They fit me in while traveling very quickly…I was stressed out over a family emergency. They were accommodating and professional and I very much appreciate doing business with them.

We had a problem that may have been a coincidence. The van we had serviced the previous day broke down. The store had it towed back immediately and repaired it the same day. The problem may not have been related to the previous days repairs but the store took care of the repairs for nothing. There was no discussion and I was impressed and appreciative that the store took care of it. In our business we always side on the customers side if there is any doubt. In the long run its good business and keeps the customers coming back just like you.

Its all a matter of Trust.The front desk personnel have to have good customer sense and know something about vehicle maintenance.Wait time appears to on target and if anything changes after the technician has opened things up the customer is engaged immediately, especially if it means longer time and higher cost. I am happy to tell my friends about Sullivan Tire and expect to buy my next four tires there before winter and my trip to Florida. Today: Tire balance and alignment with an hour and a half wait and at a reasonable cost $165.00. Back on the highway the 2015 Chevy Equinox handled very smoothly, no vibration at all.

Went in for an inspection and oil change found out I needed new tires. We have been taking our 2 vehicles to Sullivan for a few years now . Everyone is very nice / friendly from the minute you walk in until you leave. Nice seating / waiting area. No complaints at all . I would highly recommend Sullivan

I’m happy with the tires I got a few months ago, but today I had an appointment to have my truck inspected at 3:00. I needed to pick my boyfriend up from work around 3:30, but he knew I might be a little bit late. He ended up walking all the way to Sullivan’s while I waited to have my vehicle inspected. They didn’t even take my truck inside until 3:45, & I didn’t get to leave until 4:24. An hour & 24 minutes for an inspection! I watched 2 people that came in after me leave before me. I don’t know what they were having done, but what could really be quicker than a vehicle inspection? I also had to pay $20 to have them put my reverse lights in, & I already had the lights. $20 just for screwing the bulbs in. Where I usually go for my inspections in Milford/Bradley, he’d put the lights on for free & I’d be out of there in 20 minutes. The only reason I didn’t go there was because his business hours conflict with my work hours, & I didn’t want to miss any work, & Brewer was close enough to where I work so that I wouldn’t miss time. I’m not saying don’t get your tires there, because I still would (although, come to think of it, that also took a really long time for them to do when I bought tires there a few months ago), but I would never have them inspect my truck again.

Absolutely wonderful place!! The employees were excel too deal with in Brewer location. Cote R service manager i highly recommend contacting, excellent customer service and pleasant person to deal with! I was right in and out quicker then they had told us have to wait!!! Got tires installed, front end alignment and oil change for what i couldnt find anyone else to beat in price!Military discount there to!!! Cant beat it, go see them for sure!!!

Dont buy the warranty on your tires at Brewer location. I called to let them know I had a nail in my tire and they wait a week and well schedule you in. Thats just not okay with me to ride around for a week with a potential hazzard.An hour after I posted this review a representative with Sullivan Tire called me and they took excellent care of me and my tire. Hopefully this doesnt happen to the next guy that has the same situation. Thanks Mr. Sales Representative.

I have never had an issue with this shop. They never try to charge me for anything I dont need. The quotes that are given are reasonable. I will always recommend this company to anyone for their tire and basic mechanic needs.

Complete scam artists. Tourists beware. Went in there for a basic yearly inspection with my truck which I know is completely fine, the mechanics quoted me 1700 dollars worth of work saying they wont pass me unless I do all of the work. Went across the street after I refused and got my yearly inspection done within 30 minutes and no fuss. I would strongly recommend finding anywhere else to go except this place. After moving in the area full time I later found out that the locals refuse to go here because of the way they rip people off. If people have learned anything is that its, Trust the locals.

Cote has great customer service. They didn’t have time to finish my alignment on my car so he scheduled with me for the next day I could get in. I enjoyed his honesty and customer service. I will def be bringing my car back for future services.

Not just for tires! Repairs were well done and pricing was reasonable. Staff were well informed and willing to work with me as well as to explain clearly what they needed to do. They took my concerns seriously and were great with working around my schedule. Will definitely be bringing my car here in the future.

Was really excited they were able to get me in same day, to fix an issue with my truck being stuck in park. Drop off the truck hours later get a call saying everything was all set, now my truck has no blinkers, rear running light, or a brake light on my passenger side.... went in to ask them about it and they said we fixed the original problem the rest isn’t on us?! Very unprofessional and would highly not recommend!!

Today, I had an appointment at 10am to have my studded snow tires switched for my summer tires. I arrived at 9:50 to check in, only to wait until 10:25 for them to drive my car out of the lot and into their garage. I did not leave until 11:30 to pick up my car once they finished. I have never had to wait an hour and a half to have my tires switched anywhere before. They wanted to charge $100.00 to have my tires switched, which I have also never paid that high of a price to do. They were nice enough to drop the price to $80.00, but that is still steep. If my appointment was at 10am, the service should have started at 10, not 10:25. Tires do not take over an hour to have balanced and put back on. I am never coming back here for service.

This place is great. Unfortunately for me, I picked up a razor blade in my tire driving to Bangor from Mass. I stopped in to Sullivan’s in Brewer see if I could get it plugged. The hole was too big to plug, but Sullivan had the exact brand, model, and size of tire I needed in stock and at a reasonable price. I was in and out in an hour on a Saturday as a walk-in with no appointment. Hopefully I won’t need to go to a tire shop in the Bangor area again, but if I do, I know where I will go. Thank you Sullivan tire!

Quick friendly service. Free wifi available while you wait. Service car pickup and delivery. I had to leave my car while the new tires were being installed; to keep myself busy I walked to the near by businesses along the street and also had a lunch. Good location, easy to find.

In one word: Marvelous. We are from Ohio and realized after we arrived in Brewer/Bangor/Orrington area that a lug nut was missing from our tire. We stopped at an auto supply and were told they did not have the correct lug nut for our car. We drove down Road 15 in Brewer and saw the Sullivan Tire sign and stopped to ask for help. The manager at the front desk called one of the workers and reported our problem. The repairman came out and looked at the car, went inside, came out again, and replaced the lug nut. Then he tightened all lug nuts on all tires. We entered the store again to pay, and the manager and the worker said there was no charge. How generous, and what a relief for us. Thanks. When we are in town again and have a car problem, this is the place we will go.Thank you.

Well I can tell you right now this is the place where Im going to deal with my stuff from now on Charles as the manager what a very nice man got a nice crew they all deserve a raise no one is corporate they like taking away but thats my opinion how I figure if you scratch my back I scratch yours you screwed me over you lied to me Im done with you thats the bottom line

Why bother making an appointment to show up and be told it would be an hour until they could get to it?! This is not the first time it has happened but it will be the last I come here. Customer service is not pleasant either. Counter/service people lack skills.Maybe the Bangor site is better but the Brewer site is not.

I would NEVER use this business for anything, not even to replace a bulb in my car....Took my car there, lost the motor in it. Got a new motor for it spent over 1400.00 they put the motor in and put a thermostat in, in which they put it backward and burnt my motor up...needless to say they will be paying dearly for this. Not sure whats up with these bad reviews. Ive had nothing but A+ service at Sullivan Tire in Brewer. ONe time, I brought in my tractor tire--no appointment--they fixed it asap, and sent me happily on my way. I probably shouldt say this, but, they didnt even charge me. I was pretty freakin happy. yep, Ill be back, for sure. Good service.

Multiple problems with purchase of four new tires, including a poorly fixed wheel, needing a second alignment, sending my new GoodYear CC to an address out of state (who knows where it went), and refusing to sell me a new wheel even though I asked several times if I needed one. I will not be returning to that shop.
