Called when our washing machine quit working. Blake explained costs up front and what to expect. They came out the next morning at the time they said they would, called 5 minutes before arriving, and were very professional. They opened up the washer and found a belt had come off. They explained what had happened and didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. Had it all put back together in under an hour and it’s working great. Worth every penny!

Blake came out and showed me all the items that were having problems, troubleshot the computers (it’s all computers now) with his equipment band identified quickly the part needed and the cost of the item. I’m really glad I called and I’ll use them again in the future. I’ve had long term warranties before but I think this was better. Pay when you actually have an issue.

I was having issues with my upright freezer and had attempted to repair it myself. After swapping out the thermistor and the freezer still not reaching a low enough temperature, I called Appliance EMT. Blake called me back and ran through some questions about the freezer over the phone. It turned out that I had fixed the freezer but had not taken the last step in the fix. Blake was kind enough to help me out over the phone even though it didnt result in money for his business this time. I will however use him in the future. Thanks!
