I had Brentwood Jewelers make this band for my engagement ring and it turned out awesome. They were more than. Happy to use a stone that I already had and make it work. They were able to make it in about a week and stayed right alongside their estimate. Very great atmosphere and awesome people. Not a single negative thing about my experience with them.

Brandon and his family have helped me immensely in picking out my engagement ring for my wife earlier this year and also helping me put together a wedding day gift that I had a small vision for but didn’t really know how to bring the concept to life. Brandon also had some excellent honeymoon location advice as we got to talk about life outside of the business. Really enjoyed my experience with Brentwood Jewelers and will certainly plan to purchase with them in the future.

These guys are always good to me, help out whenever needed. Had to get wifes watch fixed (automatic movement) = no problem. Ring cut off = no problem. Diamond fell out = no problem. They do it all. Prices anf quality are also much better than the surrounding competitors.

Overall not a bad experience, but Im probably going to try another store next time.The man who assisted me was quite helpful (didnt catch his name) but Lisa was rather snarky towards me while trying to charge me sales tax twice. After correcting her she didnt apologize at all and acted all rude and standoffish. Get it together Lisa!Also this is a minor complaint, but from the parking lot I watched the UPS guy walk into the store and deliver the bracelet I was waiting for, yet when I go inside it still took three different people 15 minutes collectively to find it even though I was telling them it was just delivered.

They did a fantastic job on two rings for my wife. We took my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band, along with some inherited diamonds. They melted down the existing rings and created two gorgeous replacements. There was not much guidance from us, yet they managed to craft two rings that were exactly what my wife wanted. If you need custom-made jewelry, consider them strongly.

I was looking for a pretty straight-forward watch repair service and Brentwood Jewelers went absolutely above and beyond. I walked in the store not looking like much, despite that, they treated me quickly and were eager to help. After doing multiple repairs, they quickly returned the timepiece in full working order. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Dont go with some fake chain store, these guys are the real deal. 10/10

It was 6:07pm when I walked in to have them adjust my watch band. What I didn’t know until later is they close at 6pm. They were nice enough to stay later to help me and didn’t charge me. I’ll be coming back for future purchases. Great family operation.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiance from them and I will go to them for any jewelry needs we have in the future. We worked with Casie and she is fabulous. The whole staff is extremely friendly and they are not pushy at all. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend them to anyone that needs jewelry or repairs done.

These folks are terrific. I am far from their best customer, but they have fixed my old watch for me on a few occasions and always do good work. Their selection is awesome, as well...if I were in the market for fine jewelry, I would shop here before I went to any chain store.

But when returning customers walked in and were greeted by name, I knew they had my business. Salem was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick the perfect gift for my husbands birthday. Had a lot of errors with what shouldve been a simple process. Had to go in three separate times when my order was done. Still was not completed correctly. Found the staff very rude, at one point someone said just take it its all free not worth it. Which created an argument between the owner and his son. Very unprofessional. The owners son was critiquing his employee about attitude right in front of me smh. I would avoid them at all cost.Update: the response is what I expected. Lack of communication both ways? I came in was very clear with what I was requesting. Btw the owners son wrote the order not the young lady you were coaching on the floor. You need to speak with your employees in private when reprimanding them. I only got to determine my price after the owners son yelled whatever just take it and leave not worth it. I also determined a price that was higher than quoted, even though all my work wasnt completed. Price wasnt an issue, it was the customer service and inappropriate behaivor. I would assume you have a very high turnover rate with how you treat employees.
