I have been coming here for a few years now and they always take excellent care of me. They take time to go over everything and answer any questions I have. Felicia was great this time around. I usually have Susan who is always great as well.

Love my tax preparer! She was awesome! Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I was in and outbin 30 min! She followed all Covid related rules very well! Will continue to go to her and Jackson Hewitt, have been with them for 5 years now! 😁❤

The worst attitude ever. Had zero interest in doing my taxes, and didn’t seem too happy that it would “take her a while” to enter in all our info. Sorry that’s your job, maybe I’m the wrong color too (I’m White) you know since everything is our fault these days. We walked right out. Will never return.

First time here, my husband and I loved his service. He VERY helpful , answered all our questions in full detail he was super nice and patient. It’s such a huge difference compared to our previous tax preparer. He made sure to give us the biggest refund and helped us pay the lowest fee. I highly recommend coming here, especially with Greg. Greg filed my taxes and he was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and made this process seem painless and pleasant. The only thing I dont like about the business, are the extremely high fees for everything.

Very bad experience. I spoke with a lady who didnt show no interest in doing my taxes. After the quote she asked if I wanted to think about. I said no, so she told me I could do it myself. Also she didnt know how to apply for cash advance. She suggested that if l have a computer to search it myself at home. Then I replied well if you can find it I will not either, it was the reason I came here. She was in a hurry to get rid of me. Next day l went to HRB sooo different. It was a very nice expreiexpe. The tax preparer was professional, corteous and showed interest lol. It was wirthe the 35.00 dollars xtra.
