I had 5% tints installed in my Tahoe, I’ve gotta give it to these guys- they do clean work at reasonable price. Marco was who scheduled my tint appointment and he was nothing but helpful and understanding with times. When I arrived, the store was busy as I expected but I prefer a place to be busy rather then no one at all, just goes to show you this place does quality work. Marco took my key and let me know he’d call me after it was done which he absolutely did within a reasonable time frame. Gilbert checked me out when I got to the store and was very professional and helpful. I inspected the tints and they were great and done very clean. No bubbles, rips, or other things I’ve seen with other tints from other places. My truck was clean on the inside, so I know they took care of it. Outstanding work overall, definitely give them your business. Thanks fellas!

The staff is great as usual. Been going to them for the last 8 years. Been buying rims,tires, alarm systems for my cars. What ever issue comes up they resolve it quick. Worst place to go bad service bad everything I had an appointment to do tints on my truck at 8am at 2 pm truck wasn’t even moved from place I left it I wish I could rate it lower this place is a joke now they say they explain the process what process I did the appointment Tuesday they told me don’t have openings till Saturday morning they asked if I could drop off my truck Saturday morning at 8 am that it would take about 3 hours I called at noon they answer rudely and just told me we will call you when is done I needed my truck so I went around 1:30pm just to find my truck in the same place I had left it so what ever they say is BS they don’t know anything about customer service or punctuality it’s a simple work a few hours not the whole day never would I take my car for anything if that was just for a tint I can’t imagine what would it be for anything else

Great service, I went in on Saturday looking for rims and I had them installed by Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and informative on everything they were doing. Horrible horrible horrible!! Im sorry to anyone Ive ever referred you to come here.Worst customer service ever! The owner is ignorant and doesnt back the products they sell. Purchased a remote start for my vehicle. Last year it wouldnt turn off and i had to drive to work at 5am with my alarm going off. The remote that gives it a mile radius breaks on me right away. I bring it In they claim its fine. Last week I go to start my vehicle and same thing the alarm goes off at 4:45am. Finally keep hitting buttons until it stops. I come in to have them look at it and they tell me its $160 to replace my one broken remote. So Im told they reset the system. And to remove the system will be $90. The owner goes off on me due to me being upset over my alarm not working right, basically tells me to get my keys and leave after I say I feel like Im sold garage. I was never disrespectful to anyone in that shop and to talk to anyone like this is absolutely unacceptable. He talked to me like I did something wrong, screaming at me in front of other customers. Im sure I was talked to like this because Im a woman because I guarantee if a guy came in here upset they wouldve handle it totally different.Ive never heard of anyone having these kinds of problems with their systems. Theyve done a lot of work to my vehicle and its all falling apart. My one speaker rattles, my backup camera is rusting and blanks out when I back up. My alarm is trash, the one remote broke right away, which actually makes it a mile radius but I guess if I kept it In a glass box itd work right.I had a friend come in here who had problems with a radio that they installed and same thing they gave her the run around and didnt fix anything and wanted her to buy a new radio. She was so upset that I referred her to this place now I see why.If I could I would rate this place zero stars if I could.I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life!

I called for a price on my truck 1993 chevy suburban and it is rear wheel drive and I asked how much to lift my truck 4 inches he told me 2900 I can get the whole kit for 600 dollars a 4 inch lift and that my guy location is on Grand Ave arandas is changing me 600 labor thats 1200 dollars so these guys are over charging people thats unfair

Good guys, but since they moved prices are really high. On their website they offer tint windows for over $200 and quoted me in person for $325! I called two other places and I was quoted 150...Update: now as you can see from the owners response they talk to and response to complaints with disrespect. I had an incident with my radio 4/25/20 and went back there to get the incident resolved 4/27/20 the tech that helped me was cool and the tech that fixed my radio was cool and the guy at the front counter,he is the only one who lie and was horrible.I asked to SPEAK to the manager and he said hes not here so I said can you CALL the manager and he said he doesnt have a phone and we dont have a manager at all but later i found out the manager is his brother.Being dishonest and lying isnt a good thing.

These guys are great! Ive had to bring my vehicles in numerous times to get holes in tires fixed. I never have to wait long. They patch me up and Im out the door.

For Christmas i got their Avital remote engine starter, when i went there in the afternoon to leave two of our cars at the shop it looked like it would take a business day for installation due to their workplace being packed. I called them in the evening and it turns out theyre done with both cars. My verdict, there is no underestimating this shop nice employees and overall my first attempt was a very good experience. I will be coming back here again.

I had my starter installed with them back in november and I had a great experience! Everyone was nice even though they were super busy I waited patiently because i would want them to take the time when assisting me. I was given a certain price for window tinting and was not able to get it done that day but i scheduled an appointment and they were willing to honor that price! I honestly would not go anywhere else. thank you guys for all the hard work you do and for trying to get people in even when they call a day before (me)! lol

Where do I begin? I hate to rate this shop with only 1 star, but Ive given this place multiple opportunities to give better service. My horrible experiences have all been with the older gentleman at the shop. I was told he is the owners father who is also a fellow copper. This gentleman has constantly treated me like a bum. Keep this in mind while I have spent over $7000 at this shop(22 vogues, 22 sirus wheels and tires, and other sound system upgrades) yet this person continues to be ignorant and rude. He yells at you to get the $!#*$ out of his store if you dont like his prices, not to mention his outburst towards his employees which I had the experience of witnessing more than once. I will never spend another dime there again as long as this disgruntled employee continues to work there. Too bad hes family because the owners business will suffer. I have found a new rim/sound shop close to this location and will encourage my associates to purchase there instead of spending there hard earned cash at ace tire and wheel and get scolded like a 3 year old. The only reason the shop gets any business is because they have a great manager Gilbert. I also feel bad for this man because he has to put up with the unsatisfied customers like myself who have dealt with the old man. Brought my wheel in to get straightened after I bent it on pothole, I was quoted between $60-$80 but had to pay $100 when I came in the next day. The wheel I got back had excessive runout and needed half an ounce of weights to balance out a bare wheel. While I don’t expect a miracle I’d expect better quality work for 75% the cost of a replacement wheel.

Great service with reasonable pricing on all aftermarket. Will accommodate to your schedule. tints and wheels on my celica were done within a day and when i needed a replacement tire for that same wheel Ace was able to get the custom tire size next day. highly recommended

I purchased 4 brand new tires with this company. They offer a manufacturers warranty, not a shop warranty. They say the process can take a month or so. Be careful when you purchase tires because I purchased mine 6 months ago and I already need new tires because they put the wrong size on my car. Thank a lot.

Brought my rim and Bought a used tire and by the end of the day it was flat. Told them what was going on, and when they checked there was a nick near the sidewall where the air was escaping. The old man (maybe was the owner) said that i was the one who probably messed it up and would charge me to fix it. I NEVER EVEN USED THE TIRE HOW COULD I HAVE DONE THAT?!?Everyone else is nice (the people upfront in the counter) but that old man is atrocious and im never going back there again because of him. Going to buy my rims and custom interior somewhere else.

Worst rim shop on the southsideI brought in a 18 inch chrome rim to get repaired because of a bend in the rim causing a air leak. This rim has 7 removable gold spike accents. I removed two of them to repair and when I returned to pickup my rim 2 more were missing. I told them that I had taken 2 off myself and why were there 2 more missing. I was told that I was wrong and that this was the way I had brought my rim in to them by one guy the other guy says maybe they fell of at my home that I should check at home. All I wanted was my broken peices so that I could repair them myself but instead I was treated as a liar no apologie or discount. I spent $100 to get the bend fixed and now I have to spend on 2 more gold pieces at $25 each. They just lost a good customer I have 2 sets of rim and might eventually want to upgrade but it wont be from this shop. Because what is the point of aftermarket rims if there look is damaged. What a shame!

I pulled up as soon as they opened, i asked if they fix slow leaks, someone told me to pull around, I pulled around into their garage. I sat watching them take care of vehicles thats been there over night (no customer on site but me), exactly twelve minutes went by, finally someone came to assist me and tells me that there are two vehicles in front of me and it will be an hour in an half for a slow leak and i needed to go all the way to front for service, when I specifically asked as I pulled up do they fix slow leaks, and they directed me to that entrance in the first place! Not to mention the guy went under the chains out the garage exit and didnt take the chain off to allow me to leave.......bottom line learn how to give instructions on your process- customers dont work there, so dont expect them to know your process! And rudeness gets reviews like this, and people do read reviews!

Extremely bad service horrible horrible horrible service. I went Friday to try to get my Windows tinted on my Volkswagen Jetta, waited about two hours before I can get anybody to help me. Once helped I was told that it was only by appointment, so I made my appointment for the following Monday at 1 PM, I go that Monday I show up the front desk lady was really nice she asked what I was there for I said I had an appointment to take my windows so she took my keys and told me to wait in the waiting room. So a guy comes up to me tells me that the job would take four to five hours and that they will have some difficulties with my back window because the old tint is very old and burnt, He pretty much explained that it would be easier to put the new tint than to remove the old tint so I said ok thats fine, So he recommended I go home And then come back to pick up the vehicle I said Ok. Then as Im ordering a Lyft to go home, Another guy comes up to me telling me that he cannot do the job because it will take 5 to 6 hours and its too much work especially considering I want it my windshield tinted as well, So he called the guy that took care of me that previous Friday and the guy explained that what I was being charged was only for my four windows and my back window and if I wanted my windshield tinted it would be $125 more so $500 I was going to be charged when to begin with that Friday I said I wanted Tints all around meaning my windshield included so I just told the guy to leave like that to just do my four windows and my back window and he said he still cant do the job because he has another guy after me and hes going to pay like $6000 and if that other guy does not get his windows tinted he does not want the job done And I said but I had my appointment for him and the employee just kept telling me that that other guy was going to pay him $6000 so I got upset and I asked them for my keys and told him that he can take those $6000 and stick them where they fit because my money is not worth any less than anybody else were all going to pay money either way. Very rude & unprofessionally, I made my appointment for a reason then he comes up with that. This place deserves N O S T A R S. WILL NEVER RETURN. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Had a slow leaker on my wifes car, been driving for 15 min looking for a place that was open to see if they could fix it after being shunned by my local tire repair place ( that only does tire repair), I stopped in and it was hopping Id say, after a few minutes one of the guys asked what I needed and was able to fit me in. It wasnt too bad of a wait, but they were busy as hell so Im grateful they could help me out. In my wait I also notice the custom jobs that they had going on and Im currently trying to man up my Jeep. I hope to stop by and see what Ace Tire and Wheel can do to help me in this adventure.

The WORST SERVICE!. They fixed one of my rims and I told them, I want to see them before you install them..., was a Saturday, I was the first person by appointment that day, (arrived at 3:00pm), they finished at 7:15 for something small, they mounted on my SUV without showing them to me, I was thinking that they did a good job, but next day I checked them, and for my surprise, was the worst job ever!. Really unprofessional and expensive for the trash that they did, besides that, they scratched the front part of the rims and the wheels were not balanced, and couldn’t drive it anymore, I went to the shop on next Monday, and talked to them again, the guy from the desk is a really good guy and professional, (the puertorrican), he went inside and talked to the Boss and he said that he cannot do anything about it, I told him, at least I need you to sand them, the welding was too big and ugly, he said that he wont do it with a bad attitude every, even when I went one time with my service uniform. Really unprofessional, and expensive, I don’t recommend nobody to visit that place, NOBODY!. (I HAVE PHOTOS).

I had purchased a remote starter from here for a Xmas gift. When we called back to make the appointment for the install they stated it would be very busy the next few days. We decided to make an appointment on an accommodating time for the shop a few days in advance. The day of the install we arrived 30 minutes early and left the keys. I was told it would take 2-3 hours but it may be a little longer. After 4 hours I decided to call for an update and was told it would be another 2-3 hours. In other words, an appointment means nothing here. I could still understand at this point, but when I tried to explain to the person that I did not live in the neighborhood and had an appointment he hung up on me. When I called back the same person told me he has no time to listen to my sob story of why my car isnt done. I immediately canceled my purchase and went to pick up my money. When I arrived I was told by an employee that the owner or his son spoke to me on the phone. That is completely unprofessional and should be unacceptable to anyone that decides to do business with them. Just imagine how they will treat you if you purchase $500 worth of product from them and something goes wrong. My advise is simple, if the owner doesnt care about his customers, why should you. Trust me go somewhere else.

I needed an inexpensive radio with USB port. The sales guy found one and I paid in advance. Once installed there was no USB and was told all they could do was charge me for a more expensive radio. Total scam. Ill take my business elsewhere. Glad I found out how they are with only spending a couple hundred than with the $7k Im putting in my nice ride.

June and the boys are awesome. They went out of their way to make me happy. I shopped for wheels for my 2014 Camaro for months... I looked everywhere and nobody had what I wanted. From coast to coast I could not find the wheel that I wanted. June made a phone call and I had what I wanted in ONE DAY! The price that he gave me was better than any other place I shopped also (for a wheel that was close to what I wanted) These guys are a treasure to have right here in the neighbourhood. They are dishonest, both the owner (the father) and sons, and will charge more having the opportunity, a higher price from what they usually charge. They increased the price on our repair after talking on the phone. Came back to ask them the reason for the increase on the price and had no explanation for it. Didnt clear the problem nor an explanation. They might have the parts, but worst customer service experience.

I saw that old guy people talk about hes rough around the edges but he doesnt do any of the work or even sales, im not there to be best friends with the guy i just want good work done to my cars at a great price.
