I was in the middle of a delivery and my air take valve was broken. I was inquiring about getting my truck towed but after explaining to Richard what my issue was he suggested that I get it repaired on the spot. He recommended James who arrived 30-45 minutes after our call. James was quick & had my repair fix in less than 20 mins. These company was amazing despite the cold weather conditions these guys came out and replaced radiator in under 4 hours.. Highly recommend using this company if ever in Chicago.

Waited 2 hours after being told that the mechanic would be there in a half an hour. 15 mins of work ended up being $683. Towing and getting fixed somewhere else would’ve been cheaper and faster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible service and overcharged.

I want to thank Richard and Mike for rescuing me June 22 2020. My truck just shut down and I had no idea what had happened. I changed fuel filters which didn’t help. When Mike showed up the the truck started and so off to the shop, Hodgkins Truck Center we went at 11:00 at night. The truck made it a mile from the shop and it died again so Mike towed me in with his service van. They really make you feel like you’re family, very friendly and courteous people. Ac compressor went out immobilizing my truck!!! Called all around and got nothing but the run around until I called these guys. I called, rick answered I told him my situation and with in minutes mike was dispatched to my location. He showed up swapped out the old junk for the new part and away I went. Fast. Professional. Needed a brake chamber on a trailer replaced. They came out and replaced it within 2 hours. Great people to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

Richard is the guy you wanna talk to. Easy to talk to . Used his services twice within a couple days, the first time he towed my Rig to a Shop nearby . And the second time I was broke down again, He actually helped me repair the truck, so that it wouldnt cost me as expensive as waiting for a shop to have time to lookk at it and have to spend another night or two in town. Highly recommended. Also a plus Richard is bilingual, speaks both Spanish and English.

Richard was very good he made sure I got to a safe haven before he worked on trailer because I was 8 minutes away from running out of hours ,he was thoughtful enough to escort me to a safe neighborhood and he was very efficient repairing the trailer just excellent
