After researching their reviews, my wife and I drove there from Clarksville to see their facility and to drop off some watches for repair. We took four down there and they were able to repair all but one which we hoped we could get repaired but it was doubtful! They are not easy to find in the building. Their location isnt obvious because they have no signage, but I understand why. We called them and the Big Kahuna himself came out to meet us and introduced us to Joseph, one of the watch repair supervisors. He examined each watch and we got claim tickets for each. Repairs took a week and the prices were very reasonable for what they did. First Class Mail from there took a day to get to Clarksville. Items were very well-packed with each watch in its own bubble wrap cocoon along with a photo of the item and the ticket describing the work needed. My old Seiko watch as all polished up and looked better than it has in years! I will use them again. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered a Seiko watch from Amazon that had some lint under the crystal so Amazon paid for repair and sent my watch to Service Jewelry & Repair. It took about two and a half weeks to get my watch there, repaired, and back in my hands. After all that I received the watch like this in my photo. Although the lint was removed it seems like the employees were careless about handling my timepiece and that doesnt give me any confidence about sending anything else I have to them.

Took them a nice watch that needed some major repair, done very quickly and reasonable repair pricing. I hope I don’t need any additional watch repairs but I am convinced they are the best in the business and did great work. Highly recommend.

I needed 2 watch batteries replaced, but I wasnt even sure they would be open. Thankfully they were open and got both batteries changed in about 5 minutes. However, they charged me $30 - $15 for each watch. Ive been here several times in the past, and never paid more than $8. It just seemed like a lot to pay.

Ive used SJR a couple of times and they are great. Very friendly and seem to truly enjoy what they do. Curtis (watch repair) was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly when addressing a vintage watch that needed repair. Ill use them again and again.
