I scheduled my septic tank pumping 2 weeks ago. They asked me to remove all soil from the tank lid, which I did. Waited almost the whole day. The truck didnt showed up. Called the office just to learn that they misplaced my order and nobody will come today. They cant do it tomorrow either. Next available date is a week from now. I will need to put all the soil back to avoid water accumulation in the pit. Very poor service, not recommending to anyone.

Used Heritage for a septic system drainage and was very satisfied with the service. The price was good compared to competitors and the gentleman who serviced us was very professional and informative. It was my first time getting this done and I knew nothing about it. He was happy to answer all my questions and give me advice on how to take care of it.
