Big g is the best! Affordable fair pricing and they are honest. Only bad thing is that they book up pretty fast but I also dont blame them for that with how awesome they are!

Vandalized my power windows by cutting the wires and tryed to get me to have them fix it . Havent ever gone back there. Dont trust this company .

The people at the service thats at Big gs are very friendly but the mechanics they are not friendly at all they will walk past you look at you when I say anything just think you are paying their salary they are not friendly at all unless a problem for the the business

I have known geoff , for years i used to sell him parts, he has a busy shop make an appointment, you will be satisfied that your vehicle is fixed correctly by ASE CERTIFIED technicians

They were the cheapest I could get to install customer supplied brakes and rotors after making about 20 phone calls to other shops. They installed my brakes and it works good the only reason I am giving them 4 star and not 5 because i didn’t see them removing the rust from from the old hub which typically should be done during brake changes, and also the rotors were not cleaned from the oil/grease from their packaging .. both are usually the basic thing you do when you install new brake rotors/pads. Otherwise they were good, did the job on time.

Broke down in the D parking lot at Lambert International airport. Found Big Gs on google and called. They completely took care of us from contacting a tow to repairing my jeep in a few hours. Very honest people and a well respected local shop.

Best mechanics in the world. I have taken my vehicles there for the last 18 years!!!! They are very trustworthy and doesnt treat me like a moran because I am a woman, like most places did. I have sent several of my friends there and they have been very impressed with Big G and their staff!!!!!!!

Best auto mechanic shop ever in my 43 years of driving. The very best work, most fair pricing, honest, integrity. Great staff. Ive used them almost exclusively for over 15 years. Everyone Ive referred there agrees.

The quality and price are perfect.

I went in for a tune-up and tire. My bill was over $600 and my check engine light was on, all of a sudden. G tried to argue with me saying that it was already on when I dropped it off but it was never on. To make a long story short, I took the car back to check the light he hands me a new bill worth $800 for a catalytic converter. Little did he know I stopped at OReillys and had the code read before I went...it came back that I need a fuel level sensor, air intake valve, and catalytic converter. He never mentioned the other codes but I will never go there again.

Bad experience, long story short they are not friendly and talk a little off when you ask something! Told me my car was fixed 2 days later still dealing with same problem! Had to pay another place to repair issue right! When I went back to them about issue they where like you have something else that should have been done. The New place told me they installed my fan so close to hose it hit the hose each time putting a hole in it! Which damage it ! First time a paid over $500 next time it was like over another $400 ! My husband and son was going here as well, we will be going somewhere else for now on. We have spend so much money with them and they never offer deals for our business. It my hose was not damaged until they fixed on my car , no engine smoking until they touched it! I took it in because heat wasn’t getting that hot! And brakes where not good. They told me my brakes where good. I mean they were all the way to the floor and making noise. I got them replaced at a different place! My car is so much better now a safe for my baby! This place has let its business go to their heads! I’m done!

I have been taking my cars to Big G since LONG before he started his own shop. I like having a mechanic I can trust. I wish I could find a doctor I trusted as much as I trust my mechanic. My wife absolutely loves the team at Big G as well. No matter the size of the problem, they have been very accommodating. I have recommended them to coworkers and friends alike, and all of them have been very pleased with the work that was done and become repeat customers themselves.

Need to learn how to properly quote a service over the phone. how you going to tell someone its going to be one amount and then when they show up to get their vehicle, the price is over DOUBLE what you told them (WITHOUT calling for approval I might add)?. Then, if that werent bad enough, you have a person make an appointment, which, you dont honor because you were backed up and have that person scrambling to get to your shop before you close in order to pay double what they were quoted? you boys have alot to learn about how to take care of customers, especially ones that own several cars and guarantee they wont be back with any of them. Not everyone you deal with is a newb who doesnt know about the automotive industry, some of us have been in it for over 20 years so its difficult for you to pull the wool over these eyes.

Had my car towed in because it wouldnt start. It Sat for 5 DAYS before they looked at, my time is just as valuable and would have gone somewhere else that could get to It!!! Then when they did get to, they guessed? It might be crank sensor and coolant sensor? Changed both and before I got home the light and code for coolant sensor came back on! Also fixed an exhaust issue which broke another section. I am a senior, on disability, just got out of hospital, so couldnt be there to see/watch what they were doing...feel they took advantage and double talked me

Big G Auto Service is the absolute best place in the world to take your vehicle. They are very customer service oriented, will always sit down with you and explain what is going on, they will never ever try to sell you something you dont need, they dont over charge, and the prices never spike up. I always know how much routine maintenance such as oil changes will cost on my car. They dont charge to do a diagnostic and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road. They have many skilled mechanics and the owner is not only an amazing mechanic, but also an amazing person. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my car in 2008. We dropped off our truck for an oil change the night before. We came back 24 hours later and they didnt have it done. They did offer to get it done the next day but, we know they took care of many other cars/ trucks that came in after ours. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If you cant do it, dont tell us you can. Were wont be back.

Took my car here to get my window fixed, it would not roll up. They called me and told me after they took my door apart to look at the wires it was just a plug that fell out. They fixed it put my door back together and did not charge me a dime. Great shop.

Great service, trustworthy, and honest mechanics at a fair price

Horrible crooks took advantage of my 63 yr old mother. She paid them to have her car towed to them $80. It would not start because of a crank sensor. They left her vehicle sit for five days. And for some reason they came with a list of things that did not need replacing. Such as 4 inches of pipe at the END of exhaust pipe another $150! While they damaged or at very least NEGLECTED to repair the exhaust closer to engine where it is more needed. So it basically has no exhaust system because they damaged it into breaking off by being careless Neanderthals try to pull of rubber fittings. Also charged her for cooling sensor he didnt even put in until she took it back again. At end of service she forked out 500 dollars basicly for them to give her a passing inspections. Only $37!!! And a broken exhaust system. A $35 part and $37 inspection cost her $500!!! When she asked them kindly to correct their errors, they tried getting her to fork our more money! They wrapped a wire aroun exhaust pipe to hold it back up!!!

Big G is great place to go to have your car fixed theyre honest they wont fix anything that doesnt need to be fixed they give you a call and let you know ahead of time what its going to cost and lot of times they give you alternative or work with you on things so I like Jeff and the crew theyre good good mechanics and usually get it done the same day highly recommend them

I did not like having to make an appointment. I can make an appointment at the dealership service center. I can find the same services there with a more substantial guarantee on workmanship.
