My tax was filed very quickly. the person who was helping me was very nice and professional. The overall experience was excellent. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

If I can rate this place a 0 I would. The staff there are very unprofessional and unhelpful. I have not received my title and it has been over 3 months. Every time I try to contact them regarding this issue they simply close the phone in my face or say that their manager is busy. Not sure how this place is running like this and not closed down already.I highly recommend staying away from them even if they are the last company please stay away. Horrible service.

Thanks Grace...for rushing me off the phone with your condescending tone. I understand its busy. I know less about the whole tax filing process than you, Im sure. THATS WHY I CALLED TO ASK. I do believe its YOUR JOB or at least part of your job to answer customers questions. So Im canceling my appointment to file with this HRB. Too bad....the rest if the staff is great, really. And Grace...I could easily learn what you learned or passed a test to be considered qualified. So, get off your horse lady. Grace....how ironic!

I have used other preparers and done taxes myself but I always wind up back with H&R block, they always know what theyre doing.

Our preparer Grace was great and she was very knowledgable.

I’m currently waiting to hear back from Graciela. She was very rude coming in but I gave her the benefit of the doubt! She quoted me $120 to file taxes and still have yet to hear anything back from her about what I owe. Reading a review about her I’m already regretting coming here. But I definitely have her on my phone saying she will quote the $120 and two other witnesses so tomorrow if she says more money , I won’t be filing here.

I was Charged way more then most business and the tax preparers were very unorganized it took 3 people to finish 1 simple w-2 form. After all that they couldnt figure out how to work the printer and couldnt give me information on the emarld advance. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I have been going to you guys for a long time whether its in person or online. But I will not be coming back to this location, I am very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before I went there.. they charge for everything. I paid about 300 to file. When the lady first finished my taxes, first my refund was 300 then the manager came to look and seemed to have fixed something and it went to 1600... Im never going back there !

Only because i have to choose a star am I pressing the one star. Very rude totally not professional. Also gives client false information.I called to get information for the ITIN process after calling several other agencies only to be rudely yelled at by this certified individual because i do not want to file my taxes with him I only want the W7 filled out for me. Smh. Two words con man.

This office was wonderful, I had a great experience with Saja Shakhwar. She did a wonderful job of getting me the best refund amount and was very polite and explained everything o me. I am glad I found a tax professional I can count on for the rest of my years!

I bought a car from a guy named faris( the owner of this place friend) and I got the paper work done here ...they told me they will get the title from the guy and give to me the next day I waited a whole month for the title and i never got it ... I called every day andthe owner kept telling he will get it the next day but never does ... he even told me one time to go meet him in a gas station because he got the title on him then he turned his phone off when I got there ... I had to go today to get the title from the guy after over a month ... I had a 100$ deposit I was suppose to get back when I get the title they told me someone came and picked it up and it wasnt me!!very bad service I wont advise anyone to go there .

Still have not received anything back about my 2017 taxes. I have called at least 12 times to talk to someone for help, they tell me the manager will call me back, The manager never does. When I made the appointment they quoted me 50$ then they submitted it and then told me that its going to be 375! I have just a child and myself, That was so misleading I couldnt do anything about it. There were 4 men arguing loudly through out my whole appointment. I recently moved and I need to get all my info to give to my attorney, I called this branch and then person was rude and tells me I need to come in and show an ID. Then do not inform me its 25$ charge to get it, so I called another H&R Block and they tell me I can get it all online for free. This was the worst experience I have ever had, Plus I have received 2018 back with still nothing about 2017.

Jesus the accountant seemed like he just started doing accounting yesterday. Barely knew what to put in the forms, had to ask his supervisor what forms to fill out, was unsure of everything he was writing down, and didnt give me any advice whatsoever. I was so disappointed with my visit that i didnt file taxes with them at all at the end. The secretary is a young girl who barely looks at you, sits on her cell phone and cant comprehend simple information. I have never seen a more unprofessional staff. I will NEVER go back there and will never recommend them to anyone.
