The reason for -ve 3 stars is due to tight loading dock for semi trucks. If you are by yourself and picking up, save yourself some time and reject it. But if you are team driver and you have a shorter than you are good. The loaded was nice and they know what they are doing. Best way to enter is through North end

I really enjoyed the storage building. It is modern and up to date. It is climate controlled with easy access to the main entrance.However, the entrance is off an off ramp and is easy to miss forcing you to go around d the building.Also, you must go to the U-Haul off of 6th Street in order to get your access card to enter this building. If you do this it can take up to an hour before you can enter your storage locker. It takes the computer this lo g to log you into this facility.So go to 6th street U-Haul first!!!

Not one single part of my experience with this company was easy or pleasant.

First off the 2 star rating is very generous and Im really pushing the limit with it. The move in process was great, reserved online and went to the facility office some 10 miles away and then returned to the unit, padlock included and unit as well as the entire facility was clean and very attractive as far as storage facilities go. They have carts to use for moving your belongings, very secure Entry, to the point of annoying. Swipe in Swipe out Swipe in Swipe out. Difficult with your hands full of items to go to your unit.Now, if you want to have access to your unit ever, you better not have a job or anything that would prevent you from getting there between 7 and 7 I believe. I was under the impression that when it said 24 hour access it meant I could access my items at any time during the day or night. Honestly it is the only reason I choose to store my items there. Then if you are late, which I have been due to circumstances beyond my control your card apparent needs reprogrammed which no one tells you. So now you cant access your things unless you can get to the office 10 miles away by 4pm. I found this out after 3 separate trips to the facility and having my access denied then finally getting ahold of someone who said yeah, no problem. You are good to go. Shouldnt be any issues getting in your unit, only to get there at 405 and having my access denied. Finally someone told me how to gain access to my unit, however the option given is not feasible at all. So now I have a 110 storage unit I cant access and Im stuck paying it or they will auction my belongings!! It is absurd. I just want to get my stuff and move it out. So frustrating!!

This is still somewhat of a brand new facility. The paint is still wet. Pretty much fully automated. You can reserve and pay online or on the telephone. You get your pass ards but you need to get them in person. Just over in Bremerton City. Ample carts for hauling your treasure up to the 2nd or 3rd floors. Apparently there is access 25 hours a day. Only been here for five days so far so I have yet to test the 24 hours theory. Well see how easy it is to pay for the monthly rent in a few weeks. Thanks.

Great place open 24hrs and also a very clean and sanitary

We were headed to Oregon on an 8 hour drive and were scheduled to pick up a u-box at 3pm. When we got there, the main office was closed during business hours, the attendant had gone to another location for NO REASON. Customer service was able to track her down after 30 minutes and gave us $50 for our time, but we still had to wait for over an hour for the staff. The pictures attached are of the hard to find main office, which is facing the large self-serve warehouse.

There is no office on-site, no staff that roam, nobody to help if, like me, your access code stops working for no reason. The only information given is contact site manager, and no phone number or anything is given.Every time I come to my storage unit its something new. The elevator was broken, I was told the stairs are unusable, and nobody would be out for days to fix the elevator but I would be given a call when it was accessable. Obviously I was never given a call.My access code to enter the building stopped working, sat on hold for customer service for a half hour only for nobody to pick up the phone. I had to find out later they shifted to access cards and I would not be given access until I drive to the office - 20 minutes away to north Bremerton. I was told I would be called by the site manager the next day. Again, no call.Do yourself a favor and find some storage with an office on-site. I understand this saves the company money but this is ridiculous. I dont give many one-stars but this is a pathetic excuse for a u-haul location. I cant think of one time Ive had a fluid or even remotely positive experience here. Every time I try to access my unit I have to sit on hold for one reason or another. I genuinely do not feel valued as a customer or even a human being with time constraints.

Beware. We had confirmed, online reservations for an outdoor 10-foot by 10-foot storage unit for more than a month at U-Haul Storage of Bremerton and Gorst. Since we need it in less than a week, we tried to pay for it over the phone and to get the codes we needed. We were told one of us needs to go to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Bremerton on Kitsap Way to do the paperwork and pay in person. After I arrived, confirmed the reservation, confirmed the reservation number and filled out the paperwork, I was told they overbooked our storage unit, and we were given the option of two, inside storage units of the same size, but for almost $30 more a month. When I questioned it, I was told three other people had reservations on the same storage unit -- one of them came in before us.I pointed out that it wasnt right. We had no idea. I asked if we could get the indoor unit at the same price as the one we reserved, and I was told no, We cant do that. I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told, Ill get him, but hell tell you the same thing.And he did. The manager, on duty at the time, did say the same thing. I said it wasnt right, and he said We have two inside storage units -- do you want one or not? I said, I dont really have a choice as were screwed if we dont have one. I pulled out my credit card to pay and said, Thats quite the scam you guys have. I was agitated, but didnt even raise my voice. And again, I was willing to pay. The manager, named Anthony, kicked me out of the store, said nothing further and left the office.I asked the remaining desk staff for business cards of him and his manager, and he didnt have any. I went outside and saw Anthony and I asked him for business cards, and he said We dont have any. I asked for his name in writing, he just said, If you dont leave this property Ill call the cops.I filed formal complaints with the BBB NW office and the state attorney generals office. My girlfriend, who was on the phone with me when they kicked me out also filed a formal complaint with U-Haul. This is a scam ... and pathetic customer service.

I like this storage place because you have the option of keeping everything locked up inside the big building or you have the choice to keep everything in the little extra side buildings where you have 24/7 access too..

This is the worst U-haul location Ive ever had the displeasure of storing with. I am paid up and current and never been late. It says 24 hr access but they dont disclose to you when you sign the contract that that thats only for merchants. On top of that my access cards never work. I cant even access my storage unit ever. I live an hour away, and I have called the customer service and they told me that only the general manager at this particular location has the access to fix my cards and so Ive called this location numerous times and never can get ahold of anyone. And Ive had other locations as well as the customer service line also leave them emails to assist me whlith me issue to accessing my unit to no avail. I never get any contact back. And I am not the only one with this issue every time I am at my storage locked outside of it, there are other customers also stuck outside with access denied .

Rented moving boxes from them, and got charged automatically for months rent even after returning them. Trying to get a hold of someone to help clear this up is virtually impossible. I was on the phone for just over an hour, and the fifth time they were redirecting my call to someone else - they just hung up on me.Were all human and screw up sometimes, but its how you react and correct the mistakes that happen that tells me how you are as a company / person. This tells me that U-Haul is terrible as a company as little to no effort has been done on their part to try to resolve this. Theyre currently still charging me for a service I am NOT receiving and I cant opt out even. Ive filed a contention via my credit card company to try to stop them, even.I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else.

Usually it isnt very busy when I stop here, however, today it was super busy and there werent any carts. My mother was with me and had to use the restroom. She first went to the first floor outside access one and it was trashed and without toilet paper, so we went to the second floor restroom and it was much better.Id also like to note that there was what appeared to be a vagrant relieving himself behind one of the large U-HAUL containers parked over of to the side of the building as we pulled in. Needless to say, this was NOT the best visit Ive had over the months.

Total lack of communication!!! The on-site uhaul employee never even answered the door bell. Total waste of time and space!

Brand new facility with up to date technology to boot. They dont allow you the use of the sliding big door after a certain time of night but the small door is open for use with your key card. Theres double checks to enter the first time and you have to sign out but its extra security.

They are very secure. Although every time I go there the key card doesnt work and I need to go downtown to get a new one. The Uhaul workers at location wont let you in

Customer service lady that works there was not helpful because she said she was about to be off work!!! Wouldnt help with contacting another uhaul in Bremerton. Didnt tell us we needed to code with our card.

The indoor storing facility is extremely clean and shiny. Its a bit of a hassle with using your card to go in and out of this facility. But the security makes up for it. I know I have nothing to worry storing my belongings there. Would suggest lights in each unit, within reason of course. There is a bathroom there, bonus!

No drop box for truck keys after rental, no 24 hr drop off of vehicles like our reservation said it would be at this specific location, and at 945 this morning no one was answering the call box this morning outside the customer entrance area and it said it was open at 9am. U haul customer service was semi-helpful but next time will be going with another moving company

While I pulled in the parking lot my car scraped the bottom of my car and ruined the bottom of the car and my oil pan was destroyed. I did it during business hours but they were closed. I made numerous calls to numerous uhaul phones numbers I consistently get hung up without taking to anyone. Im trying to report this to their manager and get compensation since the entrance was built hazardly.

No personnel at the location at the designated pick-up time. Definitely need a company process change. Called national telephone number to get a assistance. Did get the U-box after several calls and waiting.

Office is off site. It would have been nice to be informed of that when we made our reservation. Its not the most convenient to pull in with a moving truck caravan and then find out we had to go to a different location to check in and get the keys. Also not the best access from the main road as you have to pull in and pull out on the corner of a very busy highway.

I ordered a 15 online and used ride share... after an hour of talking on the phone, getting verified, they gave me the wrong combination # and said they couldnt access the correct combination, so they cancelled my order and sent me to kitsap way... very frustrating way to start the day!

Terrible, they charged me extra $20 a month and sent me this long letter of how they maintain theyre units and that is why the price is going up, I come home after a 7month deployment and find dozens of dead spiders in all of my belongings overall very unpleasant moving my things with spiders falling all over the place
