Front office gives the impression that they are some how doing the patient a favor. What a waste of my time.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Front desk lacks the ability to address patients with respect. For example, I walked in around 12:30 only for the glass window to open and be told to “come back at 1:00pm”.In addition, the labcorp staff lost my personal lab specimen and now I am forced to retake the exam. Furthermore, as I try to inquire about the situation, the employee just hands me a 800 number in which the operator suggests that I should contact the office I did the testing at.If possible, I recommend going to a competitor until labcorp makes an improvement with their services.

It was quick and the technician was very pleasant. Was out of there 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

No hours are advertised on the internet the document I received stated they were open from 9 to 3 . You find out when you get there after driving 15 miles they dont do drug screening between 11 and 1 .

My employer sent me there for random drug test, The 2 B****s there they yell and raise there voice like you are deaf, one lady was there with her niece for paternity test they wouldnt let her in, For me they were yelling and tell me that they need lots of urine sample otherwise I have to wait and redo the test made me drink like over a gallon of water(not joking) and when I was ready one of them said I have to wait eventhough the place empty, and when iwent in they only took like less than 1/4 of small cup.Those Bs, they know you have to comply otherwise your test will consider fail or refuse-to- test and you could lose your job.

The site was closed for a month due to a car running through the side of the building. The site is open just not as a drive thru service lol.

I visited this office on 4/17/2019 at 2. 32 pm and the employee was rude and unprofessional. Such a disgrace to the corporation.

My mother had an appointment with this facility yesterday morning. She had a horrible experience with the front desk receptionist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my mother. She needs to be fired!!!

Front desk lady was rude. No one was even at the desk for most of the time i was there.

Lady at front desk is rude and disrespectful.
