I didn’t have any issue with this location until tonight. When I got there around 10:00, I didn’t see the attendance there. I waited a few minutes and called out for and finally he came out from the back. It was slow night, I guess. When I saw him then I asked for what I want to buy from him which is Lottery and he said “The Lottery Machine is off not.” I never had that problem before I even bought the lottery tickets as late as 11:30. If something like this ever happen to me again then I will stop buying items from this location and I hope everyone will do the same. You don’t want to sell the items I want to buy from you then why do I have to come to your store period.

Rude staff all around and do not provide great customer service. I get you might be miserable there but you should at lest be decent
