I was very impressed with this company! I had been having issues with my dishwasher not working right, it wouldn’t clean my dishes all the way in a cycle. They fixed it no time! I called to make an appt. and they were at my house the very next day and on time! They gave me a time window of when they would be here between 10-11, so only an hour. Not your usual time window of 5 hours or more like other places I have used, and then you feel like your whole day is wasted by just waiting around. The owner and the technician that came to fix the issue were super friendly and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your appliance repair needs! The price was also super reasonable!

The owner was very kind and very helpful to me when I needed his help understanding what was wrong with my refrigerator. He was even willing to try and help me over the phone. Our dryer was making a funny noise and we called Sackett Service to have them look at it. We had used J Dell Sackett in the past and were very pleased with his service. We knew he had retired and decided to try the new generation. Very happy we made this decision. Josh Sackett showed up on time and he was very thorough in finding the problem. He was pleasant to deal with and fair with his pricing. We will be using him in the future for all of our appliance repair needs.
