I was in over a week ago looking at Heavy Duty trucks and have my trade appraised. Dave helped me out and was very knowledgeable on their trucks. However when I had to suddenly leave to tend to a family emergency, it took over 15 minutes to get me my keys back so I could leave. They didnt seem to value my time. Since then I have received a few emails from him and the general manager (GM). I replied to the GM, but have yet to receive a reply back. Today I was in to check out the new in stock trucks. I mentioned the lack of communication via emails to the guys behind the “Big Desk”. They said their email system will send out automatic emails and isn’t good for communications. Which if they know this, why would the continue to use it or replace it? Maybe even start all emails I big bold letters, “This is a useless means of communication, we just like to waste your time and give the appearance that we like communicating with you.” If your looking for a place with good customer service but doesn’t respect your time and lacks in the communications department, then Westhills Jeep Dodge Ram is for you.Side note, today I saw an elderly lady run over a cement car stop with her car while I was there. With the help of a young salesman, we freed the lady’s car. In talking with her, we found out she was looking for a nearby auto repair shop but ended up in the wrong place. The salesman offered to drive her there and the lady accepted. Great helpful customer service even when you’re not buying a car.

We bought a new truck with West Hills Dodge. Our Salesman was Dallas Howell. Great customer service, great pricing compared to other dealerships, great deal on our trade-in, average time to finish all the paperwork. The truck was spotless clean & polished. Will be back for my next new vehicle and also will recommend.

This is just for my review on the service department. Today I went to my appointment at 9am to have 2 key fobs programmed I was quoted 195 for both key fob if they could be programmed by Bryan I agreed. After my wait my keys where done and Bryan had step out I went to pay and only one key could be programmed and mike said I had to pay for both even if one didnt work because of the time on the computer. Ok I can see that but that what I was told. Then I pay and leave starting down the hill at west hills dodge and noticed my hood wasnt even closed. Thanks for looking out for my safety.

I got a true car price and went to West Hills which is the True Car dealership for the area. They went over the car and gave me a price within $1000 of the True Car online price. They are a dealership so I expected they wouldn’t offer the full price. The big problem came when the said it would be 6 or maybe 8 weeks before they sent me the check for the car. I said this was crazy and asked the salesman to verify that. He came back and said it was company policy. I took my car and left and went to Carmax in Puyallup, they gave me $1500 more than West Hills offered and I walked out with a check in about 30 minutes.I don’t feel like anyone should do business with West Hills dealerships. They are not honest or reliable.

Took my Jeep in for a steering gear box TSB. Sat outside the dealership for 6 hours just for them to spend about 15 minutes checking it out. They agreed/confirmed my issues in compliance with the TSB. Still did not agree to replace it.I tried contacting them multiple times privately and responded to their emailed request for comment “leave a review”, but still no reply to my concerns. I’ve opened a case with Jeep Cares, and will also be calling around to other dealerships who want business.Apparently companies today only respond to public reviews, which is shady. There’s many people who won’t bother to leave a review. I’ve had other issues with them but would rather keep this review short and to the point. I’d advise to stay away and take a trip to a different stealership.Tacoma would be a better place to buy a car or get your services done, and that says a lot.

My wife took her Jeep in for an oil change and get her passenger door lock fixed. After waiting two days, was told to pick her Jeep up and return it another time for the door lock to get fixed. There was an offer to give us a rental car while the repair was being made, but taken back at the last minute. She spoke to the service manager about it and he said, “we are busy. We are understaffed. There are a lot of people in front of you and we will be taking care of them first”. No offer to make anything better or more convenient. Not even an attempt to make her feel like a valued customer or secure her faith they would give care to her vehicle in going forward. She is going to take her Jeep to Port Angeles for service 56 miles away instead of the way more convenient West Hills which is 20 miles away. We have had excellent customer service at West Hills Volkswagen, Toyota and Honda. This dismissive customer care is shocking.

Purchased a used Chrysler van from west hills, and by far worst mistake I made. After having an issue with Chevy in the same autoplex a few yrs ago, I avoided going back to west hills for awhile. Now in april 2021 I gave going back to west hills a try. I found a used 2012 Chyrsler van that worked well for my family and I. Test drive was great, more than once and car seemed to be great. I made the decision to purchase it. Not even 2weeks of having the van, it shut off completely while I was driving, almost completely locked up and my children were with me. Thankfully I was able to pull over safely after that incident. I took it in and told them what happened, it was covered under warranty and that 1 issue was resolved. Fast forward to almost 3 month mark of having the van and now plagued with random non stop issues with touchscreen dash/cd player, non stop tpms issues, non stop a/c issues with a/c constantly shutting off and on on its own, fluctuating the temp in rear and front on its own and smell of oil burning in engine area but apprently no leaks ever noted. By far the worst and most disappointing used car I ever purchased and I wish I took my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Jeep at West Hills, and had a really positive experience. I got really lucky with Will, the salesperson who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and informative, I didn’t feel pressured or judged (like I experienced at other dealerships) and he had a quietly confident demeanor that really put me at ease. Very appreciated! I worked with Mackenzie in financing to handle all the paperwork, and she was extremely personable and competent, and patient as I worked through a clerical error on my part.Thank you!

I have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership. From rude people when I sent my son to get an oil change for my jeep (as I am a teacher in the time of Covid and trying to stay away from others till I am vaccinated), to just simply trying to make a maintenance appointment. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. I then sent a chat a few days later from their online site and waited and waited and then they left the chat without giving me any information. The last visit they started maintenance on my jeep that I did not approve. In the manual, it states that the first suggested maintenance is at 20k and at 15k they were trying to charge me $330. When I spoke to the person in charge on the phone he was rude and short with me. I am 100% sure he would not have spoke to me like this if I was a man. He was very passive aggressive and argumentative. When I asked to speak to his manager, he said he was the manager. When I pointed out that he was in sales and should be kinder, he said he was not in sales. I think we can all agree that if you work at a car dealership, you are in sales. I received so much better care and kindness at Roy Robinson where my son bought his first car (10 years old and much less money than my jeep). I will not be getting another car from here and it makes me sad, as I was thinking I would buy my jeep at the end of the lease.

When we researched a new truck to tow a 5th wheel trailer, we looked at several different dealerships and several different makes of trucks. When arriving at West Hills CJDR, Tyler Hundson greeted us and was wondering what we were in the market for. We told him that we were not yet in the market for the truck but just doing some research. He was glad to help and we even took one out on a test drive. We had lots of questions for him and he had lots of answers, when unsure, he would ask other associates, and he would look up answers on the Ram website for the towing specs. and capabilities that we needed. We ended up with the new Ram 3500 diesel turbo HD that we ordered with Tylers help months later. Not only did he go the extra mile on the first day that we were there, but every time we went in to talk or ask questions. He would periodically text us and let us know on the status of our order, and would even do research about it at home. When it was time for us to complete the purchasing process Tyler looked into some extra incentives that would save us thousands of dollars. He was smart, courteous, patient and funny! We would highly recommend him to anyone and we will be back to do business again!!

I gave him the price I was quoted and he let me wait in the waiting room for approximately 25 minutes. He said they agreed on the price and; did the paperwork, had the finance people talk to me and I was done. I went to the dealership today to look at and potentially purchase a jeep that I had been looking at online. When I arrived, there were sales people out in the field, but nobody had approached and instead opted to help people that had just pulled up. I walked around for about 30 minutes without anybody coming over to me, even when I made direct eye contact and approached the sales people. I remembered going with my parents and getting 5* service from the moment we pulled up, so I’m genuinely disappointed.**Update, manager called in an attempt to remedy a solution to the issue I had.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. Selected to have full synthetic oil. Easy enough. I get to my appointment 2 weeks later and as I am checking in I’m told about their oil change deal. It was 3 oil changes for $75. I was told by the guy checking me in that it was a “no brainer” to get it since I’m doing synthetic. I, therefore, purchased the promotion. I drop my wrangler off while they change it. Once completed, I take the wrangler home and review the product list they used. Turns out regular conventional oil was used. MULTIPLE attempts were made to the service department through internet contact, phone calls and voice mail. Silence. I have yet to hear anything from them. It’s definitely not a good way to run a business but obviously it isn’t a concern to them. I won’t be returning so I have 2 “free” oil coupons to give away. Redeem at your own risk.

Update from picking up my 2013 Jeep wrangler that was having internal oil consumption. Within 30 minutes of driving my vehicle back home I started to smell a heavy oil burning smell external to the engine bay. I am now losing oil externally from the valve cover on my passengers side. The technician only removed the head valve cover from my passengers side and prior to bringing the jeep in I had no external oil loss. It was a malicious intent because I had the dealership stop diagnosis of the jeep wrangler and put everything back together. I cleaned the engine bay for ease to the technicians through the process as well. Update: Service representative was clear and apologetic on the issue at hand. They will be installing a new valve cover gasket, which was not addressed on the initial repair. UPDATE; Later the following day the service manager gave me a call and just wanted to verify everything was well and wanted to see if there was anything he could do to help ease the situation. Pretty awesome of them to not only resolve an issue but to follow up with it as well. Overall the end outcome was a good experience and I have a bit more at ease moving forward with getting major repairs completed at this dealership.

BAIT and SWITCH for service. Do not schedule service unless you actually talk to someone in the service department of the dealer you are working with. I WOULD NOT recommend the service center (please read full review below).Previously, Ive taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to a dealer for service in the Seattle area. However, after getting a quote for a ~64K service (per the manual)I decided to look around. West Hills provided a lower quote when I talked to the service schedule team INCLUDING spark plugs. I confirmed with the person I spoke to 3 times that the spark plug cost was included. When I dropped my car off, I was surprised when the asst. service manage said the spark plugs werent included. Apparently, for this group of dealers, they have a common call center for all makes and models. The reps are the same from Chevrolet, Kia, etc. and dont know much about the services. And it appears they have very poor processes in place to try and get you into the service department. So I drove all the way out here for the same service I could have done at my regular dealer. And they did not have an included rental car available. They did offer a discount to change the spark plugs but that doesnt make up for my time and frustration.

I have A 2003 ram 2500 which required air bag replacement. The plastic upper dash plastic was of poor quality from the factory according to ram websites so I bought a soft dash cover to keep Uv off and reduce glare. A few months after the bag replacement I performed my annual detailing removed the soft cover and found to my dismay that my dash was cracked in 6 places. I contacted the service manager who told me because of the length of time that he would not help me out and nobody on his staff would replace the cover without informing him. So he called me a liar to boot. I do not understand why West hills gets such a high rating as I go to them only when absolutely necessary and find that half the time there are problems. I also have a honda bought new from them which I also refuse to bring to them for a multitude of past problems. I used to work at a dealership so I understand when things are not right. The biggest problem is Westhills has a auto monoply under multiple brands.

Every time I’ve been in the service department has been courteous and good on getting my vehicle tended to. However, twice now I’ve asked for parts to be ordered, one warranty default and a recall, and neither time have they come through. Recently I had my vehicle in twice related to the recall issue but that didn’t get me bumped up for priority for parts, but even worse they didn’t even mention the recall being the root of the problem, but blamed the problems on “glitches”. I waited for over three months for the recall parts from West Hills. Then after the second time to West Hills the recall parts completely broke while in Sequim. At Wilder in Port Angeles within 30 seconds of explaining the problems I had they knew exactly what it was and said it would be a couple of weeks due to waiting on parts. Two days later they had it fixed and provided me with a loaner. I still have yet to get a response from Mark the service manager regarding my rental vehicle. At this point I would rather drive to PA for service than deal with West Hills any more.

Since West Hills is long drive for me, I called my local dealer to see if they would do a dealer Trade and get the truck for me, but they were nowhere near what I wanted on my trade in. I called the dealership and somehow got Brett the GM on the phone. We chatted for a few minutes and I was given a price where you just shut up, get in your car ,and hope they are still open when you get there! With a deal over the phone that beats anything from Idaho, I was a bit nervous that I was going to run into a bunch of BS after driving 2 hours to get to their store. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! When I pulled in I was greeted by Moshi who I have never met, He was expecting me and standing right next to my new truck that he already had pulled out. I took my truck for a quick test drive, and yep, it’s what I wanted so let’s just sew this up. We went and grabbed some BBQ across the street while they were finalizing the DOCs and finance, and the whole time I was wondering when the Gimmicks and Glitches would arise. NOPE!! NO BS! Horrible. I took my truck in for a taillight problem. Every time I step on the brakes, I get a ding, and lamp out on the dash. They said I had a short. They fixed the short and my truck was the same. Bottom line is I paid $700 and got my truck back the exact same way I brought it in. They said they didnt know what was causing it and it would take a lot of labor to find it if I wanted. They said my taillights were working. When I got it home I started testing the pins in the taillight assembly. The right taillight had a dead pin. The bulb has 2 elements, only 1 is working. This was easy to find, why didnt they? Dont go near this service department. They wont take responsibility if they screw up.

I like the vehicle I purchased, the staff was friendly and professional. I give 2 stars because of their attention to detail. They washed the vehicle on the outside, however the interior was not clean and specifically the center console was full of trash. Immediately after submitting a 2 star review I received a call from the General Manager apologizing for and offering to correct the cleanliness issues. Because of this prompt response I have updated my review to 5 stars. Revised to 1 star. The GM offered me a free detail and and to top off my gas tank. They did top off my gas tank, however it does not look like my vehicle has been touched in regards to cleanliness there were multiple bug splatters still on the windshield and grill, my hand turned black just running it along random vertical surfaces, dirt all around the center console, does not appear to even be vacuumed, and there is some sticky substance on the side window. They did however manage to find time to swap out there advertisement where my license plate goes. I will never do business with them again.

Tyler Hundson was an awesome salesman! I 100% recommend going to him to buy a car. He wasnt really pushy and we didnt feel super pressured to buy. He was very straightforward with everything and told us stuff upfront and helped us find the best deal and best car for us. Blake Vancura was also an amazing finance manager. He set us up with everything we needed and helped us figure out the best things to make the most of our new car. If you are in the market to buy a new car or a used car I would definitely make this your first stop.

The quoted text was my review AFTER West Hills had agreed to resolve my issue. They are not that prompt but they do try to stand behind their work.UPDATE:It has been almost 2 months since I CHANGED my review to a 3 star from a 1 star with the above statement. The reason I increased my review to a 3 star was because the service manager indicated they would cover my original issue. I have been waiting for a check ever since. I have contacted the service manager several times. He continued to tell me that a check would be forthcoming. We have not received one.I am done waiting. My original issue was my Jeep had a check engine light. The problem was caused by a cracked spark plug. That spark plug had been changed ~6000 miles prior at West Hills. The spark plug was fixed at another dealership because it was a 20 day wait to get an appointment at West Hills. The only thing the service manager said at the time to the other dealership was that it had been a long time. I dont drive much, it had been 6000 miles and we all know how long tuneups last on these modern cars.I only have work performed at Dealerships. I have the lifetime drivetrain warranty and I do not want to do anything to jeopardize that. The other dealership called West Hills to inform them of the issue. West Hills had ample opportunity to resolve that issue while my Jeep was in the shop.It was only after I stood up a 1 star review that West Hills contacted me and indicated they would make good on the broken spark plug. I gave them the benefit of doubt and assumed they would send a check as they had promised. It is two months later. No check. Multiple communications saying there would be one.I have owned 3 Chrysler/Jeep products and driven almost a half million miles on them (77k/243k/160k). You do that by taking care of them.West Hills has lost my trust.

The worst customer service. They also prioritize very wrong. This is one of the most shady dealerships I’ve ever worked with, they have overcharged me multiple times and pretty much said there was nothing they could do about it after we had already talked about a price. They also broke something on my car and had the part sitting on my front seat without even telling me, when I was getting in my car I noticed it and asked about what this was the guy said he had no idea and that I would have to call later to talk to a mechanic because There was nothing in the report and that they were busy with other Customers, Unless I wanted to wait a half an hour... Overall I’ve had plenty of terrible experiences with West Hills! I do not recommend.

My 2019 Ram Truck has been in their service department for 58 days as of this review. Chrysler nor this dealership has been able to diagnose and repair my new truck. It has 1,800 miles on it and it completely lost power when I was driving on the highway at 60 mph. Their service department has been nice but completely ineffective. They have my truck but there is no end in sight. I contacted Chrysler Care as well and they have not assisted in any way. I wish I would have known the level of customer service I would have received before I ever purchased a new Ram truck. I’ve learned the hard way that Chrysler doesn’t stand behind their products. Think twice before you buy a Ram truck.

Less than impressed and bring your wallet. Looking for a used Grand Cherokee came across a dealer that said they might be able to get me in a new one. Dealer wasnt West Hills. Went to West Hills because preferred to buy local. No chance, they couldnt get closer than $2700 to my other deal. First deal presented me by West Hills was about $65K. No documentation of rebates which I knew existed or any dealer discount. After an hour or so final deal was $2700 more than the deal I had after showing them the other Vin on the exact same car they had in stock(Gray vs Red and $200 better speakers). So I went with first deal. 2018 Grand Cherokee Diesel Limited $45,333 out the door with taxes license etc. Try that on them. Bottom line is I recommend you shop price on them... Pretty sure you can find a better deal.

I had a good experience buying here, from the Internet Sales dpt to the finance desk. I dont like to spend time in dealerships as it can be a bit of time sink...I prefer to have negotiation done before hand and just come in and sign the paperwork then drive away. I realize that can be awkward on dealers as they think youre not serious, but it saves us both time. They worked with me to get to where I wanted to be on price, which was important to me as I wanted to stay local. There was ZERO pressure to buy from them which was greatly appreciated...in fact when numbers were done, I was having some second thoughts on a new vehicle purchase at all, and they had no issues with it. After another days reflection with no questions asked by them, I came to the decision to proceed. So a big thanks to the team for putting up with me. Love the truck, feel I got a good deal, and happy to have a local dealer for service and support which is important to me as well.

So far I like this place. They have great service, they really worked with me and some trouble I was going though with a trade in. They were able to out me in exactly what I wanted. I feel they really took the time to help me. Ill update this in a couple months to see if I feel the same.A month later: Im having issues with getting a problem fixed. The car has an issue, it was like that when sold to me, its a well known problem for that year/make/model. I was told they could not duplicate the problem, so I guess that means they cant fix it, even though its a well-known issue. I was told that it would be fixed free of charge (which is probably why they cant find it) I feel at this point if I were to pay for it then suddenly they be able to find it. Hopefully it doesnt cause a crash because its definitely a hazard. I had my personal mechanic print me out the cause and solution from a service bulletin, but I dont see how that would help, they should have access to the same information.

Update: I got a call from Cody the GM of west hills and he took care of me very nice guy and cares about his customers so I am changing my review to a 5 stars I will keep this post updated based off my new experience this time around.....I took my 2012 Durango here to have some maintenance and a recall done along with some issues I had noticed checked out. When I got there I was sold a maintenance package that included alignment tire rotation all fluids changed and all filters $500 plus tax, not bad I thought. So I left my car for the day and went home I got a call the next day and was told the issues it had and that my warranty wouldnt cover it ,so i told them just do the recall and maintenance I was told ok and that my car would be ready in about an hour or so. I left home for my 45min dive back to the dealership, when I got there I was handed an $1100 bill and was explained the charges .they were charging me for every diagnosis they had found on the vehicle. Witch later I found out some would have been found as part of the maintenance I had paid for ... None the less I paid the $1100 and went on my way. On my way home I checked my tire pressure gauge to see where they had put the tire that had a slow leak in it ,low and behold it was in the same spot mind you now Im half way home by this time. So I called the dealership and talked to the service rep that I had been in contact with the entire time and was told it was just a mistake and to bring it back for the rotation. I told the rep that I was half way home and that I would just take it to my local shop and have them check the work that was done on the vehicle. In no more then 5 min I get a call from my wife saying the dealership called my house and wanted a return call asap. Hmmm I thought to myself so I get home call the dealership and was told there was a mix-up and that NONE of the work was done on my car including the recall because they where waiting to do the exhaust work so it would be easier to get to the part that needed fixed. At this point Im not to happy they offered me a refund of the diagnostic fee that I shouldnt have been charged for and I could take It back down for the maintenance I had paid for, so all in all they offered me no deal except to give me back my money they shouldnt have even charged me for in the first place I told them I wanted a refund for all of it and for something to be made right other then me getting my money back for a crooked diagnostic fee. They refunded me my money now 3 weeks later and I also got ahold service manager who was nothing but a garbage sales man. I explained my situation to him and that I just lost 2 days of work now for nothing because they tried to rip me off I was then offered a 10% discount if I got all the work done that they said I needed... I told him $500 off a $5000 repair was not enough for being out 4days of work now and another hour and a half of driving . I was told pretty much well though , thats all he would offer me. I called back and said I wanted to talk to the person above him and was told that would be the GM of west hills Dodge and that they would have him contact me when he got back in,its been a month now a numerous calls later and nothing ..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIERS... My ac now has more issues then it did nothing is fixed and I also found out the next closest dealership to me that would work on my dodge witch is Wiler Toyota is ownd by that same guy...... Do your self a favor and avoid these places like the plauge they will rip you off and smile while they take you money.....

Do not buy here one person states I can cancel the service(s) that I did not agree too in the original purchase but emailed me a form to sign with it and spoke with a lady named Elyssa and stated the GM would be in contact with me.I had a great experience with the purchase. After purchase going through paperwork they sent me to sign, I found additional items in the requests that I a may not have been aware of like a synthetic service plan which is not worth me driving from Seattle to Bremerton to get done and some kind of etching plan. They are defensive when you try not to get the services so I just gave up the argument. I probably will never go out there for service because of the 1hr ish drive to get there and back, it will take a whole morning. I would recommend them to my friends and family for in person buying and great prices on vehicles.

Had to go to the dealership to get a key module programmed. First time in they told my wife they were going to charge her an extra $100 installation fee to unplug a wire from the old part and plug it into the new part. They didnt ask, they told her it was necessary. Fortunately, my wife knew better and refused to let them do it. Then, after telling me that they would be able to reprogram my old keys to the new module, they tell me that it wont work and insist on me purchasing a new key for almost as much as the new module. I refused and tried to do some shopping around to find that they wont guarantee programming of any key unless you buy it from them and only the dealership can program the first key on a new module. So back to the dealership my wife goes with a quoted price for new key and programming from her first visit. When she asks how much at the desk, they quote her a price $70 dollars higher of their standard fee for programming plus the cost of the new key. After she insists only paying the standard price, they reduced it to the original quote. Both times my wife took our car there, they tried to overcharge her and she had to argue to get the proper price for what we asked. Dont go her for service unless you are prepared with complete research and are ready to argue with the staff. If you need to go to a dealership, find another one. It will be worth the drive.

I sort of laugh about the experience but I think it was because I was shocked the experience was SO bad.I made an appt in advance to test out a renegade. I was so excited about this car that if I liked it I 100% would have bought it that day. I get to the desk and everyone was confused and kept asking if I called, who I talked to, etc. They saw my appt in their log so I really am not sure what that was about.Anyway, come to find out that the car I was scheduled to test drive was in the shop. Bummer, but given I just came from Seattle I was totally keen to try out another car, whether that be a renegade or another model entirely. I stood there awkwardly and I was the one to suggest looking at another car (you think, at a car dealership, they would take a lead on this. Nope.)So then we get a salesperson who overall was a nice dude but sorta roasted my choice for a renegade and totally was not selling me on cars, at all. I am the type that if you show me something that meets what I like I will make it work. It was weird and awkward. Then we do try out a renegade (yay!) I love the car but it is a manual and I have made it clear at that point I never have driven manual. I was open to a car like that but never really said I wanted to test drive one. Maybe it was a miscommunication, idk, but the dude sets paperwork in front of me to test drive the manual renegade. FFFF. I was like sorry i cant do that because I think the WORST place to try out a manual is in a parking lot of expensive cars. But thats just me :)Its been two days and the renegade I wanted is out of the shop. West Hills- if you would call me like you said you would I would probably go test drive it. Two of you took down my number for it. I am just chilling at home lol. I was ready to put down the down payment of up to half the vehicle and they acted like I was an 18 year old coming in to test drive a challenger lolOverall experience was not great.

There was absolutely no sale pressure with him unlike other experiences with different dealerships. Cody was very patient with me and checked in weekly until I was ready to buy. Like I said it was my first new car purchase and very great full I met him and did business with him. I definitely will be contacting Cody for future purchases and will recommend him to family and friends.
