Lets start out by saying I dont even think they deserve a 1 star. I had accidently renewed a policy that I did not need renewed online. So I called to have them cancel the NEW policy on 10/13/20, not my current one, which was set to expire 11/14/20. Today, I get a notice from the bank that I have my auto loan through saying that they needed proof of coverage between 10/13/20 - 11/10/20. That they should have already had. So I called Vern Fonk and come to find out they had cancelled BOTH policies. Now the bank is going to charge me an absurd amount of money for insurance covering these days. I was told that there was nothing they could do. Yes I messed up and renewed my policy on accident. But I called and specifically asked to cancel the renewed policy. Now my bank wants to charge me more than double what my current insurance is. Thanks Vern Fonk.

A great place for people who have sr 22 or lap in insurance coverage or just flat out a bad driving record. The employees are super nice and extremely helpful and will do anything in their power to get you covered. They give you many options and different plans for whatever suits your budgeting needs. I would recommend Vern Fonk to anyone who is in need of insurance. The best part is the friendly one on one service that I received from the Bremerton branch.

Customer service was fantastic, but the commercials I heard didn’t add up to the rates I was given. I have accidents on my record and yet they couldn’t find a better rate like the commercial says.

The girl really got my Dad and Brother an excellent deal on insurance. Dad was unlicensed and brother 16 years old. Down payment went from $600 to $400 and their monthly payment went from $350 to $180.
