I had a slow leak in my driver side tires and Im going away this weekend so I needed it fixed right away. They got me in right after work and replaced the stems and sensors in my tires in an hour. The guys were really nice. AC works really good in the office too!

Came in for an alignment and to check an issue with my front right tire. The alignment was done no problem, and the mechanics tracked down the issue which turned out to be a minor fix. The problem had eluded myself and another shop, very happy with the service. As usual.

So far, so good. Went in for an inspection. Appointment was at 3:30 on a Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes early and was informed that they were running a little behind. I appreciate them. Being upfront but this was expected, as the day does on if each appointment takes 1 extra minute then by the afternoon they will be off a bit. They took my truck in at 3:45 and by 4:05 my truck was done. It needed some work and the guy at the counter put together an estimate for me. I told him that I was going to shop the price around and he understood and told me to call if I wished to schedule the service. So far I would highly recommend going here, they respected my time and were extremely friendly.

I dont usually let other people work on my cars but I was on a deadline and after a lot of looking decided to try twin city tire. They correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly and affordably provided the solution. I plan to go back to them in future.

I definitely don’t recommend. Damage to my vehicle and the employees were very rude. Refuse to take responsibility for damaging my car and came up with any excuse on why it wasn’t there fault when they did the complete opposite of what I asked. I will definitely make sure the car community and others know how my experience went.

Excellent customer service, prices and down to earth people. I called 6 different tire dealers and Twin City Tire was not only the best price, but got me in on a crazy busy Friday afternoon for 4 tires and an alignment. Shuttle service took us where we needed to go. One thing I noticed while watching how they conduct business in lobby is it’s not only how they treat you face up, but how they treat everyone that has a question, rare complaint, or to come in and pay on a bill. First time was not the last time for us and highly recommend this business. Old fashion values and honest business practices combined with excellent prices.

These people are awesome!! They were knowledgeable and efficient at changing over my studded snows and getting me back on track with new tire pressure sensors at an exceptionally reasonable price! Ill be back for some wheels soon!

Ive been to Twin City Tire in Brewer several times, and DO NOT recommend. Each time was just for a tire changeover/swap (that I bring the tires with me). Should be very quick. Ive tried making an appointment, and waiting 3 hours. This morning I made an appointment at 7:30, and HAD TO LEAVE THE CAR, its now almost 1pm, and the car is still not ready. Very inefficient! This shouldnt take 15 minutes!! Back to Tire Warehouse!

They way overcharge on the parts for instance had my alternator done there and they were gonna charge $200 more then what the part cost so I bought the part.Make sure u watch out for that.Im all about them making money and charging a LITTLE extra but $200 extra while ppl are struggling thats messed up.Rob the poor.Other then that good service and friendly.

I visited for the first time recently for a seasonal changeover. I dropped my vehicle off (without an appointment). TCT communicated the work could be done by the end of the day. Though the lobby was packed and the lot was full of cars on this busy day, they called within two hours to let me know they were able to work it in and had finished. A great first impression. On top of that, they honored a | $20 off ANY $50 service | coupon offered for economic relief. Who does that for a seasonal changeover?? Friendly staff. Efficient operation. Fair price. Twin City Tire does excellent mechanical and electrical work and is very fast with most reasonable prices. The past few things Ive had done at Twin City Tire have worked out perfectly. I cant say enough good things about them.

I pulled into Twin City Tire with leaking air in my inside dual tires on my RV. I had stopped to seek help at 3 other tire companies before finally finding Twin City. These guys are pros and have a well trained staff. They had my rig jacked up within 5 minutes of my arrival and fixed the leaking extension stems in less than 20 minutes. They are simply the best. And they did not charge me anything near what I was expecting. Overall I give them a 5 star rating and it would have been a 6 star if I could have.

Another fantastic purchase and service appointment from TCT. They were able to quickly quote the correct studded snow tires for my SUV, give me an appointment that fit my schedule within just a few days, install my tires, bag up the old ones, and send me on my way in 30-40 minutes. Great garage. The staff is friendly and service is always prompt. Some building blocks and toys for the kiddos to use while we wait. Also a changing table station for babies if needed. Coffee and tv while you wait. Very clean, professional, and honest.

Great tire and repair shop! Very friendly service. They want to make sure the work done on your vehicle is done right, they will inform you of any thing else they find and talk to you about the options that you have to fix the problems then or set you up a follow up to fix them latter. They carry a good selection of tires but if what you want is not there they will order them in and set appointment for you.

Had my Jeep lined after replacing some front end parts. On my first wheeling trip, I broke a tie rod out on the trail. After limping my way out on a shotty trail fix and having it towed home, and I took the problem to Dave at Twin City Tire.I felt that there was an issue with the placement of one of the clamps on the tire rod. I also agree that the was some matel fatigue there as well. Dave heard me out and after some discussion said he would make it right.The factory parts didnt fit right so he had higher grade parts put on to insure a proper fit. When I picked it up and was told the parts issue I offered to pay half. They refused my offer and sent me on my way with no charge.Regardless of it being a mistake coupled with fatigue, Dave made things right. Standing behind their work along with going above and beyond with the parts will keep me going back. Thank you Dave and the employees of Twin City Tire for quality work and making things right. Thats hard to come by these days. Feel free to join us out wheeling anytime lol.

Quick and easy, ordered what I wanted over the phone. They called when they came in. Went in and had them mounted. Its very refreshing to buy tires from someone who knows what they are talking about. UPDATE.... right after this, twin city got me in quickly and took care of my car. I would still be hesitant about using their online service request (that is pretty much standard I have found for all service stations). This service station does great work and I usually have no problem getting in when I need to, when I call.Used their online service request for a 7:30 appt in 2 days.. Received a confirmation with note Id be contacted w/in 24 hrs. No call. Called them about 25 hrs after and they said they had nothing from me, even though I had their email. And then they couldnt do anything for me until 2 1/2 hrs after what I needed. I will never go there. Very poor customer service.

TRUST-WORTHY. I would send my wifes grandmother to these guys. Any mechanic can turn a wrench, but these guys can run a business. Their business is based building a quality reputation. As a dentist I am all to familiar with the old adage well he can afford it. What most mechanics dont know is that I have built and swapped engines and transmissions. I know my way around a car, but do not have the time to do my own work anymore. These guys treat my car like it was their own, and they treat me like I am their next door neighbor.
