Weve bought several cars from West Hills and never had an issue. However, we bought a car and the financing dept falsely represented an add on called Xpel. We were told it would cover any dings to the front end of our car. We had a rock chip and was told since it chipped the paint it wasnt a covered incident. Why would you ever get rock chip protection if its not covered because it damaged the paint????We highly discourage anyone from purchasing their Xpel protection. It is not what they represent and is a waste of money.Update: Cody from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge reached out and is trying to make this right with us.

Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram is one of the cleanest public places I have ever seen. I was honestly really surprised because usually dealerships give off a unsanitary vibe- not this one. It felt and smelled very clean. Their service center was fast and fairly priced with friendly customer service all the way around. I would have appreciated more frequent updates on my vehicle but either way its a 10/10 for me.

Each dealer is different. Ive had a good experience at all of them. We own nine cars, so yeah. The GM, Ford, and Dodge dealers are hectic of course. So busy with subpar engineering. Not their fault of course. But the Toyota and Mazda dealers are chill because the cars dont have as many issues and are not over booked.

After you negotiate the price, sign off on what it will be after taxes and fees, after youve invested hours into the process: THEN they say you HAVE to purchase something called etching. Like, theres no option. Very sketchy.

We sold a vehicle to this company, and they sat on the paperwork again and again. We were owed several thousand dollars, and would still be waiting if we had not pressured them to finalize the sale. They did nothing for 9 days, until my wife started asking questions and I had to stop in personally. They finally mailed the check to the lein holder, but they sent the wrong amount because they never bothered to verify the amount of the loan. Since they waited so long, the payoff amount was different than what they submitted. My wife had to correct the error by paying directly. They also did not use expedited shipping for the title, which would have delayed our payment for at least another week. W e waited 18 days to be paid for the vehicle that we sold them. I have only had one other experience with getting my vehicle recalls taken care of with them, and it was the only (slightly) positive experience I can say I have had with them.

This my dealership,have been going there since I bought my car there,mostly pleasant people fairly acomidating.service has been going down little in last year or so. But they fixed the silly mistake they made, they put a tire on backwards... Take care pay attention and they are good.

I used to trust this place but after two bad experiences we probably wont be back. I left a review about our first issue, no one contacted us. We brought our van in for routine maintenance. The service manager told me I needed several services such as filter changes and different fluids to be flushed. The cost would have been over $600. I remind him that several of those services had recently been done. He checked our records to confirm what I said. The cost was then around $200. I knew one of the rear brake lights was out because someone had told us. When the service was done, the manager reviewed the work done (including the multi point service check) and said everything was fine. I then mentioned that the brake light might be out and he said we should check. We went out to the vehicle to check and confirmed it was out. He replaced the bulb. The point for me was that if I cant trust them to check something as simple as a brake light, how can I trust they checked the brakes and all the fluids? I filled out their service satisfaction form and explained what happened. They never contacted me. Pay attention to what services they claim you need and make sure you actually need those services.

Bought 2 cars here, and probably our next. The whole process, was easy and without stress. We purchased the extra coverage, because we enjoy the high resale value it provides, and the simplicity of getting repairs accomplished. We receive a free car wash each time we visit.

I took my car in for a recall, which they were more than happy to do. Of course at the end I get the complementary inspection rundown, and they want $350 to replace the battery. I of course declined, and finally TWO YEARS LATER decided to go ahead and replace it myself. $120 and ten minutes later the job was done.

Ugh we told the salesman we were just looking and trying to see if this was the right vehicle or not even a contender. Told them upfront we are not buying a car at this time just looking for when our current lease is up in November and we didnt want to be stuck there for hours or have them try to make a sale today. The sales rep didnt even have a very good knowledge on the vehicle we were looking at and then he used pushy salesmen tactics to try and force a sale today e en though we told them upfront we are NOT buying anything today.

Went in for a recall that i thought had been scheduled, unfortunately it had not been. Fortunately the personnel there were courteous and still helped me regardless. The time estimation was accurate and they even had a free drink voucher they gave me. Would have been 5 stars if the lady i called had actually made the appointment like she claimed to.

I put in a serious inquiry for a vehicle 3 times over the course of a week. Because I am shopping from out of state, I need pictures of the undercarriage of the jeep I was interested in. Each time I called and talked to a different person who said they would get these pictures to my phone right away! A fourth time I call and they had sold the vehicle right out from under me. Sheer laziness.

A big variety of both new and used vehicles. The only thing I didnt see were semis. Visited 3 of their dealerships Honda, Toyota, and Kia. Found the sales, parts and service department staff to be knowledgeable and friendly.

High prices, better if driving to Tacoma. Service cost per hour keeps rising. Sales people are like vultures next to Street, wanted to look at a car and before I finished parking they where at my car. Wish there was a better option locally for some of the brands.

Been here several times and its hard to find anyone to help you. Actually walked out the last time after about 15 minutes of people ignoring me. First time I went several years ago it was wonderful, but they are lacking as of lately.

It was a great experience. I sailed throught the finance. I pretty much bought an older car, a trade in that day, sight unseen. (I wanted that exact make of car) It hinged on the test drive. A few days later, they had cleaned up the interior, made sure everything was safe, and I went for the test drive. They still had work to do on it, like a couple recall things. I told them I was a recent widow, so just my income. They knew that I go out in the middle of nowhere, no cell service, for camping. They knew would be using the 4 wheel drive for, in some spots, really, really bad areas. And, I am no spring chicken. They not only did the recall stuff, but went over it with a fine toothed comb. EVERYTHING was checked twice. They even talked the boss into putting on a new set of tires. This was the Dodge side. On the Kia site, I had oil changes. I had nothing but great service on my older Kia. They LISTENED to what I said, and found issues that I had told other dealerships swept under the carpet, like I was an old lady hearing things. These guys are FABULOUS. I hope you get an idea of how they deal with people. My friend had bought a car there, my roommates son bought a car there, my roommate bought a car there. Obviously, I would, not only refer, but would urge anyone to make them a spot on your car test drives, or check out of dealerships. Oh, did I mention they knocked the price a little over $3k to come within my payment limit. That also included gap coverage. Oh yes, I do highly recommend these dealerships!

Deceptive sales people. My father bought a truck there. When they took delivery it was not the same truck that they were shown.I had repair work done there and they said they changed the plugs etc. I looked and the plugs had not been changed. Under warranty they were to have replaced my clutch and they failed to do so, they added a mystery oil to the transmission to make it last until the warranty was over, then it defaulted. I have had work done there that I did not authorize. I will never let them repair a vehicle of mine again.When I went to buy an SUV for my wife all they did is bad mouth other dealers and would not shut up when asked to during the test drive. The insisted on giving me their sales price and to have me meet their sales manager. I told the sales manager there was no way in hell I would take a car from them even if it was give to me. No way am I going back.

They had great service, they offered me the best service options for my car and gave me a free ride home and picked me up when it was done. They gave me all the discounts they could , they were great.

Last Month I was in the GMC dealership and was working with Jennie. She was great to work with but the dealership management wasnt. They flat out lied to me about the deal they can do on a new truck. Guess they should read (and abide by) their own statement OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS We agree to treat you with courtesy, respect, and honesty - to listen to you and follow up on promises and commitments. Recently alot of the management there was changed out, including those involved with my ordeal. If you want to buy from a dealership that has management who lies to customers and their own employees, on top of poor communications, then Westhills is the place for you. I wonder if the Westhills Autoplex management knows how their previous GMC dealership management poorly treated customers.

I always have pretty good experiences here. Today though I was told my car was ready. I brought my two kids and grandbaby to pick up my car and had to wait 45 min because the paperwork was not ready. The guy was new, but should not have said it was ready if it was not.

I decided in the morning I needed a new car. My husband and I were interested in a Toyota Rav4 and new Heartland Toyota woukd be the best place to go. My sister bought a Prius years ago and my son recently purchased a used Rav4 from Rabar Ali and had so many nice things to say about the dealership and Rabar in particular. We made an appointment and went to see Rabar. He showed me used and new Rav4s, let me test drive both hybrid and gas, and then, when I said can I see a Highlander he smiled and said, of course. At the end of the day, I drove home in a new Highlander Hybrid. I never once felt pressured or discouraged from taking my time. He was friendly and polite and honestly, caring. Through the whole process he made buying a car a very pleasant way to spend a Saturday. I got a beautiful new car to top off my day. Thanks to everyone at Heartland Toyota. Toyota should be proud.

Very polite...... however..... generally charge substantially more than other repair places. When we took our car to another mechanic, after the West hills estimate, the result was that West hills had lied about our shocks having a leak. They had also suggested many other repairs/services that were not needed.
