Thanks, Ill be back.Before trusting my phone to just anyone, I asked around for recommendations. Of the 7 individuals I asked, 6 mentioned this store first. The other person mentioned this repair shop second. Id never heard or seen the store before asking for recommendations. It pays to ask around.

I have did a lot of Google reviews, I think I am in top 10 percent. Very seldom do I do a completely negative review. But I cant think of a positive thing to say here. I had a decent phone, Galaxy s10 which got broke. I called, told them what phone and what was wrong.They said they could fix it right now. I drove over a half hour to Brenham, tx. Got there and they couldnt fix immediately. So them telling me they could was just to get me in the store. I needed phone imnediately. I clearly explained that I did not want to downgrade, I wanted some thing just as good as my S10. The phone they suggested was a Redmi, which I had never heard of so I was very hesitant to purchasethis phone.They were like, dont worry its a very good phone, blah, blah. So int they convinced me. Turns out the phone is not a good phone at all. Had so many problems I googled the phone. The phone is nowhere near the league of a Galaxy S10. In fact, the is a 2g phone and sells for $150. -$200. Their price to me for the phone plus taxes $517.00! My opinion of this place is they are worse than a shady car salesman.i would suggest you avoid this place

I was surprised at how quickly and competently they were able to repair the cracked screen and LCD on my iPhone. The total price was less than The Apple store would have charged for just repairing the screen, not including the LCD. I was also able to purchase a new HP laptop for less than the major retailers offered. The guys were friendly, personable and explained everything that needed to be done. I hope I don’t need their services anymore. But if I do, I will definitely return to this store.

Excellent job repairing my note eight in about a half an hour while I waited. They were able to get my replacement screen in the next working day as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Having called around they were by far the best priced anywhere in the Houston area. They also repair other electronics like computers and televisions from what I can tell. I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you need electronics fixed in the Brenham area.

The owner is so kind and so personable, my husband and I enjoyed conversing with him while we had a phone repaired. He has a very positive outlook on life and I think that carries over to his business, because his customer service is incredible. He not only fixed our phone but also gave my husband and I a free glass screen protector just for stopping by. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but I can assure you that you will find that with him! I highly recommend you take any device to him!

Reliable, quick service. Customer service was top, they open on time, went across the street at mobile sounds and didn’t know about this place and mobile sounds suppose to open at 10 but was closed when I went at 11:30. They have accessories for all phones and have many phones for sell too.

This place is lower then dirt they sell devices that will mess up on you in a day or two then if you try to take theyll tell you that you cant reeturn it. Knowing it had a probelm when they sold it. I wouldnt advice no one to buy any device from this place ever.

I picked up an ipad today, water damage, broken screen. Chino explained that he had to replace quite a few other parts and do much more work than I paid for the day I dropped it off. He didn’t charge me a single dime more than I had paid him. On top of that, I thought the screen had a crack with a super faint line, but he told me it was glue, and was so faint that on different screens it’s completely unnoticeable. Simply because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work, he GAVE me a $40 screen protector for it. I offered to pay full price since I was going to get one in the future. He refused and said it was a gift.I’ll be bringing my cell phone in next week. Finally, a business and a family worth going to again!
