After a small amount of liquid got on my keyboard, I took my computer to Computer Helpers to be repaired. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They contacted me several times during the process and made sure I was aware of what was going on. I had my computer back within a week and it works GREAT! The price was very affordable considering what I would’ve paid for a new computer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing technology repairs!

Their worked we from top notch to the worst, I am not sure what happened but they stop caring about their customers. They can fix the whole thing but wanna charge arms and legs. Also now days they are very very rude.

After replying yes to my email asking for warranty work on a laptop computer, I was told upon arrival that my email was misread and they dont, in fact, do repairs under warranty. Decide for yourself if this is the kind of shop you want to take your business. I know my decision.

I had a hard drive crash and took it to them for recovery. They charged (unbeknownst to me) a fee for attempting to recover the data, regardless of actually being able to recover the data. After leaving the drive with them for over a week, I received a bill for a very limited amount of data recovery and then had to have all of my data recovered by another specialist.While I (now) understand their policy, they were anything but helpful when I called to remedy the situation. Ive effectively paid them to hold onto my hard drive and need to pay another company to actually recover the data on the drive. Clearly my stop at Computer Helpers was a mistake.
