ABSOULTELY SAVED ME!!I was supposed to leave for a road trip after work, and on my way home at 4:30pm I blew a tire. Every other shop nearby was too busy to help, but these ANGELS stayed until 6pm to replace my tire so I could still go on vacation. I am SO SO thankful for these amazing people.

We are from out of town and got a flat tire at the airport. We were trying to meet our son before he went off to boot camp. We put on the donut and drove to this NTB right away and were in and out quickly. Bill went above and beyond to accommodate us and we will forever be grateful. We made it back in time to see our son before he left. Thank you Bill! God used you to be a blessing to our family today.

I dont understand how every time I came to this location, where I purchased my tires from.. I always have to wait a hour to hour and a half just to get some air in my tire, when you see the manager not doing anything no one else is in the store but hes standing at the service door not doing anything . How long do it take to put air.in the tires ....IM JUST SAYING

So I set up an online appointment a day in advance to get 2 new tires. Website said get them installed as early as tomorrow when I made the appt. When I arrived they took my keys and I thought they went to work, so I walked next door. About 20 minutes later I got a call staying they didnt actually have the tires that I had selected when I made the appt. Sure seemed like a bait/switch situation. Definitely will NOT consider spending my hard earned $$ at NTB in the future.

Terrible, I set an appointment and it was confirmed. Get a call the day of asking to leave my truck there for a week just to put tires on. This cost me time and money being that I called off. Never will I ever recommend them.

Do not trust these guys with anything more than your tire change. I needed a replacement tire and had an ABS issue going on. I had already replaced the right rear speed sensor myself, because I was not getting a voltage reading with my multimeter. So I ask NTB to look at the ABS. Well, they tell me its the right rear sensor, because its not putting out voltage. So they put on another sensor and called it good.It wasnt good, still had light on, still had no voltage at the sensor. They clearly did not confirm the diagnosis, they just slapped a sensor on. The also had the audacity to charge double for the part. So I take it to my mechanic, who quickly diagnosed the exciter ring. He also commented that they should have found that. So again dont use them for anything more than tires.TLDR They misdiagnosed my vehicle, charged a 100% markup, and did not fix my vehicle.

I had a unique situation with my motorhome. A previous tire installer failed to tighten the valve cores, failed to include new valve stems, and hid the inner valve stems of my rear duallies. Zane and his lead mechanic David knew exactly how to take care of the install. David was very polite, thorough, and explained to me what he was doing along the way. Zane provided the most excellent customer service Ive experienced at any kind of automotive repair facility. I highly recommend this location as long as these two professionals are handling the job.

I was very pleased with my visit to NTB. My tire light came on and I got paranoid. I did not have an appointment, however, they were able to work me into their schedule in a timely manner. They found a nail in my tire and it was repaired at no cost due to the warranty on the tire. I have been dealing with them for a very long time and Im pretty satisfied with their service. Zane, Joe, and the entire crew are awesome!

The counter guy got RED PERMANENT MARKER on my drivers seat!!!! The picture posted is after a $100 detail. Not even to mention the tech, and the half ass job he did. My steering wheel is still misaligned to the tire orientation. THEY WILL NOT TOUCH MY VEHICLES AGAIN.

What a great bunch of guys! I needed some air in a tire and Mike, the service manager had me roll into the service area and he personally checked all four of my tires! I was really impressed so I checked out tire prices for my vehicle too and I can honestly say that I will definitely be returning to this location when I get my next set of new tires!

I Walked in to St Charles Rock Road NTB on Mothers Day Sunday and was helped by Salesman Mike Squires>Mike was very professional and helpful, He understood that i was in need of urgent service and right away jumped into action. Mike was making sure from start to finish that my job would be completed and out the door ASAP..When i thanked him and gave him a big complement he just said thats what he does!! Took my car in for a 10 o’clock appointment on Thursday I have my tires balanced and rotated. I bought the tires there and bought the warranty for a lifetime tire balance and rotate . The tech look at the car and said the tires were eight years old so they would not balance the tires. So much for a lifetime warranty ! Do yourself a favor and buy your tires somewhere else and you too can avoid rude treatment

I will not be returning took 20 minutes to get checked in and he came into their customer service three times to ask me question then they couldnt find the leak in my tire an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment and they werent sure if they were able to fix my problem I was told the charge would be between 5 and $10 when I made the appointment and they said 32 when I checked out after confronting the manager it was free but why did I have to go through that Zayn is the only person who knew what was going on

Thanks again!!*I called around to get a replacement for a tire on Saturday, May 25th. It was a holiday weekend, but they said they could squeeze in an appointment - warning me that it might take an hour or two. They were very nice and professional at the front desk and I was thankful that they got me in.The issues I have that keep me from giving them 5 stars were that the technician set all my tire pressure to 30 psi, when typically they are set to 40 psi and (the bigger issue) I had 4 matching Ford valve stem caps when I brought the car in and left with 3 Ford caps and a generic black cap.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN THEYRE ATTITUDE IS THEYRE QUALITY OF WORK. I went 5 months ago to get 4 new tires. The quote I got online wasnt what I was quoted when I went into the store. Much higher and thats without the warranty that cost an additional $100. Reluctantly I still purchased them because I was approved for 0% financing for 6 months. When needing to air a tire a couple days ago I noticed both valve stems on my drivers side were messed up. One would leak air when I removed the cap and the other was actually chipped. It was time for an oil change so I decided to go there today for that and have them fix the valve stems as well. Had a coupon for a $20 oil change with free tire rotation. Went in at my appointment time and informed them of what I wanted done and immediately was told that the valve stems would cost me $16 as extra (even though they were the ones that installed them AND I had a warranty).I still reluctantly said ok do it. An hour later I was called to the desk and told it was my sensor and given a $200 quote to fix it. $200 TO FIX A VALVE STEM. RIDICULOUS. I declined and just got my oil change. Got my car back and immediately noticed that they hadnt even rotated my tires either. (It was very easy to tell since one had a chip in it). I will never do business with NTB again. THEYRE NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!!

Went in to get my tire repaired but found out I needed a whole new tire which was fine. I was given quotes, total amounts, on a new tire but the worker failed to mention the warranty to me and added it to my bill without informing me it was factored into the price...which was not fine. He didnt give me individual prices of anything for that matter. It was a very sleazy way of doing business and it felt like I was being held hostage unless I purchased something. Make sure to ask them what exactly is included in your bill because they wont show it to you. I probably wont be back.

I had a piece of metal in my tire. I called at 6 pm on Thursday and was told they opened st 7 am the next day and if I showed up first thing they could take a look at it. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told the first available was around 1 o’clock but just to come by first thing. I work nights but I showed up at 710. Two cars and two appointments ahead of me. I walked out. This is the second time I let you guys lie to me. The last time was when I’d picked up a screw. Same lie. Came in first thing at your request. Told oh no we can’t get to you today or tomorrow. I bought these tires from you but I’ll get the next set elsewhere.

Its true the wait time can be a little longer than expected (although some of the reviews seem to think 30 minutes is enough time to install tires and such), its never been too bad for me, but there are entitled, impatient douches in the world, so take that into consideration when reading these reviews.Ive bought several sets of tires here over the years and the price is great, tires have been better than expected and the service guys are friendly and helpful. I, for one, have always been happy and will remain a customer.

I had a 6 PM appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at 6 PM Mike tells me my car wont be ready until 730 because he just sent his mechanic on a meal break. I get a ride from a friend, and we barely get back to her house and he is calling me to tell me that they cant change my oil that night at all because his mechanics dont have the correct star tool for my drain plug. So I have to bring it back tomorrow night when hopefully his other mechanic will have the correct tool.

I went up here for a simple tire patch and was shocked to see all staff having a great time eating bbq, drinking and smoking marijuana. Im all for a good time but this was at 10am. Im sorry my tire needed to be fixed during the party. After an hour the staff became extremely upset when I asked when they would be able to begin work on my tire. Thanks, for showing me great customer service and the lack of caring about safety of your customers. Will definitely not be returning again.

I will never patron this location again. I had been going to this location for the past 5 years. Everything was fine until I started paying attention to the way they do business here. Prime example: manager Wayne was quick to offer a multi-year alignment package without checking the vehicles alignment first. I asked for a copy of the alignment report be included at pickup. I was told no problem by manager. Upon vehicle pickup, I was told that the computer crashed and he had no way of showing the vehicles prealignment status. They have used the same excuse in the past, and it always happens when the alignment package has expired and it is time to renew. Another excuse they use is the printer is broken. They sold me a $200 alignment package without proof that the car even needed it.I confronted him about this and previous similar experiences I had had at his Bridgeton location and without hesitation, his unapologetic answer was, want your money back? I declined, and walked out feeling I had gotten taken, but for the last time.I am done playing your games, Wayne.Advise? Risk getting scammed at this location--or go somewhere else.

Discovered that NTB does not take checks or run debit cards as credit AFTER the job was done and they were closing. Did not have a pin for my debit card because I NEVER use it that way. Told my car would be held. THIS IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE, ON THE PAPERWORK, OR EXPLAINED BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETED. The employee kept trying to force me to open their credit card!!!!!!!

I prefer the NTB in Fairciew Heights, IL.Im currently at the St. Charles Rock Road location in Bridgeton, MO. I was informed that it will be a 3-4hour wait for a tire patch. The service was appalling. Needed a tire patch, took an hour and a half and they didnt even do what I asked. Tried to get them to fix it the next day, but they couldnt (wouldnt) work on it for 3 more hours, so I made an appointment to come back in a few days so I wouldnt have to wait around forever. Showed up for that and it still took 2 more hours. For a tire patch. Ill never go back. Avoid at all costs.

Ive been here 5 hours. I was quoted 45 minutes to check to see if my tire needed a patch. The mechanic took my tire off and wont put it back on. This place is really understaffed, which makes them all stressed out and slow. I told the manager I wanted to pay for what they did and leave now... 45 minutes ago. He said okay and then left for the day. He could have put my tire back on himself, he was the one who took it off in the first place. I feel like Im being held hostage and there is nothing wrong with my tire. Dont come here.

We will not go here again!! In a previous visit for repairs at this NTB they broke the side trim on our Oldsmobile Silhouette because they put it on the lift wrong. When I asked them to repair the damage they just hammered it straight, leaving the trim dangling, loose and floppy.The final insult was when we paid $142.99 for a diagnostic to determine why our van was overheating. We opted to perform the repair ourselves ( $26.95 vs $664.50 to have them do it). When I picked up the the van, someone had turned on the headlights and drained the battery so much that the even l.e.d. display on the radio would not light. Since our lights (automated on/off with manual override) were off when we left it with them, someone at the shop had to manually turn them on.This is one of the worst mechanic shops we have ever been to. Never again!!!

Best Service & Price in Town.! You cant get any pickier than me.!I do my own work, but still use other Professionals for work I dont have time or equipment to do myself. I took my car there for a front end alignment. I was greeted promply & offered coffee while I enjoyed a clean & comfortable lounge. The shop was impeccably clean. I noticed they have the latest Hunter Alignment equipment . My receipt included the print out from the machine showing before & after specs. The adjustments allowable by the manufacturer of my car were DOB(Dead On Balls) after it was completed !!Never has my car drove so straight & comfortable. ! I can hold the wheel with one finger or even my knee... 256,000 miles & drives like brand new. I will recommend this location to everyone.!! (I made a appointment & arrived 20mins early to check in.) My money was well spent here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs! I bought 2 tires and I asked very clearly that the new tires be put on front and the front moved to the rear.So, not only did it take 3 hours to mount and balance 2 tires, which has to be some kind of record, but they were put on the rear. I noticed this when I got back to the hotel and drove straight back. I explained for the fourth time that they were supposed to be on front. I was met with first excuses as to why they didn’t do what I asked and then was told that they should be on the back. Regardless of the difference of opinion, the customer is always right! PERIOD! I left before it escalated into an even more expensive situation because being talked down to by a tire salesman isn’t how I want to spend my free time!And, furthermore, I am 39 years old and have bought a lot of tires in my life and I have never had to pay to have new tires mounted and balanced! Since the165$ per tire wasn’t enough I was charged an additional $49.96 for the three hours that I won’t get back to do what every tire shop I’ve ever been to does for free with purchase of a new tire and in half the time!. And they charged me 8$ per tire for the TPMS sensor service when really they just put in standard valve stems. $8 for a $1 valve stem! Wow! So $425 dollars later and a lesson on how not to conduct business... any business, tire or otherwise, I can say that I will absolutely never buy anything from NTB again! Ever!! Go to Discount Tire!

Dropped off Van at NTB (11951 Paul Mayer Ave, Bridgeton, MO 63044) for alignment, rotate and balance at 11:20 AM for a 12:30 PM appointment to be picked up at 3:30 PM. Arrived to pick up at 4:20 PM and they were only half thru. Waited 15 minutes bought van out and told me it needs to be aligned. I told them we originally wanted it aligned since I have all the maintenance packages with them. Waited 1:20 min after arriving to get my aligned van and find out they never rotated the tires since the front tires were more worn than the back. That is why we wanted the tire rotated in the first place to evenly wear the tires over time. Never going back to that NTB ever! Absolutely IRRITATED. Also IRRITATED I am going to have to go to our local NTB to do it all over again.Response to owner: Called NTB customer service and they just gave me their song and dance about miscommunication and thank you for you input. Once again steer clear of this NTB. Look at Google reviews for specific locations and you can get an idea if the place has issues or not. This location rates 2.3 out of 5. Now I know.

Good pricing you should always be able to find a coupon online to save and with a appointment you get out pretty quick and if you use synthetic oil they have the best price but ask for a gold oil filter to go along with the 6000 mile change cost about 5 dollars more

The problem is that less than 5,000 miles was driven on my vehicle even though 12 months had been slightly exceeded and they would not guarantee the Tie rods they had installed previously. I have always gotten excellent service from NTB. I have spent thousands of dollars through the years on my 5 vehicles with NTB. Now that makes no difference. Well, does to me because I’m taking my business else where that they guarantee their work for life.

Booked an appointment online, when I showed up at my scheduled time I was told my appointment was not in their computer. The guy behind the counter was unapologetic and had no interest in resolving the issue. Terrible customer service. It was not my fault their computers were not functioning properly, yet the employee attempted to make me feel like the issue was mine. There are many places to get tires on St Charles Rockroad. Dont make the same mistake I did and waste your time at NTB.

I went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The shop badly damaged one of my rims and I took it in for them to look at. They got my information, acknowledged the issue and said they would speak to a manager and would contact me. No contact, no nothing. Just bad business. Do not take a car you care about to NTB!

Terrible shop. Went in for a wheel alignment. Took 20 mins just to get my info in the computer with no one in front of me, no coffee for customers, said 90 mins to get the job down (quoted by the manager Mike), 2.5 hours later, said that they would need $500 for a $70-90 alignment. Granted I installed my own struts the day before but it should never cost this much in labor and the parts (already paid for and installed) even to just adjust them. No thanks, wont be going back to NTB.

I took my car 2009 Impala yesterday for two tires, then I needed a new battery. No problem with any of that while I was there. But in trying to do a wheel alignment there is a tyrod out needs to be replaced OH Not a tyrod but a ball joint. They of course do not have the part have to order. Okay I talked with the mechanic on duty name is Mike so I told him I would bring it in tomorrow morning. He said good he would be there and get right on it. I took the car in at 7:45 am talked with Jess Murphy he gave me some song and dance about how the ball joint may not be serviceable but would call me if something came up. I asked what time should I be able to pick it up and he said approx 1PM. I called and spoke with Jesse at 12:45PM to see where they were on my car and GUESS WHAT they have not even touched it and his comment to me is that we have someone ahead of you so WHY tell me I can pick the car up at 1PM. I reminded him that Mike the Head Mechanic told me last night he would get on it first thing. He asked when I needed it and I told him 1PM but 3pm the very latest. I know of some people who have had similar problems.

Reported some rubbing of my new tires to manager. Had me bring vehicle in so they could look at it. They were supposed to call when done. I dropped the vehicle off at 10 per the appointment. It sat in the same spot in their parking lot until 11:30 then when I looked again at noon it was in a different spot. By 1pm I was fed up waiting. They told me they had driven the hell out of my vehicle and couldnt reproduce the issue. Odometer reported 1 mile driven and they tried to tell me they had just finished checking it at 1pm. This is just the last event in a chain of small but aggravating issues Ive had with this location. I wont be coming back to this location and should have read the Google reviews first.

Where should I start. Had a 4:00 appointment at the NTB in Bridgeton Mo. To get two tires, alignment, and a oil change. Got there at 3:45 and dropped my work van off. Called at 730 because still hadnt heard from them. They said it would be closer to 8:00 before done. Picked up van and as I was pulling away noticed that the oil change sticker hadnt been replaced with new. Went back in and found out they charged me for the work but forgot to change the oil. They said sorry you will have to come back ANOTHER time to get work completed.TODAY I went back and it took an hour and a half to do a simple oil change. So collectively it took 5 hours and 45 minutes to get work done. Everyone is in slow motion and in no big hurry to do anything there. I will not be back or suggest anyone ever going there.

My wife hit a curb and needed a tire replaced. Showed up 15 minutes after they opened and was out in less than 25 minutes. Very professional staff greeted me immediately and was a pleasant experience. Good lounge and free Wi-Fi. I dont know how it could have been improved upon.

They got me in and got me out. (Took about 90 min total. They did warn me they were busy. I chose to wait cuz I needed to get it done.)They did what they said they were going to do. (Oil change.)They checked my brakes for free and confirmed what I was afraid of, I need new front brakes.My only concern is they dont keep the place up. The front door, on the right, was missing a handle.The waiting room was clean enough.The doors on the cabinets under the coffee machine looked like they were about to fall off.They do provide free WiFi, no password needed, but didnt have enough outlets to plug in many devices.But most importantly, the staff was polite, professional and took the time needed to answer my questions and concerns regarding the recommended work.

My alternator went put on my car at 730, they close at 800. The gentleman I believe his name was Mark or Mike drove picked one up and had me and my kids out the door in thirty minutes. Amazing service, can not thank them enough for their awesomeness!!!

I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil and coolant change it now almost 11:00 and they are Still not done. It does not take 2.5 hrs to do a simple oil and coolant change. They have one guy working on 3 cars( bravo on him) the other 4 or 5 guys are drinking soda and smoking cigarettes. They are finally getting my car down to do the radiator flush 20 minutes after I complained to the Manager. This leads me to believe that no one was even working on my car until I complained about the 2 hour wait. By the way I know what Im talking about because I used to do the same thing for a living. I just dont do it now because I dont have the equipment any more. Bottom line I Will Not BE BACK. I advise anyone reading this to find another shop to go to unless you want to wait your time. One more thing I have been coming here for several years and have noticed a downward trend at NTB. This was the Bridgeton location by the way.

Starts at the NTB in St. Peters MO, I had an appointment Thursday for new tires and an alignment. I get there and they get the truck up on the alignment machine and then inform me I need to replace a couple ball joints. I took it home replaced them and called in the morning to reschedule. They tell me if I can drop it off they will have it done by closing time that day (Friday), I dropped it off at 2pm. They call me at 6pm to tell me they can’t do the alignment because of the type of aftermarket wheels I have, the same wheels that were on it Thursday when they first looked at it. I go in and they tell me their other location in Bridgeton, MO can do the alignment but I can’t get an appointment till 5pm Saturday. I make the appointment and Saturday I take it in, I got there about half an hour early but they didn’t start on it till almost 5:30pm. 6pm they come out and tell me they can’t do the alignment because they don’t have the right tools to do an alignment on my 2011 ram 2500. They thought it was a Chevy Silverado until they got it up on the alignment machine. At this point 3 days later I still don’t have new tires and I still don’t have the alignment done because no one at NTB knows what their doing.

I cant believe it. I actually got SCAMMED out of my money!! I went there because I had a noise coming from the front of my car. It concerned me. It sounded like rubbing and grinding. I told them to diagnose the problem so it can be repaired. I leave the car with them. They call me back 2 hrs later for pickup, and in checking out I ask the guy what the noise was. He says it was a wheel bearing that went bad. That the noise is now gone, but there is a faint noise coming from the other side...hinting that the other side is going to go bad down the road. He says I have around 6 months before critical. He says he completed a 22pt inspection and is 100% sure he has found and repaired the noise, and not to worry so I pay him. I get in my car, and immediately upon pulling off...THE EXACT PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. Like the EXACT noise. No lesser at all as stated. I go back in and tell him that nothing has been fixed at all! He said we are now closed and to come back tomorrow. I go back and THAT manager isnt there, but a new guy who claims to be the store manager is. BOTTOM LINE: They repaired the WRONG part...and billed me DOUBLE to fix it. Im suing National Tire and Battery as we speak!! TRUST ME...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Service was somewhat ok...please take the time to clean your facility...the Bridgeton location was filthy...including the bathroom...men and womens...floor was a mess...just seems like the entire front, waiting area and bathrooms need power washed. Im quite sure NTB most likely does impeccable when it comes to what customers pay for servicing there...so at least the facility should be clean.

I will never go to another NTB. Tried to sell me services that I didnt need and wasted most of my day doing it. Even though I told them that the car had been checked over 2 days before by an ASC mechanic, they wasted over an hour on their 22 Point check. What a ripoff. Told me I need a new battery, transmission flush and power steering flush. All I wanted was 2 tires. Then told me that the new tires had to go on the rear even though I wanted them on the front. Had to tell them to mount them and then rotate them to get my tires where I wanted them. Losers.

Horrible repair shop. They used a zip ties to reattach my coils after they broke them replacing 3 out of my four spark plugs. Then tried to sell me new coils after they broke the ones that were on the vehicle. For the quality of work they do the labor rate is astronomical. I would never trust the shop to work on any of my friends or families car again. They just take your money and break your vehicle.

After a terrible experience at a different NTB location (where we were overcharged and services were preformed without our consent), we were refunded and issued oil change coupons by corporate and decided to give NTB one more chance. We made an appointment thinking that would expedite the process, yet we waited over two hours for our oil change to be completed. This would have been somewhat understandable had the shop been busy, but they were not. So, what were the mechanics doing all that time? They were busy taking pictures and snapchat videos sitting in, and revving the engines of, a nice Camaro that had been dropped off by a customer. I would do yourself a favor and look for another place to take your car, even for something as basic as an oil change.
