Fantastic customer service fast! We had a great experience thanks to Jordan and the Meineke team when we were in a tough spot. Jordan located an elusive catalytic converter for our ambulance and got it put on in record time. No matter what the issue, the answer was never “we can’t.” Jordan always said “let’s see what I can do” and went above and beyond to get it done. Communication was excellent at every step, and the kind and personable attitudes we received from everyone made it a great experience!

This is my favorite place because they only repair what my car needs to be repaired. Never try to get over on me because Im a woman. Always honest with me and to the point. Prices are affordable too. So ladies heres a good start

I’ve always received very great service for my car. My problems are addressed and repaired allowing a one time visit for any problems, never the need to return for a correction. I recently had my struts replaced after being told by a dealer they could figure out the noise. I can now drive without loosing control when hitting damaged areas in the rode.

I have always taken my car to the dealers, because I couldn’t trust anyone else. Whenever I have taken my car to someone other than the dealers, they only messed up my car and I had to pay more to get it fixed. After the dealers were quiet rude to me the last 2 times I went to Meineke on the St. Charles Rock Road. From start to finish the staff at Meineke on St.Charles Rock has and is superb!!!! From speaking to Scott on the phone and him getting you in with their busy schedule. To the magical mechanics that fix my temperamental car. Who do it correctly are absolutely amazing!!! They also tell you if something needs to be taken care of right away or if it can wait for a bit. They don’t try to pull one over on you. It is nice to trust someone and not get ripped off. Or go somewhere cheaper and have to pay more to get it re-fixed. Meineke on St. Charles Rock Road is those 2 things. Getting a decent price and great quality work. If you are debating going there don’t, just go there!

Scott was AMAZING! I left there very informed. I knew before deciding what work to have done, in detail, what my options were. Even though my bill was not minimal, I feel like the completed work was necessary and my car was in good hands.

My fiance and I took our car here because we couldnt get a lug nut off and we needed to get a tire for our other car repaired. We came in yesterday morning, Thursday June 25th, and they had fixed our problems in about an hour. They were so quick!! The day before we had been to a few other places who told us they were going to have to keep our car all day, and just made it sound like they couldnt do it quickly. Meineke does great work at a great speed. We plan on coming here in the future for all our car issues. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk. He was so friendly and very helpful!

Outstanding experience. The MCCC located in Bridgeton, MO was able to complete a dual exhaust upgrade on my truck that other shops in the area told me wasnt possible and, they did the job in 1 day! I highly recommend working with the manager, Scott Yankey and his crew.

Went in to get a quote on a new tail pipe and muffler and schedule an appointment...they ended up getting me in right away. My truck is old and was done improperly in the past...they had no problem doing some custom modifications. Price point was great and was even given some discounts without asking. Would definitely go back.

I took my vehicle to Meineke at 11831 St. Charles Rock Road for exhaust repairs. I was told it would be $225.00 for exhaust repairs and that I would have to drop my car off on 8/18/20 - and could not stay for it?I received a call from Scott stating the repairs would be $710.00? I later receive a call and was told the repairs would be $829. because they could not get the old oxygen sensor out.? when I picked the car up, it cost me $920.96!!! - Outrageous. I was in severe pain at the time and did not want to argue about such unethical price gouching and business practices!I looked up the part numbers on the bill to compare pricing - I was charged $612.10 for parts which cost $256.21 - an approximate 59% price difference!!! Remember I was quoted $225. and charged $920.96.- an approximate 80% price difference! I am requesting a $500.00 refund to make this a fair and equitable business transaction. I plan to pursue a refund through this location, Meinekes headquarters and the BBB.

Got my car back and it had bailing wire holding the back of the exhaust up.Went back and they tried to explain to me that was the only option.

Did I get an oil change? Yes, but it was not the level I expected. I received a flyer for a full synthetic oil change that included tire rotation, pressure check, fluids, filter for $49.99. I was informed that the oil my car needed wasn’t part of that coupon. So I got a basic oil change, pressure check and washer fluid for $60.00. I really hate this type of advertising and will not use this company again. Only got it done because I was traveling the next day and had to.

I recently had an oil change and inspectionDone. Took an hour and fifteen minutes, not bad because they performed 23 point inspections which included free tire rotation. This also included rewards of free towing and after 1000 points I receive a free oil change. Basically this means after 4 oil changes,the 5th one is free. The customer service is extremely pleasant and I recommend them to everyone.

I had my wife’s car repaired at Meineke. Her car is working great. I needed my oil changed and my engine light was on. When went in I got to see Scott Yankey. He remembered me and helped me with my wife’s car. He got my car in that day. I got my oil change and told me I had a recall on my car that I had to go to the dealership for. I also needed tires so I got two and they put them on that day. My car runs fine. Again I am impressed with Meineke. I am going to start bringing my son’s car there too!

I came in without an appointment for an emissions inspection and they got my inspection done in about 15 minutes. It was the end of the month too, so they were really busy. It helped me out a ton to get it done on the spot, and I really appreciated their excellent service.

I was referred here by one of my customers and I could have not been more happy with my service. I went in for an over heating issue, nervous that it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I mentioned that I had my heater core replaced recently and its been doing it ever since. Everything was done in a timely manner. Parts were ordered and delivered, put in,and car returned. However I had the pleasure of listening to multiple phone calls where salesman said he would work with people on pricing. I was never offered that. Even for waiting longer than estimated. He was friendly enough but if I hear that I want that. I wasnt offered. Not a big deal but enough to lose a star.

Very friendly and courteous staff. I was concerned about waiting a long time to get a diagnosis. Luckily the staff noticed my uncertainty about waiting. It was Saturday and I wasnt trying to spend my whole day at the shop. 💁🙄😆 Im so glad it was an easy fix and the staff explained and showed me the issue. I was on my way in no time, and I even got a keyring for their rewards program. 😀 *UpDate* I take my car here for regular oil changes that includes a tire rotation. However, this particular time I wasnt given the tire rotation. The excuse was because my tires would need to be changed by the next oil change. 🤨 They wouldnt want me to crash. I asked shouldnt their be a discount since my tires werent rotated? 🤔 His reply was youre almost at 1000 rewards points and youll get a free oil change. 🤨 Theres no discount! 🤔 I paid for a service that included tire rotation though. 😠 After he said that I became annoyed. Ill use the those reward points to get a tire rotation on my other car. 😑 From now on Ill find somewhere else to have my oil changed. 😑

Just purchased a car in June of this year, and was told my brakes were changed and my rotors were resurfaced by workers at this location. 2 months later, I started hearing a creaking noise and I thought I had a problem with the axle. So I take it to the dealer, and they tell me its new brakes, but they are cheaply made, and whoever installed them didnt resurface the rotors correctly. So I was out of $320 for brakes and rotors because someone here decided to put cheap brakes on my newly purchased car, though I was told everything was new and dealer quality. Have to told others to never go here and I have contacted the dealership and they informed me they will consider taking their cars somewhere else to get checked before selling.

I recently made an appointment to have my exhaust system inspected. Not knowing what would have to be done, I was very concerned with what might be wrong with the car (making a bad sound) and having a tight budget. They were able to get me in the next day and performed a full inspection. I worked with Scott (manager on duty) and he was upfront on what needed to be done. I wanted to know two things. What is the bare minimum I could get by with and also a worse case scenario (completely fix the problem and not just a patch). Scott took me to my car that was up on the rack and showed me what the issues were (old exhaust system). He said that he could patch one portion of pipe for about $80 (best case). But he also said that it could be more if any of the other pipe got damaged while repairing the broken pipe. The other pipe was very rusty, but no holes yet (just a matter of time). I appreciated the fact that he took the time to show me and helped me understand that they would do their best, but some things may happen that our outside of their control because of the condition of my car. Scott also gave me a quote for repairing all of the exhaust system as a worse case scenario. Because of the condition of my entire exhaust system and the fair price that I was quoted (I have owned cars for over 30 years), I decided to have all of it replaced. The work was completed in about 3 hours and I have not had any issues since. I would definitely recommend this location and plan on using them again the next time I need auto service. John Mills

I cannot recommend this place enough. After a string of bad experiences with other car shops in the area (Jiffy Lube fried the electrical system of my wifes car and Firestone botched my brake installations), I was a bit wary of trying yet another place.However, this Meineke location is now our exclusive car shop. Scott is everything an auto service tech should be. Hes friendly, fair, and above all else, honest. Weve brought our cars to this location routinely for the past couple of years now, and Scott will tell us straight up if we do or dont need to have a procedure done.This Meineke is everything an auto body shop SHOULD be, and everything that other chains are not. What so many companies forget is that success comes from satisfied customers and repeat business, not from milking every dollar on every visit regardless of necessity. A lifetime customer will bring far more business than a customer who walks away with huge bills every visit. Scott gets that. This Meineke location gets that. And in return, theyve got two more lifetime customers.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After hitting a piece of metal on I-70, I noticed something leaking. I brought my car here and they put it up on a lift and looked it over for me. They determined that it was just water collected inside the bumper. Didn’t even charge me! The owner and staff were very nice. Thank you guys!!

Worst service ever. I went to this location 3 separate times for an oil change and still couldn’t get a simple oil change.First time I walked in, I was told it was too late to do an oil change due to arrive 30 mins prior to closing. Understandable, so I left.Second time I arrived, the guy said I had to make an appointment and latest appointments are at 4pm. This would have been nice to know the first time. He also mentioned Saturday at 8am are walk in. Great.Third time on a Saturday at 8am, walked in just to have the guy said I need to leave the vehicle for the whole day and he may not even get to the oil change? What a joke.

This location is awesome! Ive been coming here over the last two years and they always give excellent customer service! One time I came in thinking that there was something wrong with my brakes. They looked at them for me, free of charge, and told me that they were fine. They could have tried to rip me off and tell me something was wrong, but they were honest which I greatly appreciate. Another time I came back to do some previously diagnosed work and was told that I was misquoted and they charged me less than I was originally quoted! They are awesome! They do good work and have great service.

First experience was to investigate an exhaust leak and prepare for a road trip with my 2004 Nissan Armada. They gave me options on how to fix the exhaust leak that were more affordable and found several other minor leaks in other systems of the car that they were able to repair very economically. My impression is that they want repeat business are not out to suggest fixes that you do not have to have in addition they will suggest more economical solutions. Highly recommend.
