My girlfriend went in with a 2014 Honda just to get front brakes and the rotors turned. They quoted her 1300.00. Watch out ladies. Go somewhere reputable.

Ive had problems with both my cars and they were able to fix the issues quickly and get me back on the road! If I cant fix it they are my go to shop! Also Ive noticed no long wait times to get in like other shops have to wait a week or more.

Called Friday morning, they got me in Saturday morning. Took about 2hrs and $600 to replace my exhaust from the cats back with a flowmaster muffler.

I love this shop! They are up front about costs. They get the work done fast and the quality is excellent.

This place did some quality welding on my muffler delete. Much better than some other places Ive gone to in the area. And they got me right in and out! Im very happy with their work.

Exhaust work was $225 and I have Exhaust rattles all the time

The service is very cold, they seem overpriced and only react socially if you talk about them. Had a Transmission flush and they failed to tell me about anything else about it. I learned a couple days later the transmission was bad (why didnt you check if you were dealing with it anyway)?! I would try to find another mechanic.

Went to get my diff. Fluid changed. Found out the fill plug was stripped. They was able to weld a socket to the plug and get the plug out. Then they replaced it without any extra charges. Quick too. Great service.

I experienced great customer service while getting my car serviced. I didn’t feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t want too. I asked for a oil change, they were very quick about it and got it done in little time. They checked why my check engine light was on and told me what I needed to do to fix that problem WITHOUT pressuring me to fix it because they told me it wasn’t important and my car would be fine. Very honest and pricing was really reasonable. I will be coming back for more work in the future.

Took a truck here to have suspension and steering work done, faulty product brought me back to find they have a wonderful warranty program. They got a new rack and pinion shipped and installed in 24hr, installed a new CVaxle while down there for no charge. Good all around shop thats willing to do aftermarket work as well as standard maintenance.

Over priced, 1000$ for just the back brakes being done? Went and looked at all the parts online afterwards they charged at least twice the price on almost every part. Got me in and out, Also only there for hour and half and they charged me for two and half hours of labor. Won’t be going there again but they get you in and out at a steep price.

Promptly diagnosed the problem with my moms car and corrected the problem causing the engine light to come on. Finished the repairs in a couple hours as she was told.

I have mixed feelings about these guys, theyre good but theres something I cant put my finger on. They could work on their professionalism but they arent rude either. They wouldnt be my absolute first choice but I would come here again if I really needed to. Its worth noting their work is done well, they know what theyre doing, though they sometimes miss minor and major details if you dont specifically point out what you want. Make sure you check behind their work if you can and if you know how.

Overly expensive

I went into the shop for an oil change, knowing I was way overdue and noticed I was hearing a little engine noise. They were quick to help me out and let me know I was low on oil. They went above and beyond to investigate the cause of that and a few other issues my car was having. This was my first time there and I was impressed by the quality of service I received. The staff was friendly and the price was right! I will definitely be a return customer, and highly recommend this place to others!

They changed out the cat and muffler on my sons 2009 Mazda 6. They gave us a quote, told us to drop it off and called a few hours later when it was ready. They charged us exactly what they quoted. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my catalytic converter and possibly the exhaust manifold. Buckys assessed my vehicle and found that a gasket between the exhaust manifold and the converter needed to be replaced. Im so happy that I decided to get a second opinion. They got me in right away, everyone was courteous, and they completed the work at a fair price. I would recommend Buckys to anyone.

Had my engine repaired yesterday at buckys, when I got home Google asked me to answer some questions about my visit. It was then I seen 9 negative reviews in a 10 hr window. This I know is called a bad review campaign, Ive seen it before. I had to take the time to give a review. Its horrible the internet allows people to post fake reviews from fake emails. Ive went here for years! Ive never had a bad experience and Ive used the financing they offer and its been great. So anyways if you need anything these guys are great!!! Read between the lines when you see 10 reviews posted in one day all negative. Thanks guys for another job well done!

Nick is a strait up guy. He tells you what you need to know, not what you should here for a sale. While waiting for my truck, I saw him help two people with service and advice. The bays were full, and Nick walked out to fix what turned out to be simple issues. He did not charge a fee, and pointed these people to Auto Zone and told them what to buy. My truck was completed on time, and I have no complaints.

Had electrical problems on my truck. Came in to Buckeys and they did an awesome job at a great price. Low price, quality labor.

My driver side power window fell off track and would no longer move up and down. I thought I was up against a major repair to replace the window regulator. I found Buckys online looking for a full service auto repair place. The first few shops that I tried calling, including the car dealer, either were going to charge a ridiculous amount just to have somebody disassemble the door to see the extent of the damage and make a repair assessment or they quickly said that they didnt do power window repairs. Buckys had friendly customer service, flexible mechanic availability and an honest staff that didnt hesitate to tell me that it was just a screw in the mechanism that managed to work its way loose. They reassembled my door and had me on my way with a functional power window much quicker than I expected.

I came it from another shop who charge my 1200 dollar to do a tune up on my truck get in my truck from the other shop still runs bad took it to buckys they found that i had low compression in my motor and gave me a great price to fix it. I will be back to jake and the guys ever time

I just stopped by Bucky’s on a recommendation from my boyfriend, and I left extremely happy. My Ford Fusion has electrical brakes and needed a scanner to be able to replace the pads. I couldn’t find anyone who would or could do it, let alone use the brake pads I had already bought from O’Reilly’s. Other places wanted me to use their pads which was frustrating. I called up Bucky’s, explained my problem, and Nick tested it out on his own car before calling me back to let me know he’d take care of it all for me. It took no time to get it done. Nick and the other guys were incredibly nice, and I will for sure be giving them all of my business. They have great prices too, better than any other place I’ve been to so far. Love these guys!

Had the catalytic converter and brakes+rotors done on mt 07 prius. They were very helpful, inexpensive, and Ive had zero issues after driving for 3.5 months. In fact, Im heading back in to have the timing belt and water pump done in my sequoia.

Bring in your own partsparts otherwise they are going to do a huge mark up . Got a $47 part from Oreillys they had invoiced to them at $45 and then charged me $114. I asked about it and they said retail mark up. I understand I wasnt going to pay $45 for the part but would expect something more reasonable than over double the part was worth. I wont be going back and I dont reccomend the place. While I was waiting in the lobby heard them tell another customer when he did his brake pads he also had to have a brake fluid flush because his fluid was a little low. So, beware they will sell you services your vehicle doesnt need.

Paid almost 1k just for nothing. Nothing got fixed still have the same issue not even 1 hour after picking it up the light came on but this time the engine light was flashing. Tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t budge.

I took my car to oil can Henrys because after an oil change my car actually left me overheating and on the side of the road. It wasnt anything oil can Henrys did but my water pump went out and the guys at Buckys looked at my car 5 minutes before they closed and told me to bring it in and they called me the next day before 11am with what was wrong and the cost to fix!! They were super great about everything and I have already told a handful of my friends about Buckys!! Great place with great people!!!!

We have had Buckys do a few things to our Honda Pilot. Like replace our radiator a day before leaving on a road trip. They went above and beyond to get it done! Last week the rear axle broke to my F-150 and there was an issue with my warranty. Buckys did everything they could to handle the situation and even faxed some information for me 3 days later the warranty issue got fixed. And they performed the repair, then had to wait 3 more days for the warranty adjuster to come review the work and approve it. throughout this process . Eric and his team and been SUPER keeping my truck in side every night and being patient with the whole issue. I have recommended them before and will continue to recommend them they are fantastic!

Got a quote for brake lights diagnose and repair, lube, oil, filter, turn signal diagnose and repair, new muffler and tune up on an older Nissan pickup truck. Had Valpak coupons for tuneup $69.99. Got the inevitable call...tuneup on this truck would be $450.00!?Muffler, would be $69.95 plus parts(hangers and clamps), with coupon. Turns out to be $200.00.Tail light, turn signal not much. About $1000.00 total. The rig is worth less than that. I says ok, it starts and runs ok, dont do tune up. Turn signals didnt get done... oh did you want that too?I cannot recommend this place at all, bait and switch comes to mind.Can I give zero stars?

Beware. These guys are scammers and con artist. Do not use them! They won’t even fix your car and they will use your name to file for loans you don’t even agree for.
