Terrible service. More interested in cell phones than customer service. Using profanity talking to each other while i had my 5 yr old granddaughter in my truck. Have used this place for years and recommended it to many but never again.

The service was definitely fast as advertised...but...to me..it was a little too fast. Not sure how they changed the oil and did what they did in 5 minutes and check all the fluids I asked them to. Fast service is nice, but i think i will get out of the vehicle next time and watch what they do. I have gone to them for years, and Im more concerned with it done right than haphazardly.

Its a little hard to get in and out of. Then transposed a digit in my VIN number, which cost me to have to go back to them to have it corrected, and then go back to the courthouse to pick up my vehicle registration. Other than that they provide a normal oil change and Ive never had a problem.

It was getting close to the end of the month and I needed to get the car safety inspected. It also needed an oil change. The only time I could fit it in was over my lunch break. Lube Rite fit the bill. I got it all done.The wait was shorter than expected. I was all done in less than 30 minutes and very pleased with the results.All techs there were professional and courteous. This is a business that I will return to and will recommend to others.

They do a great job here. fast service too. I usually bring my own oil and get the full service oil change where they check all the other fluids and tires too.

Went there for a simple inspection and they had me in and out in under 10mins (minus the waiting in line part).

They told me the last place to change my oil stripped my oil pan bolt which doesn’t make sense because they wouldn’t have been able to change the oil and be for they told me that I felt heavy pushing hard enough to make my 3,000 pound car shake

So Im very much a new driver I was a bit awkward but they were patient with me which Im incredibly grateful for. I needed an oil change and needed to be inspected and this place does both!! Nice employees definitely going back!

Oil change...they left the oil cap off and blew oil all over engine...they were too busy chatting with each other and not paying attention to the job

The owner needs to make the employees put their phones in their car and leave it there. The cost of a new engine they are taking chances being on the phone and not paying attention.
