I just wanted to leave a quick review on Claude Dubord & Sons septic service. This was my first time dealing with a septic tank. They showed up first thing in the morning as I was unprepared. I promised I would have my lids dug out. I thought I marked out my tank lids last week. Turns out they were just rocks. I apologized for not being ready and told him I’d reschedule when I found them. The driver patiently said “don’t worry, I’ll help you find them.” He found both lids within minutes without having any house plans. He told me he’d go pump another house in the area, and give me a chance to dig up the lids. The driver returned and pumped the system with no issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Turns out he was the owner of the company Jeff. I usually don’t write reviews but he went above and beyond to help get my system taken care of for me, and I appreciate that. Thank you Claude Dubord & Sons inc! You have a lifelong customer in me. Great job!!!

Recently sold my home in East Bridgewater and had this company for my title 5 certification. Wonderful professional people. Very pleased.

Called for a septic pumpout, THREE weeks they said! Its only poop I said, not brain surgery. Called Heritage, done in 2 days.

Had a very bad experience with this company. Their customer service was the worst that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SEPTIC OR PLUMBING SERVICES. Their driver damaged a piece of equipment on my property, while going to another job on my street. I went outside to speak with the driver, he was very rude and never apologized for what he did. Instead he put the blame on me. I called the company and left a message for Jeff Dubord to call me back. The next day I got a call from the secretary (who had the same attitude as the driver) saying that she spoke to Jeff and they were not going to pay for my equipment to be fixed, and if I pursued it, they would come after me for damages to their truck. ?? Damages to their truck that their own driver occurred. Then threating to come after me for danages to their truck. I can see why they have that kind of attitude there. It all starts with the people that own and run the company. All I wanted was a phone call, and a reasonable discussion, maybe an apology? I guess I was asking for too much. BOTTOM LINE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SEPTIC, OR PLUMBING NEEDS. They dont seem to care if they damage your property, or about doing the right thing.

We have used these guys for over 3 decades never had an issue.
