greatly impacting the people I had asked to help me move) and added actually hours of time on the phone with Uhaul corporate in trying to figure this mess out and get it to work out. Terrible place, they deserve stars to be taken away, Im genuinely surprised this business has 2 stars at time of writing.

Owner did a great job in trying to get our 26 foot truck and trailer. It was parked and ready to go but the computer program said it was not available. He worked for an hour to get it to accept our reservation. Maintained a friendly demeanor but frustrated.

Awe-full service. Guy wouldnt even turn on his computer and take 15 minutes to check me out. He had time to air up the tires in his own personal camper. He was out front and told me to come back tomorrow because he was too busy to help. One star is too nice. My advice, go to Ogden, their U-haul has people working there besides a one man shop.

He went above and beyond on his customer service for us! He is a nice guy! I highly recommend him! Thanks so much

Not helpful at all. Feel like you are inconveniencing them by trying to give them business. Owner is a complete jerk. Avoid this place.

The owner was a jerk! I called to see what they had available and he was very short with his comments and explanations. Explanations that he shorted us out on, he didnt even mention the necessary things needs to haul a trailer until we were there. If we would have know we needed certain things we would not have gone over there and bothered his day. To make matters worse my husband was asking his opinion if what we were hauling would fit into the trailer and his remark was, I rent em, I dont move em. I will never do business with him, EVER! As a matter of fact we drove into Logan for a U Haul to get better customer service.

This dealer is great, easy going and fair

Reserved a U-Haul for the weekend. When I went to pick it up he insisted that it had only been reserved for the day and that it was now reserved for someone else the next day. His attitude was too bad for you and he was unwilling to help come up with a solution.

Jerk. Not worth your time.
