They were busy but everyone seemed to keep it moving. They got me in quick and fixed the nail I picked up. You would expect younger employees to be less motivated, but they were all polite and busy. No one standing around or playing. Very professional.

They honored their warranty with no questions. They put on a $114.00 tire for $18.00 because they could not repair the leak in the old tire.

My family and I have been going to this location and all Tire Racks in general for years. The service is always fantastic and I never leave happy. Even if I decide to purchase my tires elsewhere, Ill have them installed here. Recently I had tires installed that I ended up not being happy with (wrong tire size choice on my part) and they allowed me to return them and choose an entirely different tire and size free of charge. They didnt even charge me a second time to install them, which I would have expected.

Making an appointment is the way to go! Minimal wait time even the middle of a busy day.

I’ve been going here since they opened years ago. Really happy with their work. I called them to beat a price on a wheel and tire package from another store and not only did they beat the price, they found a better wheel than the one I was looking at. These guys CONSTANTLY lie and act like they know what theyre doing. If you need a quick tire on your Honda, they are okay. If you need new wheels and tires mounted, prepare for broken tpms valves and numerous trips back to the store for them to blame someone else.

This place is awesome! These guys are doing a great job of keeping everyone safe and making sure they still give excellent service!! I’m getting 2 new tires on my van. They have the doors propped open to make sure no one is touching them, the chairs are spaced out for social distancing, and they had me pull my van into the bay so they didn’t touch the inside of it. Wanted new tires for my truck and asked the advice of the service attendant. He listened to my questions and concerns and offered several suggestions with what I felt was truthful recommendations. I went with the Nitto brand tire because the Cooper tires that were on my truck were extremely loud and the front tires rubbed with sharp turns. Unfortunately these new tires rub as well but I dont think as bad as the Cooper tires did. There is a huge difference in the noise level with these Nitto tires. They are so much more quiet. I hope it stays that way.I am very pleased with the level of service that I received here. I have used Discount Tire several times for my tire purchases over the years, at this location (Brenham, TX) and the Bastrop, TX location.

N my way to Houston for a important meeting, unexpectedly hit road hazard blowing out two tires and damaging two wheels beyond repair. In less than 50 minutes I was back on my way with a new set of 4 wheels and two new matching tires! Dallas the salesperson gave good advice, but the team in the warehouse worked in unison like a NASCAR pit crew. I watched in awe at the teamwork! Bravo gentleman! BRAVO!

Drove in, stopped at check in, no one bothered to come over and help me. Noticed the free air station, but didnt know how to work it so I pulled up and waited over there. Several employees looked over at me and turned away an ignored me... once the five minute mark hit I wasnt going to wait any longer. Very poor customer service. Used to love the one in Colorado, this one, not so much. Brenham Tire is forever getting my business. Thank you for making the decision about where to go for my car needs simpler! Brenham Tire got me in super quick and didnt even charge me for my flat repair!!! I was also able to get my state inspection done at the same time!

They fixed my tire, but as I was sitting and watching other cars being worked on, I watched them damage someone else’s car and not mention anything to the customer. It was obviously and the guy even stood there for a second and stared and then shrugged it off. I feel horrible for the lady.

I had a wheel off the vehicle already and brought it in for a fresh new tire in the bed of my truck and even though the wait for service was at 1.5 hours, they still swapped out my tire and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Above and beyond, as far as I am concerned, excellent customer service, excellent work. Also very happy with my new tire.

Made the appointment online and found the tire I wanted as well in stock with a promo deal. Came to appoint 15 minutes early, it was crowded, but all the customers were being served in a efficient and professional manner. Didnt wait in line. Key Curl ( manager) was prompt in checking me and even told me I had a warranty on he tire that was still good. Got my car in the bay, right on time. The follow up person was Peter, he went over all the details for a very smooth and productive transaction. Peter was very informed about what tire I was receiving and the new warranty details for that tire. He was super nice and very personable. Over all great experience, told wait time was 18 minutes on a Friday.

Excellent service! It was pouring outside and one of the employees met me in the rain without an umbrella to cover himself just to take my name so he could sign me up inside to get my tire fixed quickly. it saved me the hassle of having to take my children out of the car and go inside to do it myself. Such a huge help as any mom would know!! There are about eight employees here and out of the five I have interacted with so far, they have all been very professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. By far the best discount tire I have been to.

I was having a really bad week. I went to go get in my car and it had a flat tire. Called AAA they got my spare on for me. I went to the Brenham Discount Tires. Branden was the gentleman who waited on me.While waiting he came and got me to show me that AAA had cross threaded my lug nut. Which he would have to break to get tire off. Adding more to my bad week. I would have to go to auto shop to get it replaced. Which Notwas not cheap. Just what I wanted to do. But awhile later Branden came out to let me know he had managed to get the lug nut off without breaking it. I was so relieved. Branden went above and beyond to help a customer. He made my day just a bit brighter. Thank you Branden!!!

I had 2 new tires put on my vehicle and had them rotated. Left for Dallas the next day and when we got on the highway the vehicle was swaying all over the road. Very noticeable. Stopped and checked the tires and in the front my tire pressure was over 50. So maybe just double check that the tires arent getting overly increased with air. Other than that the customer service is pretty good.

One dude was super pushy about the kind of tire I should get. It would have cost be double compared to the tire I wanted. Recommendations are fine, but this dude would not let me buy the tires I wanted. Think I’ll stick with the college station discount tire.

A bunch of young people goofing off. I took my car to have the tires balanced and they broke the wheel stud. I had to drive it like that for the whole week until I could get to their shop to have it replaced.

I recently stopped by with a leaky tire. they said they patched the leak but they didnt do a great job because it was still leaking by the time I got home. pretty disappointed in their service and if it wasnt convenient I wouldnt come here again.

It was super quick and super easy I just pulled right up said my tires are looking a little bit low and they aired me right up

All I can say is WOW!!! I was driving from Houston to Austin with a car full of puppies and I noticed the pressure in the tires was low. I stopped outside of Houston to put air before continuing my drive, 50 miles later I got another low pressure message on the dashboard. Luckily GPS Discount Tire was 10 mins away. They found 2 screws and 1 nail and they fixed for FREE. Yes, FREE... and excellent Customer Service, FREE as well. THANK YOU

The discount tire here in Brenham has given me the worst experience from any discount tire I have ever been too. First they sold me tires that were too small for my rims and didn’t say anything. Then I wanted to purchase new rims so I bought the ones I had my eyes on for a while. After making the purchase they tell me the tire is too small for the rim even though it’s the same size rim I already had on the truck. I told them that they need to change things because it’s unacceptable to do business that way. The worker responded with “accidents happen.” Then after putting my tires on they snapped a stud. I have never had a stud issue but this place snaps studs like nobodies business. I have already replaced 6 studs from doing business with them since this past year. I do not recommend going to this location. I will be driving to Bryan or college station from now on.

Had a vibration in our yukon and went to buy new tires. They didnt want to sell me tires and re-balanced my tires for free even though the tires didnt come from them (came on vehicle). I have bought many sets of tires there and the price and service has always been great.

This place cant mount tires right. When your wheel comes in with stick on weights you expect stick on weights. My stuff may be old but I expect it to be done right.

Brenham Texas Discount tire... Very rude, very unprofessional and LAZY!!! I was in an emergency situation two blown tires, (one on the way there) and they knew I was coming, the guy said we close at 7:00, but he could maybe wait a few minutes...reluctantly... Finally pulled in at 6:53, mind you I had someone take one of the tires ahead of me(beat me by about 10 minutes) so they could at least get started on that one... They wouldnt touch it.... they said come back at 8:00 in the morning they were closed!!!! I limped over to WalMart who were also closed but they put two brand new tires on with out batting an eye... They were pleasantly friendly and very helpful! Very understanding!!! So I for one will NEVER go back to discount tire no matter how desperate! Chivalry is dead! Those were young disrespectful guys working at discount tire and I hope they NEVER have an emergency! Im raising three boys and I pray they have more respect concern for people than those jerks!!!
